After Hurricane Ian took out our home, we had to find a place to go without breaking the bank. Great price and allowed our fur babies to stay with us. Thank you, Knights Inn!! We'll definitely send more customers your way.

The second night the air conditioner went out and roaches in the rooms. The second room the air conditioner was not working either. The third room was better. People don't care they were loud different times. Must be a drug hotel what a shame. The pool was closed. They need to get staff in too clean good The carpets, bathrooms were dirty. Maybe that's how they live at there house. I would not recommend this hotel very pricey. How sad. This hotel needs to be shut down until people want to work .How sad we will not be back

Rooms are very nasty and stink.Hair was on the bath tub from when someone shaved and a Pepsi bottle under the bedskirt..so if you have to go there bring your own cleaning supplies and blankets.

Roach infested room l had to look at the mattress to see if there were bed bugs. Didn't sleep at all. I did this online had no Idea what I would encounter. If I could I would give 0 stars. Absolutely nothing going for it.

Wish there was such a thing as minus stars!! This place is DISGUSTING!!!! SMELLS LIKE MOLD & CIGARETTES!! Bed was lumpy, ppl everywhere singing & listening to music loud!! I checked out after being there a short time & slept in my car! Supposed to get a refund but that hasn't happened yet! Pool looks like a swamp! WAY OVER PRICED!!!!! Response to owner: I truly hope u do look into the property because it's not being maintained or run as u think! I requested a refund from the lady at the front but still haven't gotten it!! Maybe u can help with that?!

Only place available. Staff are great. Just far drive and room a bit unclean. Felt like it was falling apart.

Poor people skills, not friendly, rude, in patient. Roaches are every where, half the stuff doesn't work, sinks clog up, toilets don't flush, lamps don't work, sheets are stained, bad TV reception, air conditioner loud and works when it wants to. They kick you out with a 2 hour warning and they call the cops. No pool, no breakfeast . Very bad business needs to be shut down and re built and re owned.

You get what you pay for. Not a very clean place to spend the night. However they seem to be doing some renovating. Hope it comes out much better than it is now. The room only had 2 hand towels that they said were towels. No cups or ice bucket. Sheets and blankets had so many burn wholes it scratched you if sat on. Does any hotels anywhere clean the floors regularly?

The rooms were fine but the ppl in the office came to my room and yelled at me when I covered the camera up on the tv,that's when i realized that they had been recording me the whole time so I left right then and there.avoid t I is place like the plague

Cleaning crew are nice there was no breakfast pool couldn't use was green and dirty mosquito infested. Bedbugs on beds no matter if it's clean sheets. Roaches. And the manager is rude and yells instead of talks when he has something to say he's bad with children.

Rooms had hardly any furniture besides the bed. Teeny tiny soap. Only had 2 very small bath towels that had stains on them. Lady screaming and cursing at her dog and neighbor in Spanish at 1:00am. Hallways were dirty.

If it was possible to give it a 0 I would. Staff are nice but doesn't make up for the rooms. Bugs,mice,non working outlets, air conditioning and much more. Avoid this hotel like the plague!

Gave them 1 star only because I couldn't give them zero. Over priced!!! Cleanliness is not a main priority here. TRIPLE CHECK YOUR MATTRESSES FOR BED BUGS AND YOUR DRESSERS FOR ROACHES!

Press the elevator button twice very rapidly to activate. :) my room was missing some things, such as a dresser, working smoke detector, room telephone, alarm clock, towel rack, and probably a bedside table (we have one for two beds). Each pillow equals one half of a pillow, really. There are some german roaches, but the glue traps DO get most of them. The water is HOT, the tub is clean, faucets don't leak, the mini fridge is SUPER COLD, the beds weren't very comfy, but they were clean. I saw no bedbugs. Door locks function 100%, keycards worked great! The pool is drained until at least may 2024. There is a volleyball sandpit, but no net.. apparently, this is a well-known human trafficking hub. I haven't seen anything yet, but i am still watching.

This room has coach roaches smoke detectors has no batteries the pool has black water the maintenance suck. There no pool the room was 85 degrees the ac doesn’t work. Missing pillows the roaches come thru the tub we would not stay here

Don't waste your money but was absolutely disgusting roaches crawling all over the room as soon as we turned on the light. We definitely won't stay hereagain

They treated me and my cat very nice. I stayed during the hurricane and the other people staying there were nice people. I give them a thumbs up.

Dirty,filthy,nasty,needs to be restored or torn down. Staff is friendly, customers smoke weed all over the place.

If I could give zero stars I would’ve $95 for one night one little bed that was broken lean into the side roaches nasty filthy the most grossest place I’ve ever seen in my life biggest waste of money everything and they’re dirty. Don’t waste your money or time going there

This place is nasty, the manager or owner whoever he is, he is not a good person and has a nasty attitude along with nasty language. Roaches everywhere and over all, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am sure there is a bed bug infestation there as well. Most rooms smells of mildew and housekeeping does not change bed clothes daily. I witnessed that myself. I would not give this place a single star but it requires at least 1star to leave a review. Shame.

Dear reader, I don’t know if you are desperate to find somewhere to sleep for the night, but this place ISN'T IT!!!! We got two rooms for us and in one room upon entering smelled like cigarette, bugs were EVERYWHERE!!! Even inside the TV, which I don’t even know how it happened, and bathroom was a bit disgusting, and in the other room, alarm kept going off, same bug problem and smell, and people acted weird in rooms around us We eventually gave up and went to ask for a refund, but person attending front desk said she couldn’t do anything and that we would have to wait for front desk manager tomorrow at 7 am for refund, so after desperately trying to fond anything else, we ended up sleeping in our car after finding out everything was booked! :( All I can say is, book anywhere else BUT here, even sleeping in your car is a better option!

I really can't say much bad things about the place because the problems I had they took care of it < let the next person handle the problem> pool isn't in service so in case anyone wants to know. Great night of waking up with people screaming and yelling. Place smell like drugs but overall good service.

Great price location also good. Only problem is the bugs and also I had somebody trying to open my door twice. But I think they were drunk or confused.

The place looked very run down and they didn't have continental breakfast and the pool was closed and they wanted 105.00 for a room . Plus there were cop cars and people getting arrested in the parking lot. The hotel look really bad on the outside I can just imagine what the rooms were like. I didn't get a room.

This place is disgusting!!! ROACHES everywhere, carpet has never been shampoo, linen OMG, scared to lay on it. People actually live here. No pool, no breakfast. what do you get for 105. NOTHING!! I'm calling code inforcement.

I thought other reviews were harsh but found out the hard way they were actually sugarcoated. Bugs, broken stuff & carpet so filthy if you walk barefoot from the bed to the bathroom your feet will be very dirty. Yuck. No pool/breakfast due to "COVID" yeah ok go elsewhere trust me & everybody else on here...just awful

Got a smoking room for a second. Got into room. It is and was disgusting. The carpets are gross it was stuffy. Went back to office said Nope. And now trying to get refund. It would work for someone renting by the hour. Not me. Would rather sleep outside. Very disappointing. And u can't use pool due to covid. Lol that room would likely give u something worse. This rating is based on the customer service that I received. They are not one of the nicer hotels in our area but dealing with the customer service a positive experience. My my son rented a room and was unable to check out leaving some items . Almost two weeks later I contacted the front desk to inquire about retrieving those items or find out if they even still had them. They directed me to the head of housekeeping. She made every effort to find and return my son's belongings. They were very helpful and I appreciate that.

It was pleasant stay considering 6 buses full workers, pickers etc.quiet peaceful stay

This place is less than 1 star. The rooms stink. No smoke detectors, ceiling falling down around window. Door was kicked in and didn't stay locked. I took a look at the room and left. It was disgusting.

The motel had roaches. Staff provided spray n we had to keep the room ice cold to not hv them running around. Not a good place to stay again. Guest are long tern that causes them. Allow sum1 to clean your nasty rooms
