Very comfortable lounge chairs great experience. Get to pick your seat when you buy them so you can sit where you want and don't have to find them in the theater. Staff was very nice.

I've been coming here for a year and it kicks Cobb out of the water. This is the cheapest, cleanest, best-staffed theater in LKD hands down. Seats are huge and comfy, the concession line is always reasonable and moves quickly. Their pizza is some of the best I've had if you're in the market. Not to sound like a total bot either, but their Movie Club is such a great deal and is literally the reason I started coming here so frequently. It's 10 bucks a month, but you get a free movie credit every month, 20% off food and drinks, and waived online fees and cancellation fees. The only time I've seen tickets less than $10 is on Tuesdays ($5.25 all day) and certain matinee tickets (I've seen $8.25.) The credits don't expire and you have the option to use them at checkout, so you can save them up if there's nothing good that month. It literally pays for itself. Let me stress, though-- the best part is the waived online fees and cancellation fees. Saving $5-$10 dollars every time I pick out my seats online from home and being able to cancel them up until showtime FOR FREE is an absolute dream. You can get a regular refund, but I always take credits and just change my showtime to a date that works better for me. FOR FREE. Once again, not a bot, just trying to share the love because it's been a great experience for me. Fingers crossed they don't discontinue it, love this location regardless!

Good family atmosphere. Matinee prices and senior discounts are reasonable. Clean and bright lobby. Every auditorium I have been in has been clean. Also has very clean restrooms. Most ticket sales are now on line, using their phone app, or the kiosk in the lobby. It has a good variety of items in the concession area, and as you would expect, prices are high. The lobby also has a very nice adult beverage bar area. Not to leave them out, there is also has a party room for kids birthdays.

No free refills on large popcorn??? They didn’t reduce the price enough to make that equitable IMHO. Also the bonded leather on the seat armrests are beginning to peel off. The movie and sound quality were great. The staff was friendly. The concession choices and amenities have been progressively diminishing since COVID and continue to wane.

We were shocked to see how the seats looked. They need to replace the furniture in their theaters. The price does not reflect the quality. This makes me question they’re sanitation protocols as a doctor. The ticket taker also complained that he had to enter our ticket confirmation from fandango. It was not our fault that there wasn’t a QR code… extremely rude on a Sunday morning. Lakeside Village cinema has better quality and more friendly staff. Will not be coming back or referring friends here…

One of the best theaters in central Florida. Prices are pretty cheap considering it's at a mall, the theaters have limited seats and a ton of room at each. Even the front seats can fully recline without disrupting anyone, making them not too bad on blockbuster weekends. Even has convenient water fountains. The only downside is you can't access it from inside the mall. I'd have made this my main theater if I still lived in the area.

I really love the seating and having snacks delivered. And usually I would leave more like four stars. But this time there was about 20 minutes worth of messing around with the projector because the movie lost visuals for a very long time, and it seemed like people were flailing around trying to rewind it back to the point where it became audio only.

I was accused of trying to steal a dollar by purchasing a child's ticket by a staff member...my daughter is 11...the lady at the podium made me very upset seeing as I just purchased 30 dollars worth of food from concessions ...my daughter is big for her age and looks older but wears no makeup. She also embarrassed and scared my daughter by interrogating her.

Our favorite cinema 🎥 you reserve online, reclining chairs and spacious. Clean rooms, good food.

This is my favorite theater in Lakeland! I love being able to watch a movie with my feet up-just like at home. The concession stand has so many options besides popcorn (chicken tenders, pizza, hot dogs) plus a huge assortment it drinks, candy, and snacks. The staff is friendly and the theater is very clean.

Very clean, comfortable seats, good popcorn, lost a star because the staff. I interacted with 3 staff members the first, at the concession counter was nice but I think she was new and seemed very confused. The other 2 (cashier and ticket taker) both very clearly did not like working there.

Very clean, plenty of employees if you need help. I really enjoyed the comfortable seating. I took my 4 year old for his first movie and he had so much fun and the employees were very to nice to him. We went around 1 pm on a weekday.

The place is clean and the seats are comfy but you get nickel and dimed on everything. No longer offer refills for popcorn and drinks. Cup trays were out of stock and if you want to divvy up popcorn amongst your kids, you have to pay for cups

The only thing we like about this theater is that you can pick your seats ahead of time. The Popcorn is not good; a drastic taste difference between the Southside theater. It's nice that the chairs recline but almost all of them are ripped up and need to be reupholstered. The hot dog is not as big as advertised and not good quality because I kept burping it up the rest of the day. There seems to be enough staff but they are not organized because the staff dont stay in their designed location to be ready to serve when and where needed. Although we didn't use the service yet, they do deliver food to your seat. I went 2 weeks in a row and the root beer didn't work both weeks. I only return because of the free movie ticket per month in the app.

If you're in the mood for popcorn, you won't find it on Monday at 3pm. Food choices were limited. I like to eat when watching movies so this was a disappointment. I do like the trays at each seat and the fact that they recline. As with all mobile theaters, I hate all the previews and commercial ADS! They just keep going and going and going! :-/

I love this place … it’s always mellow here. I come with my family all the time. Tonight we watched black Adam and Halloween ends! Both awesome movies 🍿 definitely a great place plus other stores and shops around to hangout and dine.

I like how it's setup from buying the tickets then getting the popcorn, drinks & snacks. The small game room. The adult mini bar. I especially like the seating and spacing in the theater. My issues are when it's cash or credit only - they don't show a sign of it. The soda area is self serve but it's not big enough. It bottlenecks to 2 registers.

Haven't been to a theater in quite a while. We took our granddaughter there. Very nice, clean facility. The seats were very comfortable. The employees were friendly and respectful. Will go there again

This theater is terrific! Always shows we want to see. Entire theater is always clean. Reserved seating all seats recline and are very comfortable. Theater staff very courteous. Very pleasant movie going experience.

Not reviewing pricing, staff was friendly and easy to talk to with the questions I had. The theater was clean and those seats are to die for. Wish we had these growing up, extra wide soft reclining chairs with a side table that moves. Was my families first experience here since we moved out this way and we will be going back. Definitely splurged and got a little lazy opting for the concession food/drink delivery to our seats with the pre-purchase from online. Wish there was nachos in the online listing for pre-order as they are available once inside.

Sadly I haven't been to the movies in quite a few years. I was surprised to see how much has changed. It's so much nicer than I remember. Reclining seats, a side table , more diverse menu. I don't know if all cinemas are this nice, but I sure hope so. This place was so clean, I was impressed.

Popcorn was to be layered butter but was more like plain popcorn. Blah. Ordered drinks and popcorn for 3 people to be delivered to our seats ($2 charge). They deliver within 15 minutes of start time for our movie....previews. We were only ones who ordered this way. Won't do it again. Came in 2 huge paper bags with handles and 2 plastic bags. Loud getting the items out and kinda dark. Did I say the popcorn was awful? Yup, like the bottom of the batch. Other than that, the place is clean and staff were friendly. The movie was great albeit a bit loud. My son has autism. We had to work him through the first part of movie then he did well. We saw Top Gun so VERY loud. My hubby and I loved it though. Well worth seeing at this location. Highly recommend.
