This was such a great experience! I went with my mom and best friend for my 31st b-day, and we all had a BLAST finding the treasure in the Lost City! It was the first time for all of us, and we already can't wait to go back. Kendra was amazing, the energy was great, the clues were just tricky enough to stump you without leaving you stuck, and solving them and making it out was so exciting! 10/10 would recommend and 100% will be returning! Thanks for a great birthday! Plan to see the return of Majestic Marauders!

Best escape room I’ve done by far, we did the Cuban crisis, the lost temple and the Budapest express. All of the rooms are very creative, decently challenging, well maintained, well decorated and very fun. From start to finish escapology was incredibly welcoming with complementary water cups in the lobby, comfortable seating and awesome decorations. Our game masters Cozy and Madison were very helpful and funny. Cozy especially went above and beyond to make sure my group had a great time in our rooms! Winners even receive a free wrist band labeled for each room they complete. Genuinely down to earth and a great event. Can’t wait to come back and try out the last one!

After doing tons of escape rooms throughout the Southeast, we will always be a fan of Escapology and the rooms that they have to offer. The detail is outstanding and the game puzzles are challenging, but doable. The room experience here was no different, but the owners of the location made this visit even more enjoyable. Definitely a worthwhile stop if you're in town or nearby!

We had a great experience at Escapology Lakeland! We (group of 4) completed the Mansion Murder escape room with ~5 mins to spare. If we got stuck for a significant period of time, we were given a hint. The hints were always helpful and relevant. The escape room was built well, had an interesting storyline, and its instructions were clear.

So much fun!! We went here to kick off my 40th birthday bash and we had a blast. The crew at Escapology was so friendly and helpful. They made our experience comfortable and exciting from the moment we walked in the door. We did the Lost City room and were super impressed by the decor in the room and the well thought out details of the clues throughout the experience. In fact, we had such a great time that we decided to take them up on the discount offer for a second room. We then chose to solve the murder mystery in the Budapest Express room, which was even more fun and exciting than the first experience! Thank you, Madison and Jacob, for making my special day one I won't soon forget! :)

Great place for a date, family or company team,building. I've completed 3 rooms, all of which are completely different and fun I'n their own way. If you think you can handle a challenge and fun all in one spot? Then this place definitely for you. Awesome for an event space like birthdays or company parties.

Escapology is so much fun!! The workers are very friendly and make you feel welcome. During the escape room, my team had Manny helping us and he was so so great! I didn't know he could hear so a couple of times I made a comment and he responded on the screen. It made the experience so much better. They really want you to succeed and give you little nudges to help you pass the room. We did the hardest room, Budapest and without Manny, my team would not have survived. 10/10 recommend!!!

My first time at an escape room. My son and grandkids surprised me, we had a ball. We didn't figure it out but we were pretty darn close. It was done very well very beautiful building. Great details in the rooms, they definitely make you think. Wonderful staff. I will definitely be back.

We had a great time. Our first experience was messed up at the end because of a power outage. Escapology was great and gave us a second game free, and it was amazing. Made it out with 1:22 left on the clock and definitely will be returning.

Our extended family was visiting out of town and we did the Budapest express room, and had an absolutely great time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We beat the room with 11 minutes to spare. You get a rubber wristband if you beat it, which is very unique and makes you want to go back and collect them all for each room. Everyone had an amazing time. Thank you to the staff for making it a memorable experience!

Prices are pretty reasonable. Our party of four cost us a little over $100. The rooms that we've done so far (Cuban Missile Crisis and Lost City) were very fun and required some crafty thinking!

We’ve done escape rooms before, but it was our first time here. Escapology was top notch!! Very clean facilities with great decor and it was easy to book. We did Lost City and it was very fun! The clues and puzzles where challenging but very entertaining. Our game master Kaitlyn really helped us out when we needed it and we escaped in 57 min 8 seconds! We will definitely be back to try other rooms. Highly recommend this place!

This was our first time here and we did the Budapest Express and it was amazing!! Such great detail and was awesome for my wife and I’s wedding anniversary! Manny our game master was amazing!! Definitely would rate this place 10 out of 10 if I could!!! Will be back very very soon!!

Very detail oriented, the staff was very friendly. I went with my job as a team building exercise and we really enjoyed ourselves. The staff didn't seem overwhelmed at all with 30 of us packed in their lobby yammering and excited. They got us into our rooms and the games started. My team did the Arizona Shootout room which was quite interesting- we couldn't figure out the first puzzle but the staff never gave up on us. 10/10 would recommend.

First time doing an escape room. This place was so much fun!!!! The room was very unique. The clues and puzzles are so much more than just notes laying around. Lots of thought and brains went into designing the mechanical puzzles. Our Game Master, Madison was awesome! Had us laughing and made the game so much fun, she was the best! The guy at the counter was super nice too. He made the experience 100%! Will go back soon and try the rest of their rooms!!!

Had a great experience. Was greeted friendly from the moment we walked in. The lobby is comfortable and has a great feel about it. The staff was amazing. Didn’t get out of our room, but had a blast. At the end, they shared some tips and showed us some solutions. When we got stuck, they were great with clues to help us keep moving forward. Would recommend this as a date night or a family outing. We will be back.

My husband and I love escape rooms, and while in town we decided try out Escapology. We were Blown Away!! We ended up doing 3 rooms before our brains were fried and we decided to call it a night! The atmosphere was incredible, our game master- Manny- was top notch, and the rooms were amazing! Everything was so clean and professional. Definitely worth your time and money.

We called while on the road heading towards their location. On a Monday night, we were able to pick our room and time. We signed the waiver online and we're quickly taken to our room upon arrival, after a clean restroom stop (with great smelling lotions). We've done escape rooms in many cities over the years and enjoyed the 8.5 difficulty room we did. We DID escape:) Staff took a photo AND offered a bracelet as a souvenir, which was a delightful surprise. Both people working we're friendly and helpful.

We booked Escapology as an activity to celebrate my brother's birthday. Upon entering the establishment, I noticed it was very clean and the staff was so enthusiastic, kind and accommodating. We booked the Budapest Express room and it was definitely challenging, yet super fun! Madison, our game master was awesome and offered very helpful hints when they were needed. She also debriefed with us at the end of our session. I can't wait to return and explore the other escape rooms! I will also recommend Escapology to friends and family looking for a fun activity around town! Thanks so much for a great time!

I absolutely adored this escape room experience! The staff was extremely helpful and kind and made our night so much better. Unfortunately, my group and I had an unpleasant experience at the Lakeland Escape Room right up the road and left with our night feeling ruined. But Escapology saved the night by taking us in last minute and showing us they truly care about our experience. They were very attentive and made sure we were enjoying the game and that we weren’t stuck on a clue for way too long by giving us hints to move forward. I would choose Escapology a million times over Lakeland Escape Room. Thank you Escapology for the amazing customer service and actually caring about us and our experience!!!

My husband and I did the Wild West escape room the other day. We had so much fun that we decided to go ahead and do the train room while we still had a babysitter. The games were so well done and the owners were super nice. We really appreciated them accommodating us as walk ins and we had a great time. We can’t wait to come back.

After having a terrible experience with Lakeland Escape Room (which i’ll never be back to), we came over to Escapeology on a whims notice hoping to better our night. Thankfully, they let us in immediately and it was honestly the most fun I have ever had doing an escape room, and I’ve done plenty. Our game master was incredibly interactive, helpful, attentive, everything you could want while playing these puzzle games. HIGHLY the opposite when it comes to the Lakeland Escape Room. If you’re having trouble choosing between the two, this one is the best choice. The story lines and puzzles flow so much better and the employees are so much nicer and actually seem to enjoy their jobs unlike the latter. Also, if something in the room is messed up, or there’s an issue or anything at all they offer refunds or for you to try another room. Again, unlike the latter. They also do 15% off after your first visit!! I highly recommend this place. Clean, friendly, attentive, all in all 10/10. Thank you for saving our night after the horrible experience down the street.

This was my second time doing an Escape the Room event. We did Budapest Express - what a challenging room! Overall super fun and we managed to find our way out. Our game master, Marcus, was great too :)

I've been here several times. This is one of the best places I've been to. They are very accommodating for groups. The games are well thought out. Budapest Express is my favorite as it's very immersive!

The staff were amazing. What a great place to have a 14 year old birthday party. Kids we laughing and having fun solving all the clues. Thanks so much for an amazing day.

Wow, what an incredible adventure my friends and I had in the Budapest Express room at Escapology! From start to finish, it was an absolute blast. The moment we stepped into the room, we were transported to a different era, and the attention to detail in the set design was outstanding. It truly felt like we were on a journey aboard the Budapest Express. The puzzles were challenging and mind-bending, but that’s what made it so much fun! We had to put our heads together, communicate effectively, and think outside the box to solve them. It was a real test of our teamwork and problem-solving skills. Overall, the Budapest Express room at Escapology exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s an absolute must-try for anyone looking for an exhilarating and immersive escape room experience.
