The food was pretty good, I love the salad bar. Our server wasn’t the best… she could’ve faked a smile and that would’ve been enough, and she got an order wrong which could’ve been been avoided if she read the order back to us, it was supposed to be a chicken carbonara and we were brought a chicken parmesan. Their 2 for $20 was a good deal though.

Nothing like getting un cooked chicken to eat . There is a reason I haven’t been here in awhile . Staff was nice manager comped the meal but there is a good chance I will be sick In a few hours 🤢

Ashley is my favorite server she always tries her best to go above and beyond for her customers. She always makes me two cherry 🍒 cokes because, I love them so much.the food is always amazing, and the salad 🥗 bar is always fresh 😋 ❤️ .

The worst chicken dish is Asiago chicken. So salty, it was inedible. Thank goodness I had a half sandwich in the fridge for later. I am under the impression that food is sent back a lot. The server didn't seem surprised. It is too long of a day to pursue it. I still tipped because we all work to pay bills, and the server wasn't the cook.

It was not worth the trip… I had to let them know the salad bar needed servicing, it was dead at 6pm and took forever to get food. It also wasn’t very clean or up to date in here. The menus were kind of gross and seen better days.

My Steak was perfect and very tasty!!! Mashed potatoes where delicious. Great salad bar also. We had a amazing server. I will be back.

Very disappointed. This location has so much potential to be great. The staff are friendly and professional and that is where the compliments end. The restaurant looks run down and needs to be updated. The organization is horrendous, the wait time is deplorable, and the food itself was cold and flavorless. The staff are the glue that holds this place together. I will not eat there again.

Nice waitress, she worked hard but took over an hour for the food to come out and then getting our bill took forever, the salad bar wasn't stocked and it was before the dinner rush. Small portions, good flavor but chicken was dry. The restaurant itself was clean and nice, no issues there.

We ordered their $26 steak, and to be honest, I was a bit disappointed. The flavor was on the bland side, which was a letdown considering the price. 🥩😔 But here's where things get interesting. The next morning, my husband took matters into his own hands and cooked up the leftover steak with some eggs and added his own seasonings. And you know what? It turned out to be surprisingly delicious! 🍳🧂 Sometimes a little extra love and creativity can really transform a dish. Now, let's talk about the shrimp and loaded tots. Oh boy, they were a highlight of the meal! The shrimp had a nice, succulent texture, and the loaded tots were crispy and packed with flavor. They definitely redeemed the overall dining experience. 🍤🥔 However, I do agree with you that the price seemed a bit high for the quality of the food. While it was an okay experience overall, I couldn't help but feel that it didn't quite live up to the expectations. 💸 🍽️😊

The location was not busy until shortly after we arrived. The staff were very friendly. Our server appeared to be new to the role, over-explaining everything. She had a lot of nervous energy. The fountain drinks were great. The food, not so much. We were a party of four. One got the garden bar, said it was great. Another got the appetizer sampler and liked her food. I tried one of her mozzarella sticks. It was crunchy on the outside but the cheese was still firm on the inside. Another one of the ladies got the potato skins. They were dry and lacked flavor. I went for the ribeye & ribs special. The ribeye was very very thin but had good flavor. It had quite a bit of gristle but was the only consumable part of the dish. The ribs still had the membrane attached and were overcooked. They weren’t fall-off-the-bone overcooked, they were dry and shriveled overcooked. The baked potato was cold and undercooked. The server brought me another baked potato that was fresh out of the microwave kind of hot but still severely undercooked. There were a couple of members of management that came by our table to ask why we thought none of the customers were taking their complimentary Breast Cancer Awareness swag. I commented that it was displayed as though it was decor, not something to take. I asked if there was a donation jar to place a contribution in and they said no. This was not a corporate sponsored event, but one of their regular brought in a large basket of stuff for them to give away. We took a couple of items, but I would’ve been more comfortable Batting a donation. I asked if I could add one to my bill, and they said no and explained that they give to Charity at Christmas time but that’s about it. Not one member of management came back to ask about our meal while we were dining however. The ladies room was clean and well stocked with hand soap, and paper goods. We were told goodbye and thanked for coming in as we were leaving by the hostess. The parking lot was free of any debris. The landscaping appeared to be well-maintained. It was a little difficult for us to find the entry, off the highway. We did pass it and have to make a U-turn and go back to get in via a traffic light The service road.

Wow.. we haven't been to Ruby Tuesdays in years and we were missing out! The food was delicious through every bite and our server, Jordan, was great too. The cheese sticks were one of the best we've had in a while. Definitely returning soon!

Food was a bit too spicy for me but the server changed it to something else. Very, very, accomodating. Salad bar is outstanding. I eat here often with friends. Good value and selection.

6/17/23. We came seated right away by the hostess. It's been 20mins no one came on our table. We approached one of the server to bring us water, 10mins later, still nothing...We decided to leave..It was not busy in the restaurant at all. The restaurant is dirty..Staffs are just busy talking at the bar...It seems like they are just going to work to get paid and not to take care of their customers...

I had a burger, it was good, but it was a burger. Needed some sauce or something. Fries were great! There was something floating around in every glass of water on the table, pieces of lettuce, little brown flecks. Service was great, super nice waitress, very attentive.

I decided to patronize here on 6/18/22, after receiving an email for my free birthday burger, totally forgot they still had this one available in Tampa. Very phenomenal experience when the waitress and manager goes above & beyond for you. Upon scrolling through the menu I see sandwich options, which you are entitled only to a certain item for (birthday meal). I didn’t want the selections that were available so I ask if I could have the Philly cheese steak which is more of the signature sandwich selection. Marissa was so sweet, she said, I’m sorry but that’s not part of the promotion, she said hold on let me ask my general manager (Joey) and see what he says. She came back and said he did it for you. This is what you call valued customer service. Not every visit will be the same for every customer, but when it’s your day it’s your day, no bending rules just showing a customer that they value they’re company and customers & aim to please & satisfy. That warmed my heart to know there are still loving people in this world, he did it and didn’t have to, so I’m blessed for that.. Joey you & Marissa are a great team together. Continue being a blessing rather small or big, you guys will continue to take this company further.. Sorry I reviewed so late, but better late than never. I personally saved my receipt to make sure I did, but had to hurry it’s starting to fade laughing out loud!!! Oan: From the bathroom to the restaurant it was so clean & sanitized!!!

Had a new wait person last night. Tammy or Cammy I think her name was. She’s great. Got our drinks first thing, made sure we had what we needed, was attentive without hovering or being annoying. She was a breath of fresh air. The last 10 times I’ve been there I thought for sure they were out in the field picking the vegetables for the salad bar that’s how slow the service has been. I actually got up to go to the kitchen to find the server one time V after asking for the check and it not coming out. She said she forgot. Salad bar was good like it normally is as was the broccoli cheddar soup. Again, the new server made the night by being Johnny on the spot and me not having to hunt her down when we needed something. Thank you.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Ruby Tuesday’s but I must say, I was impressed. Great service and just as good food. I would highly recommend!!

Tonight me and my husband celebrated our 6 year wedding anniversary here because it was a place we’ve never been. Ashley was amazing and the dessert was amazing. Thank you ruby Tuesday and Saturday night staff for an amazing dinner. We will be returning.

We went there specifically 4 the all-u can eat salad bar! Great choices,everything was very fresh,salad bar was continuously being monitored and being refreshed! Bacon bits were REAL bacon. And I personally LOVE the pumpernickel croutons!! Server was very nice,service was prompt and we totally made the right choice 4 where 2 eat that evening!!

Employees couldn't be bothered to dispose of their old banner. I might expect this sort of blatant disregard for the well-being of our local wildlife from say, Emerald Wednesday, but not Ruby Tuesday.

We met friends for dinner. Wow, our server Marissa and her trainee Ineva were awesome!! So friendly and helpful. Great recommendations and attentive. We ate and visited with friends and without ever asking, our water glasses were filled and our table was cleared. They were good to just take care of serving us and allowing us to eat and enjoy our time. Thanks for doing that! A shout out to Joey, the manager…you have a great team. Keep up the good work. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

Our server was great! The salad bar if it had been full was good. I would never order a steak again, you should never have to saw a steak. We were not trying for a discount or free. We payed and left it on the table.

We had Ashley as our server for dine in and she helped us with great recommendations, was always on top of our refills and provided great customer service. Overall the food quality was wonderful and tasty. The menus have recently added a great variety as well. Restaurant has an overall great ambiance for both families, friends to hang out and people wanting to mingle.

I was visiting Grandparents and we needed somewhere to eat so we popped in to this location for quick bite. We were very happy with the service of this facility! All employees were so helpful and kind. During our meal, the manager Mike, came over to ensure our food was good and that we were enjoying ourselves. Very professional and personable! My grandparents said they have been back several times since and I will for sure visit when I am in the area again!

The atmosphere here is amazing! Everyone we interacted with were so nice and respectful. The manager Mike came over and made sure everything was perfect with our meal. He even gave us tips on places to visit as we are from out of town! He was super helpful, in making sure we had the best dinning experience and constantly had a smile on his face.
