    I have been a platinum member for over 15 years. The service this year has not been good. They changed their terms of service without notice. My water smells. They sent out a service technician who took apart my system and could not put it back together. His vulgar language used while on the phone with his "boss" was unacceptable. The "boss" had to come "fix" it and did not do it right. (due to being on a well I was without water for over six hours). I had to call again as they did not fix it and forgot to fill my salt container. Not only has my monthly fee been raised, but instead of coming to service my system every other month, I was informed it will now be every 3 months. It takes a WEEK to have a technician come out if you have a problem. I work night shift and I had provided this company with a key to my gate so they could service my system. The technician showed up without the key, made an excuse, and was rude about it when he woke me up to open my gate. In addition, I called to ask about HOW to transfer service of this system to the new owners of my house and they cancelled my contract. I have never had such horrible service from this company and do not know what is going on. I will never use this company again due to the service I have received this year.

    Very courteous sales person, manager and owner are one of a kind. They were a pleasure to work with and offered a great product at a great price. I am very happy with the product that I purchased through them and would recommend them to others.

    Great company and prices. Customer service oriented company!!! From start to finish with our salesman Bryan to our installer(wish I could remember his name) they were great, we’re here when they said they were going to be here and cleaned up after themselves. This is a top-notch company. We absolutely love our new in-home water system and are reverse osmosis system.

    Great to work with. Our sales guy Mike W. is absolutely amazing! There for questions and concerns even after hours if necessary. Customer service is great and the couple times I've dealt with the mobile technicians, they've been great too! Always calling before visits, updates and letting me know once they leave. 10/10 all around.

    We have well water and are very pleased with our water quality since we have been using Culligan of Tampa. Our water is clear and safe to drink from the tab. I wouldn't know what I would do without them. They are professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone .

    I reached out to Culligan after my dad suggested we look into them for our home. I expected that I could only convince my boyfriend to get a drinking water system as he’s been against a whole home system for years. Ray Vick was able to answer all of his questions without hesitation and show him the true benefit of the conditioner system and how it truly would be beneficial for our family. Needless to say I am so excited to get the system installed and having better water for me and my family (dogs included). Would recommend him and Culligan to anyone!

    Communication when calling your office if great. Always get the answers I need. Service reps have been easy to work with. I have had my system since 2017 and no issues. Bought the platinum plan and feel confident if I ever need to use it!

    I'm not sure where the good reviews are coming from. This company is horrible. We only use them because the home we purchased had a Culligan water system. I called to schedule service as a platinum member, and I'm told someone will be out tomorrow. I call back today and ask why they haven't shown up, and I'm told you're not on the schedule and we don't see any notes where you called; so, basically calling me a liar. I'm hosting Thanksgiving and my water pressure is nonexistent and my well shed is flooding, but they cannot send anyone out until next week. Perfect! Horrible customer service and horrible products.... go with someone else as they are obviously writing their own reviews.

    Pros: - Good experience with the front office staff when you call in. - Technicians (when you are home) are knowledgeable and friendly. - Get the "extended warranty" (Platinum Plan, when you buy the entire kit), it is worth the time and effort for service and replacement cost as needed. - Good systems and it makes a major difference in our home water. Con: Only one and more of a suggestion rather than a con actually. The schedule is put out for quarterly visits and if you happen to not be home on that day, you have to wait another quarter to get your water sampled. It would be nice if a text or something came to the primary number letting the home member know they will be there with the hour or within a shorter window (not the entire day). Example, I waited all day and at decided at 6:15 PM to go grab some dinner and when I got back, there was my Culligan Sign in the yard that they came. Of course during the one hour of the 24 in that day, lol. I could call them and they will send someone out to sample the water, but I try not to be that guy. I just think a reach out system like I have for other companies I utilize would be useful. Other than that I would highly recommend them.

    All the techs are very personable and are flexible with the scheduled visits. I travel a great deal and they will accommodate me and change the date of service. I love my Culligan water service. Saves me money having the alkaline filter drinking water and hard work having the water softener trying to remove hard water in the shower.

    My filter was about 8 years old. It started to fail and we called Culligan. The Tech was great in getting the tank re-conditioned and replaced. We have the Platinum Care Plan and the repair costs were covered. What is not to love.

    Scott was very knowledgeable and educated as he shared the process with us on how our water was and the benefits of the water filtration system. The installation was fairly easy for the installer and was able to go over all the bells and whistles with us with no issue. Very easy and quick. Love that they have a monthly payment plan and free service and maintenance for a year!

    Gerard is my hero! He recently came out to repair my softener and was able to diagnose the issue and explain it in a way where I really felt like I understood what he was talking about. Meeting folks like Gerard helps remind me that there are people out there who can be good at their job while also being kind and professional.

    Sales and install were fine and as expected. However, maintenance was poor. Even though I purchased the maintenance plan to include salt deliver for a year, the system ran out of salt and I had to call to find out what was the issue. They had no clue why I was not on the "route" and would hussell someone out to fill the salt tank. Three days later the tank was filled. Supposedly I am now on the "route". They sent me a schedule. So, I'll see what happens going forward. I am convinced that if I had not called, they would have not have ever delivered salt. Regarding the system (whole house soft water & under sink purification system), I am completely satisfied.

    Great Experience! Joe came to test my water and was very knowledgeable and provided all the information I needed. Culligan had great deals going on and took great care of me. It was quick and easy getting the install scheduled and completed. I recommend using Culligan for your water needs.

    Mike came and gave a quote which was extremely reasonable. William came and installed our system. It was relatively fast and there was no mess to clean up. Extremely professional. I highly recommend. Update: people with older homes beware that if you need a plumber to service the water system, Culligan does not have any and you will need to make your own arrangements.

    My wife & I were tired of our old water softener so we decided to give Culligan a try & have been very pleased with continuous soft water! Our salesman, Michael, was very knowledgeable of his product & very friendly & courteous. We highly recommend the Culligan system to anyone who needs a great water softener.

    We expected good service from a reputable company. We have had nothing but trouble with this system since it was installed approximately a year ago. We have had all their (top notch) repair People here including the Manager of Repair. We have gone thru one problem after another. We have asked Brian for either a whole new system or our money back that has fallen on deaf ears.. we are stuck paying 7 grand for a system that is junk.

    From start to finish, Culligan was on time and very professional, which is really hard to find these days. I requested an appointment one Saturday afternoon and was confirmed the same day. Pat was my sales rep and he was great and on time! Very thorough presentation, and very flexible and accommodating. Once we committed, the installation happened within 3 days and the install tech was prompt and professional. We LOVE our water softener and reverse osmosis systems!!! Cannot recommend Culligan enough.

    Bryan is an excellent employee very knowledgeable and let's you know the facts! Doesn't push the sale at all let us make the decision on our own. So far I have been extremely happy with our whole house water softener unit.

    The water testing went very smooth and the water analyst Steve Hyde was very knowledgeable and personable. Discovered how nasty my water was and purchased a system. The installation was about 2 days later and the tech was very fast and efficient and being I had a soft water loop already installed it took him about 20 minutes. Overall great experience.

    3 year customer..... never a problem. Serviced on time and with a smile and knowledge. I appreciate the option to have the filters in the house checked and changed as well. Worth it to me to not have to fuss with getting and installing supplies. Our skin and hair are much better; no scale in the tea kettle; drinking water is tasty!

    Recently moved back to Florida, and neighbors highly recommended Culligan. Having had this company in our home many years ago, I didn't even think twice about using them again. Our sales guy, John H. was very helpful and friendly...a genuine good guy. He answered our questions, along with some I never would have thought of. But above all, there was no high pressure sales pitch! Our install was scheduled for less than a week later. They came as scheduled... On the day hurricane Ian was coming our way! The install was done quickly and everything was cleaned up like they had never been there!

    Amazing service on the Platinum plan everything works all the time. I have even had my system total replaced for no extra fee while on the plan. All techs admin and service members are friendly and seem to genuinely care. They are more than reasonable and I love that I can be worry free knowing they are handling things. Thanks Culligan Man!!

    They sold me the equipment and have disappointed me since. 1. The salesman and I went over the fact I would build a doghouse over the top so put new equipment as close to the well as possible. That was even on the work order. They showed up put new equipment on complete other side of the old equipment. 2. They never removed old equipment which again i was told they would while doing install and also on work order. I have shepherds so not that easy to always be home. They left for approximately 6-7 days after to finally come pick up while telling me they would be there 2 other times and didn’t show. 3. After I notified sales person multiple times he quit emailing me back. That’s the Customer service of Patrick Sherman. 4. After the install never before did I smell Sulfur but had very strong smell after. The reason I was getting system was for iron. The only person that would respond to me at the time was the worker who picked up the equipment and he said I needed to have them flush lines with bleach. He said he would put me in for that. After a couple week I talked to the office lady who was actually very nice and she said she could schedule me for 2 weeks out. So now all my clothes everything would smell like sulfur. 2 months later still waiting for them to show up for that. 🤔 5. I got an email as part of my service the day before that they would be taking the chemicals there the next day. I didn’t see email until next day so the guy calls me from the gate and I didn’t recognize the number so didn’t answer and tells me he left all the chemicals outside my gate. So if there was a lower score than 1 I would give that. Horrible experience.
