TO
MY
FELLOW
JEHOVAH'S
WITNESSES
WHO
MAY
BE
LOOKING
AT
THIS
HOTEL:
UPDATE
#2:
Well,
it's
been
7
days
since
our
unfortunate
situation
at
Quality
Inn
Plant
City.
Despite
the
response
from
the
owner
that
they
are
sorry
and
want
to
rectify
the
situation,
nobody
has
contacted
us
to
do
so.
We
attend
an
assembly
on
this
exit
twice
a
year,
with
well
over
1000
attendees
and
we
will
make
sure
to
let
everyone
know
about
our
experience,
the
smell
in
the
hotel
as
well
as
the
treatment
from
Jasmine,
the
supervisor.
Update:
Thank
you
for
your
response.
I
look
forward
to
hearing
how
you
will
rectify
this
situation
and
will
post
an
update
accordingly.
DO
NOT
STAY
AT
QUALITY
INN
PLANT
CITY!
We
had
a
really
bad
experience
that
easily
could
have
been
rectified.
Instead
of
being
helpful
when
I
called,
Jasmine
was
rude
and
chose
not
to
help
us.
She
wouldn't
give
me
the
courtesy
to
listen,
instead
she
went
into
defensive
mode
and
displayed
poor
customer
service.
When
we
arrived
my
husband
had
a
severe
bloody
nose
so
we
were
already
in
a
difficult
situation.
We
were
given
room
115
and
upon
going
in
I
instantly
got
a
headache
due
to
the
terrible
odor
in
the
room.
My
daughter
got
an
instant
migraine.
I
was
trying
to
help
my
husband
but
my
daughter's
migraine
was
getting
more
and
more
debilitating
by
the
minute.
I
went
to
the
front
desk
and
asked
if
we
could
switch
rooms
because
of
the
smell.
The
man
working
the
counter
was
kind
and
helpful.
He
switched
us
to
room
215,
which
smelled
strongly
of
cigarette
smoke.
At
this
point
my
daughter
is
at
the
toilet
about
to
vomit
because
of
the
migraine
the
hotel
rooms
caused,
and
my
husband's
nosebleed
warranted
a
trip
to
the
emergency
room.
After
being
there
in
total
about
an
hour
(partially
in
one
room
and
partially
in
another)
we
had
to
check
out
so
I
could
take
them
to
the
hospital
to
get
treated.
When
I
called
to
ask
about
getting
a
refund
we
were
told
that
they
would
not
refund
us
because
it
wasn't
enough
of
a
medical
emergency.
They
said
that
because
we
were
there
for
an
hour
between
the
two
rooms
that
they
"couldn't
sell
the
room
that
night".
We
stay
in
that
area
twice
a
year
because
we
attend
an
assembly
around
the
corner
and
have
several
friends
who
stay
in
the
area
too.
We
will
make
sure
to
tell
everyone
to
visit
the
Holiday
Inn
next
door
instead.
It
is
a
much
nicer
place.
We
would
have
stayed
there
ourselves
if
they
weren't
booked.
Lesson
learned!!
Our
next
step
is
to
contact
the
FTC
regarding
the
smells
and
cleanliness
of
the
rooms.
(I'm
not
a
representative
of
Jehovah's
witnesses,
I'm
just
a
regular
person
trying
to
warn
my
friends
so
they
don't
suffer
a
bad
experience
like
we
did)
