This was my husband and I first time here! We have never played in a casino and I was amazed at all of the machines! The employees were amazing and helped with answering any questions we asked. They were very informative when it came to explaining how the machines worked and what to do if we wanted to leave a particular slot and move to a new one. I think the voucher slips they give are a great idea! It makes it very easy to get your "winnings" and move to a new slot. You are then able to insert the voucher slip and continue to play using your credits on the voucher! Our anniversary is next weekend and we will be coming back!! We are hoping to either win enough to have a nice anniversary dinner there or maybe even a night in one of your rooms!! Anyone who leaves a bad review of this place is just being a poor looser.

Just went for a few hours to bring out of town relatives to the casino. Not nearly what I expected. There are tons of slots, so many in fact that it can be a daunting task to find a decent one that you can quickly understand unless you go often. Lowest minimum on blackjack tables was $10, something my guests weren't prepared for. Craps & roulette aren't live, courtesy of state law. Instead, they're electronic & while the casino's application of the games was better than I thought it would be it still wasn't as fun or exciting as the real thing. Also, though my 20 year old son can play poker, he wasn't allowed to watch his older brother play blackjack! He had to leave the gaming area entirely, which, after 2 hours in the cigar & cigarette smoke was all we could stand. And we were in the non-smoking area, the smoking area was 10x worse. No thanks, won't be back.

Had a great time. Ate at the noodle bar, the hard rock Cafe, Rise, and also used room service. All were very good with reasonable prices. Casino had good variety of games. I won some and lost some but it was fun. Parking easy. Not so good were cigarette ashes on some consoles and the smell of cigarettes permeated the whole casino. Bring an eye shade if sharing a room. For some strange reason there are windows from the bathrooms that cast light into the bedroom at night whenever your roommate goes to the bathroom. Not cool in the early morning hours. Beds were comfortable and clean. Nice decor. I would recommend a stay.

For whatever reason the Saturday that I win seemed busier than usual. Not that that was a problem. I love the energy I love this casino very clean staff is always friendly and the games are always fun. The amenities are nice bathrooms are clean. Just a good weekend spot. Not sure when I'm going to go out there again but I'm sure it's not soon enough. Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful place but, (1) after a few thousands invested in "fun", less than $50 comp... (2) only half "free play" given during stay for 1 of 4 in our party...and "free play" is only good for slots... (3) waitresses are VERY hard to find. Even though you have to BUY ALL of your own drinks (12.50 - 15.00 for a single), a waitress might come by your blackjack table once every 2-3 hours. Be prepared to be very thirsty or leave your table for a bar. (4) Pretty much solely an electronic gaming spot. Only table games are cards. No roulette, craps, etc. (5) If you want entertainment that's more impressive than what you'd find at your local small hometown pizza joint, you will need to leave the hotel. (6) Even though there's a cigar shop in the hotel, ONLY cigarette smokers are allowed to smoke at tables. Not even the tiny Romeo Y Julieta minis are allowed. You will be required to leave the table while the Marlboro folks are welcome to burn through pack after pack and stay in the game. Overall, it's an attractive hotel with AMAZING restaurant choices that's loaded with slot machines. If you want the well-rounded experience we were hoping for, I would suggest Tunica, MS or Vegas (extra airfare to Vegas would be worth it and, ultimately more justifiable). There may be many additional superior alternatives but, I have to limit my suggestion to my own personal experiences. The impression I get is that they don't have much appreciation for your patronage or concern for their reputation as a destination.

The Hard Rock Casino is a really cool and fun place to go! My dad always said to me to only bring what you're willing to lose because if you win and walk out with more money then you came with, then that's great, but there's always a chance you will spend everything you brought. There are so many different and newer slot machines, different card games, and the hotel rooms are beautiful! Just make sure you are having fun because even when I walk out with less money, I usually still had a great time. The food is amazing no matter which restaurant you go to! The staff makes sure you are safe, and if there's a problem, go to a blue shirt staff member and they will take care of you.

One of my favorite places to gamble! Huge selection of games, and I have won more here than anywhere else I play. 4 jackpots in the last year. I also think that the Unity rewards program is excellent. Lots of great offers and flexible ways to use your points. As for the rest of the resort, it's top notch. Great rooms, lots of great restaurants, nice pool area.

Went in for the first time last year. Spent $60. They said that if we came back in, they would match what we spent. Well I was expecting $120 to play games with. but instead they only gave me $30. I was hoping that I could actually stay a little longer since I traveled two and a half hours just to get to Hard Rock Cafe Seminole Casino; but Im I guess I should have called first; to make reservations, and get the full details. To make sure that the promotion was still on, but the customer service reps were very helpful; and they didn't have to do what they did, but they did it anyway! So I just want to say thank you very much front desk for great customer service satisfaction. Besides that, it was a clean, and friendly employees. I will definitely come back! Thank you very much for helping me; I really appreciate it..I did have fun there; so, Thank you. Have a great day! Enjoy the casino when you're there! It's a blast!

I went to this casino last weekend for the first time and was surprised to see that it needs a renovation. Most places look dated and worn, especially the carpet throughout. There are a few areas that are nice like the casino lounge and the Poker Room. I ate at Rise at the counter and the server was great. The hosts while waiting in line to be seated where not. There was barely a line but it took forever to be seated without any communication as to why? The two hosts were chit chatting and appeared to not care. The Hollywood Hard Rock location is much nicer.

My wife and I went to celebrate a late Valentine's Day. We ate in Hard Rock Cafe, and both had grilled chicken sandwiches with fries and had a spicy shrimp appetizer. Our waitress was Aliha. She did an amazing job, and the food was delicious. After dinner, we went into the casino and played the machines a little. My only disappointment was that there were no quarter machines where you could bet just a quarter, so we soon exhausted our $50 dollar per person budget and had to leave

A super good fun to be had sort of place. It's really the employees that put this over the top, as far as I'm concerned these employees are genuinely cheerful and not just putting on a show. The building itself is very well cleaned and laid out so one's not having to walk from end to end in search of a cocktail or a hot spot in which to feed a roll of quarters. The food is never bland or nondescript. Fresh salads and fabulous bar burgers are always a part of a diverse menu. Next time you're looking for a get away weekend, it's not necessary to leave the greater Tampa area, just head over to Hard Rock and a great time will be had by all .

We went Tuesday evening and although it was crowded, there was plenty of free parking spaces. We toured most of the casino areas and the outdoor poor & bar is lovely. The bars were busy but we were waited on in a timely manner. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. We played some slots, didn't won but didn't expect to. The memorabilia displayed was impressive and well done, and the Christmas trees were magnificent!. We had dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe and it was excellent. My husband had the Prime Rib, potatos & broccoli and I had the Salmon and a salad - both were cooked as ordered and we recommend both meals. Even if you don't gamble, I believe this is a good night out. If smoke bothers you, stay in the non-smoking areas!

This was a memorable experience! The hotelโ€™s amenities are great for the price. The staff was accommodating and professional. I again, enjoyed the costume gallery featuring the biographies of the celebrities that wore them and who frequent this hotel and casino. The wealth of information entailing each guitarโ€™s history on display was an added bonus. My absolute favorite time spent was at the spaaaaaaa! You have to spend a day there. The personalized service you receive is more than worth the expense!

I came to Hard Rock via a bus day trip from my community. I haven't been to a casino in 5 years. This experience was very different from my last trip. The casino was clean and flashy. Sounds, lighting, and large screens on "slot" machines make it all seem exciting, and it draws you in. You put cash bills in the machine. If you don't have cash, you can use an ATM or credit card. It's too easy to overspend if you don't have control. The machine conveniently keeps track of your wins and losses. If you're lucky enough to win any money, you cash out, and the machine spits out a slip to take to a cashier. Thankfully, there are lots of 1c machines. Be aware that the minimum bet ranges from 30c to a couple of dollars. Similar rules for 2c, 25c, and higher machines. Overall, we had a good time. Sadly, we didn't win, but we also didn't spend more than the maximum amount I planned. Which wasn't much. We walked around, ate, and looked in stores to pass some time. My only complaint was that people were smoking all around us. It was awful. I had no idea there was another side that was non-smoking. Signs would have been nice.

This place is a lot of fun. They have any amenity a guest could want. The staff is extremely alternative and engaging. The hotel grounds and interior are very well managed and clean. They have a variety of shops including cigar shops. They also have servers going around and offer drinks. Really great place had a great time with my wife and will return back. The only downside is how expensive the rooms are.

August 19 2022 I took my husband to eat at The Hard Rock Cafe for his Birthday. Our meals were great!!! The ice cream dessert was perfect. They had live entertainment and they sang every one of my favorite songs. My son and I danced at the table while others were dancing at the stage. The waitress was very friendly and made our night perfect! Will definitely be back! ๐Ÿ’•

Staff here are rude, and the bartenders are in such a rush to just run your card and get their tips from you that they donโ€™t bother to look into your comped points/money you have available to use. Had to void multiple charges and have them run it appropriately to my room charge to use the comped money points I had before they expired because none of the staff would give me a second to explain that I did have credit/money to use. They just kept telling me โ€œ ya you have no compsโ€. However I will give a 5 star review to Brenda who was the manager at the rise kitchen and deli because she was the ONLY staff member that came over, listened to me and explained how to properly use my comped earnings and fixed the issues right away for us. Brenda you deserve a raise and you are such a kind soul. Thank you for your patience and time.

Beautiful casino...VERY TIGHT MACHINES! $1200 Dollars in a hour and a half...25 cent machine's. Didn't see a server for 45 minutes. However after we got service...they were more frequent and very pleasant! I would like to have seen more nickel machines, to stretch out playing time. It would have been more fun if the machines would have let us play. Still a lot of fun!

This is a great casino hotel resort. The rooms are well presented and the pool is great. The restaurant is brilliant and with the live band makes it a real experience whilst dining! The casino area is very accommodating especially good for high rollers. Extra shout out to Travis and his team who looks after us and makes sure we have a great stay!

It's a great experience. Very nice scenery. Everyone is so pleasant. Venture out you will enjoy. We live in Tampa. We just went on a family outing to Seminole Hard Rock. Go you'll have a nice time. If you have some respiratory issues wear your mask to help with the smokey smell.

We frequent the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino mainly for special occasions. Check in is always easy and very polite staff. East Tower rooms are comfy and great shower water pressure. We typically eat at the Rise restaurant because the food is great and decent portion sizes too. The gambling aspect is what you make of it - some days are better than others but always good fun!

Just gambled, didn't stay in the rooms. The facility appeared clean and there was always someone around - sweeping or wiping something. I enjoyed my experience. The only problem I had was the tables were too expensive for my taste. I would have liked 5, 10 or even 20 dollar tables. The only ones I saw were $25 and mostly $50 tables, ouch! I highly recommend this place! Very safe, clean, friendly, attentive service. Also, ample parking for everyone. ๐Ÿ‘

We stopped in on whim for some drinks and gambling on a Saturday night. There were only 2 open bars, and both had crazy long lines. It took about 30 minutes for us to get a beer and a rum and coke ($20 for two drinks). The casino floor was very hot - we had to keep moving to different sections because it was so hot. They had one $25 table open that we could find. Everything else was $50+. It wouldn't be so bad if they did free drinks while gambling, at least then you feel like you're getting something for your money. We've been to Vegas many times, this casino is not on par. I get they are the only game in town, but they are definitely price gouging. I kept it at 3 stars because it is a very pretty hotel and casino and the staff we interacted with were very nice. I just don't feel this casino is worth the cost.

The rooms are a bit steep in price but I'm not a rich or financially comfortable person, readily able to drop 500 on a room for the night. However, they are worth it with their beautiful decor and modern amenities. I'd just stay in the shower for a good hour probably. It's real nice.... Oh, and the sheets were so comfy I bought some pillow cases with the cool guitar embroidery on them.... once again worth the price..... Best thing was the Spa or Rock Sauna I think it's called. Unbelievable!! ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ‘

I live Locally but I come up here frequently for the Free Play! I highly recommend getting the Unity Card from the Players Club if you haven't. It's free and you earn free play and unity points that work just like cash for food, drinks, smokes etc. They also give comp rooms pretty frequently. The entire staff is pretty cool and they have some great memorabilia! I just love it here! MOST IMPORTANTLY THE MACHINES ACTUALLY PAY OUT! Good Luck!!!

Rented a cabana for the day while visiting the area. Couldnโ€™t beat the price. Our waitress/server was A+ very friendly and fast. All the food we got for Lunch was good between the steak n cheese, club, and chicken sandwiches. Cabana was plenty of space for 4 of us. Had the fridge and tv and plenty of seats and towels.also came with water, soda and a fruit bowl. Pool water was amazing. Casino is pretty large and plenty of areas to play the slots. Looked like a few decent food choices as well. Would come back again to use the cabanas for sure.

I absolutely LOVE my visits to this casino and hotel!! This is an overall review as I have been here several times over the years and stayed in various rooms in all towers. OVERALL: This casino is designed beautifully - very modern with plenty of gambling available from slots to tables, lots of dining choices, and shopping. The casino floor is huge and there is also a smoke-free gambling area upstairs. Plenty of parking garages available as well as valet and over-size parking for big rigs or jacked up trucks/jeeps that can't make the clearance into the parking garage! This casino is equipped with three swimming pools (no jacuzzi), an outdoor bar & grill, and a gym. HOTEL: I would have to say that I prefer the East over the West tower. The rooms nicely furnished, well equipped with amenities, a comfy bed and quality towels! The restroom is spacious with his and her sinks and a gorgeous walk-in shower. Our views are always amazing as well. CASINO: I can't believe how huge the casino floor actually is! There are so many slot machines available and sometimes I prefer to go upstairs where there is no smoking allowed because it's less crowded. Also, if you're gambling in the high rollers area you are able to get free cocktails from the waitresses walking around. DINING: I have tried every restaurant at this casino and I have to say that Jubao is my absolute go-to!! They are open super late, and the line is long, but so worth it! If you are looking for much finer dining there are plenty of great options but make sure to make a dinner reservation.

Casino is terrible. Not sure what odds they have programed into the slots but not even a little fun. Pretty much dump cash in and never get even a little excitement. Stay away from the slots. Nice restaurants and beautiful building with great memorabilia you would expect at Hard Rock.

The Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Tampa offers a vibrant and lively gambling experience. The casino boasts a wide selection of slot machines, table games, and poker rooms, catering to both casual players and high rollers. Visitors appreciate the modern and spacious layout, making it easy to navigate through the gaming floor. The casino's amenities and dining options receive mixed reviews. While some enjoy the variety of restaurants and bars available, others find the prices to be on the higher side. The on-site hotel offers comfortable accommodations, but some guests have noted occasional noise issues due to its proximity to the casino floor. Customer service at Seminole Hard Rock Casino is generally considered friendly and attentive, providing assistance when needed. However, peak hours might lead to longer wait times for services. Overall, Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Tampa provides a fun and entertaining gambling experience with an extensive gaming selection, though opinions on dining options and noise levels may vary. Visitors looking for a lively casino atmosphere will likely enjoy their time here. Keep in mind that experiences may have evolved since my last update in September 2021, so it's always a good idea to check more recent reviews for the latest information.

Free parking in the garage. Most of the casino allows smoking. Complimentary drinks while playing only in the high limits sections upstairs. We did not eat at the actual Hard Rock Cafe or stay at the hotel. There is always a huge line to get a table at the Noodle restaurant, but if you want to wait, the food is delicious. The Rock n Raw sushi restaurant had no wait and the food was fast and delicious. The prices were affordable too. We were impressed. Had a great time!

Second visit and it never disappoints. Friendly staff great music 24/7. The food is good, I really appreciate the small food court with food for everybody, but I have to say in my experience the room service is superb. The meatloaf with mashed potatoes were heavenly, also the grilled chicken sandwich was excellent. Hotel was packed and the food took less than the actual call to the desk. Prices were pretty good considering the awesome place and how full the hotel was. The Casino was exciting and extremely fun. Hotel is near malls and other places. We came for the Billy Joel concert and we also went to a Lighting game. If you conning to Tampa you just consider seriously book here.

Never been disappointed walking into the hard rock, their new additions of the live tables and the renovations has made this a whole new place! Great for a night on the town or just hanging out and grabbing a bite to eat at one of their many fabulous restaurants. Will definitely be coming back and making more contributions to future renovations (losing anytime I play) lol

We did not stay at this location for lodging however if you like casinos itโ€™s very large with game tables as well. This location offers free self covered and uncovered parking as well as valet parking. Many places to eat as well as a food court, also a non smoking casino area. Restrooms were clean. There is also a person that walks around selling tobacco products if needed. Locating a waitress for free beverages minus (I believe) you have to pay for Alcohol was a bit of a task. Face mask were optional most slot machines and game tables had screen dividers. One side of the casino had an awful smell like sewage. Overall we visited this location 2 days and it was very nice, itโ€™s so large that on our 2nd day we located another part of the casino so again it is very large. if you like casinos with 1,2,5,10, and 50 cent and above machines, it also had a high roller room as well, it also has shopping stores. This is my personal opinion. Safe travels and enjoy.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. My only issue is how busy it gets. Other than that it's always clean, employees are always polite and courteous, even though they get a little busy and take FOREVER to bring your drink... But hey no one is perfect. Truly enjoy my first night at the hard rock within 30 seconds. I want $533. I was so happy staff are awesome. They greet you with a smile in their voice and with a calming affect. While providing excellent customer services and anything timely manner accommodate customers I lost my phone at one of the machines and a few employees assisted me as a disabled veteran, which was very nice and appreciate it. I will continue to go to the hard rock and play with my luck only because you guys are awesome. Staff assisting customers and making our day brighter *_*!!

So much FUUUUUNNNNNN! I went for my first time yesterday and though I didnโ€™t come home with winnings it was a fun place to be for the day. Everyone I asked questions to were so helpful and kind. It was clean and the restroom I used was spotless. The kid(yes Iโ€™m old) in the HR Store was so friendly and helpful as well. I ate dinner at the HR Cafe and it was great. Both the service and the food. I hope everyone enjoys this place as much as I did. Iโ€™m a local so I will DEFINITELY go backโ€ฆโ€ฆ..when I save some ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ฐ

Went to the casino and had ice cream from one of their restaurants. Didn't stay in the rooms. Overall the main areas of the hotel are clean, very pretty, and modern. They are in keeping with the Hard Rock theme of clothing, instruments, albums, and various other musical memorabilia throughout the hotel to look at for free, it's also very easy to get pictures next to these cased items. As for the casino, the non-smoking area is kept that way very well but like most other casinos I have partaking at in the non-smoking section the payout isn't quick. They do have high roller slots(in both smoking and non.) The smoking section is substantially bigger and they do offer more tables to play blackjack and I believe craps. But I stick to the slots. They do have the wait staff that goes around offering drinks. They also have a hired service that comes and cleans the ashtrays and cigarette trash which I greatly appreciate. There are a few restaurants on-site that stay open late to eat at. I have been to this location twice now and will return. The rooms are pricey but I like the casino for what I can get in Florida without having to travel too far. They have garage parking that's free whether you stay at the hotel or not they do occasionally have cops/security ride through not sure if they are hired or if they were looking for someone.

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino was an unplanned adventure to say the least. A friend and myself were on the other coast of Fl. Working and decided to stop in for a few minutes on a Sunday afternoon. The parking garage is free. Very clean and convenient for everyone. Plenty of parking spaces, regular and handicapped. Well planned with easy to remember posted signs. The Casino and Hotel are well employed with personable, professional, respectable individuals who take their job seriously with great passion. Both the Casino and Hotel are of high standards in regards to public safety and securities. During my visit of a few hours at this location I thoroughly enjoyed my time. Smoking and non smoking areas are provided. Non alcoholic beverages are readily available and free while playing machines. Foods are also served but are not complimentary. I would definitely recommend everyone I know to visit this establishment at least once in their lifetime! You never know if it could be your lucky day! Thank you!

Love the casino. Great people. Great service. Wish the offers were more organized. Had 500 shopping spree bonus offer with 500 earned shopping spree and 500 halfway to Christmas spree. First two no RSVP. Last RSVP which was fully committed. So came Thursday to players club to get explanation. Was told then already have reservation for all, just show up Sunday. And sure enough showed up, driving from Malabar and no go. Asked Thursday, more like begged, make sure before I drive back Sunday. So I get to casino and what a joke. Not funny.

Liked the Casino as they have non smoking areas which I prefer. It's large enough and have all the games I enjoy except for Stadium Blackjack. The rooms were really nice ,comfortable and clean. There are a few nice shops to help you spend your winnings...if your lucky. The restaurants we went to were good and I am looking forward to my next visit.

This review is strictly for the casino and I have a bone to pick. Understandably, this ain't Vegas. But when I stick $100 into the machine at center bar and play that through for an hour, I expect a comped drink or two. If you want people to spend their money on slots and table games, why would you charge folks $10 for a house rum & coke? And I have to close my tab each and every time when using a card. So that's $11 after a cash tip, for a house rum & coke that will be water in 15 minutes if I don't drink it fast enough. This is a massive casino with 2 sides. Plenty of action everywhere. My other gripe is the music everywhere is incredibly loud. Yeah, it's the Hard Rock and music is their thing. But I left that casino hard of hearing. Felt like I left a concert almost. Will I be returning? No. The machines are loose and they do pay out. But racking up over $55 in drinks over the course of an hour isn't fun. Especially when it's house liquor and cheap ice. No bueno.

New to the area so first time visiting Seminole. Access is super easy with parking and entrance to Casino. Other casinos I've been to require long walks from parking lot to building, with lots of walking inside the building as well. As a non-smoker, I checked out the smoking area and was pleasantly surprised to find that it wasn't bad, well ventilated and tolerable compared to other smoking areas in casinos. Although not a large casino it only takes that one machine to win, right? Nice experience, will be back.

The casino is a 10/10 absolute gamblers paradise! I was shocked by how big it was and how many games they have to offer. It wasn't until about an hour in that I even discovered the other side. I stayed all evening easily. One thing I will say is go with $$ to spend if you want to have a good time. The max bet on all of the machines seemed really high for what I'm used to. Overall it was a great time and I'd love to go back!

This is my favorite place to retreat to when I need a break from my immediate world I mean for me it's like visiting an adults playground they have it all and your always welcomed with a smile no matter what time you choose to come rolling units 24 hours so I like to avoid big crowds my usual arrival time is between 3 and 5 am and I get out of there by noon the very latest I have gone all different times as well as stayed for a week strait utilizing the hotel portion and they do st times pack on the players I never thought it was too packed to enjoy oneself but just prefer off hours so 8 can roam around and not worry bout how I look or getting hot on usually no conversations more playing is best for my taste and just cuz it's slow no worries you may still win they don't set any time restraints on jackpots just in case anyone may have questioned their abilities 24 hours of fun fair playtime. ... Come whenever you are feeling lucky

Lots of live games available at this location. poker live games, two deck blackjack, six deck blackjack games, eight deck blackjack live games, roulette, baccarat. They have a wonderful baccarat room better than some of the ones in Las Vegas and it was very active. Lots of low betting players and there is also a higher limit high betting baccarat area. They do not have a lot of dumb rules like some other locations have they will let you bounce around to different Baccarat tables. They run the baccarat games very fast pace, some of the fastest paced baccarat I have seen in person anywhere in the US โ€ฆ very close to a speed, baccarat style Baccarat game you would find online. Very average table minimums They have some $10 minimum blackjack tables they have some $25 minimum baccarat tables

I love that growing up all my life I have been able to experience different Hard Rocks and every time I come back to this one there is something more that I missed. It seems there are things that are always a kind of hidden gem or easter egg around the buildings from the decor and novelty wardrobes and instruments to the ever changing events ranging from the cafe to the pool party stage and even the event center. There is always so much more to do if the games aren't your deal or if you are with a group and get separated. The numerous places to eat, get drinks or have some exciting RnR. It has certainly come a long way from when it was built. I am excited for the future additions.

Stopped in the morning of Jan 21, 2024 from about 5am - 6am. I haven't been to the Hard Rock in a while, and wanted to check out the new live roulette and craps. Walking around the casino floor, there were dirty, empty used glasses all over the place. Cigarette butts and ashes littered quite a few of the slot machine banks. For an "upscale casino" it was pretty disappointing. I know it's not going to be perfect, but the amount of dirty glasses and ashes/cigarettes all around the place made me not want to touch any of the slot machines, let alone sit on one of the stools. And it's not like the place was jamming at 5 am. Pretty disappointing, makes me not want to return if it's that dirty and unclean during slow hours.

The rooms were very well kept except for this red stuff on the mirror that looked like blood it scared my kids so much that they couldn't sleep. The location was great they had a pool and a good proximity to Universal and a path. Overall, it was a very fun experience. I can't wait to go back next year!

I went here with my Father & Brother for my birthday back in the day. I was very impressed. I won $800.00 playing the slot machines. Which I had a lot of use for later on that weekend. I felt the luck of the Irish was truly with me. The customer service is world renowned and the food is very irresistible. Top of the line entertainment.

The professionalism & cleanliness & very courteous staff. I had left $28 in free play on a slot machine & didn't realise it. I go to a different slot & about 5 + minutes later a staff member came over to me & asked are you Timothy, yes I said & asked if I wanted to play out the rest of my free play, of course, I said. One employee stayed at the slot I had left the free play & this gentleman guided me back to that particular slot. How awesome is that.

No offers for free play. Sad since I dropped 2500.00 dollars. Went to eat at the Rise. Ordered Thanksgiving everyday. Told the waiter no gravy. Waited 20 minutes. The meal came out covered in gravy. He said her was sorry and would have it fixed. Waited for a refill on my coke. After 15 minute I left a 10 to pay coke and left. What happened to the great service? I think it's time to find another hobby to spend my money on.

Love this place! Have been here 4 times. I don't even drink, and I'm able to drink their drinks! They are so yummy. The place is a little costly, but the cost is fair for the amount of food, food quality, and experience. Food comes out quick, and they do great accommodating large groups. (14). Our waiter was very available, sociable, and pleasant. Will definitely return. Great for ladies night. Bar seating available. Kids love this place too! You can order any drink w/o alcohol.

Everything started off perfect for our vacation at this hotel. We traveled in town from Chicago. On our second night we stepped out for an excursion. While out, our room was serviced and money was stolen from our property. I was hoping it was a miss understanding and house keeping assumed it was a tip ($178). We contacted security and management who stated an investigation would be launched. No additional details. It has now been 3 weeks and we have not heard anything back, no follow up, nothing. I considered this to be an upscale high end hotel that we planned to really enjoy but theft wasnโ€™t in the plans.

What needs to be said? It's the Hard Rock casino. They run some of the best casinos in the country. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and the environment is safe . My grandma always said you can't play with scared money. So don't go there with your last hundred dollars hoping to win the big jackpot to pay the mortgage. Remember Gamble responsibly and have a great time everyone.

This place was very nice inside an out. The employees where very nice an helpful to any services we needed. I lost my phone while in the casino an after finding the lost an found which was a trick (until a gentleman lead) the way I was able to get it back. They said 95% of lost phones an 85% of other items are turned into the lost an found. Which is awesome there team an security keep a close eye on everything to make it safe for their guest and their belongings .. But over all everything was great . kinda pricey but nothing less expected being a casino..

Hard Rock is nice place to visit. Pool is smallish but seems nice. Plenty of slots to play and they have a special during the week during the height of the day for $5 Blackjack games (at least right now). It can be a little confusing to tell where smoking and non-smoking is and you can get a little lost with how much is actually in the building. Decent variety of eateries, but be aware that prices are a little high but understandably high. There's not really much in the area to go do something else. You have to go about 20-30 minutes away to get to other attractions. Overall great place to visit for a day of fun in Tampa. Center Bar If you go here for a visit and drink, ask for Dana K. What a delightful server! Not only was she genuinely nice, but wonderful to talk to, attentive to the table, and easy to understand (music overhead of the bar). You want a nice experience with a great smile and beyond friendly server, go find Dana K.

It's a huge casino with a great selection of slot machines. I was surprised that you are able to smoke again but I must say that their ventilation system is excellent because my clothes actually didn't smell like smoke. It was lots of fun and I will definitely return when I'm in or near Tampa again.

Very busy, has enough to see and explore. Clean, Food was tasty. I'll definitely revisit if I'm visiting the area again. My card was charged twice, it was rectified but would have been nice if I was told ahead of time. Beware the expansive smoking area. The worst smoke inhalation ever! Had a rough start with slots. But, I had a few nice hits in the end, & came out a little ahead.(That was in the non-smoking room). It was a brief visit, so, I canโ€™t say much. Of course, thereโ€™s lots of slots!

Just stopped in for a little gambling and to get something to eat. I was a little disappointed in the casino. First of all, it was way, way too hot inside. In fact, we left early just because of that. Secondly, they really need to address overflowing ashtrays and trash cans. I'm not sure what the issue was, but I've never seen anything like it inside a casino. We ate at the Rock n Raw and everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. The service was barely average. It wasn't really very busy and it really should have been better. Overall the experience was only fair and if I return, it will only be because it was a convenient location for us.

  • 5/5 Howie L. 8 months ago on Google

Been here twice for the casino. One for a comedy show and the other just to gamble. Both times it was lovely. They have a lot of food options. The only down side are the people smoking but thatโ€™s pretty standard when it comes to casinos.

It was was my 1st time being I really enjoyed myself. Everyone I interacted with were friendly and accommodating. Just a couple of small things that I had issues with. In the room the tub was a little high, considering I am a shorter woman. I almost slipped getting in. Also there wasn't a microwave available. The only other downside was the pool and outdoor bar hours. I wished after a long day of being out and about we could have the option of enjoying the area a little longer. Overall would I return, yes I would.

Took a day trip from Orlando to Tampa on a Sunday. The location is fairly good considering it is right off the highway. You cannot miss it. There were 2 employees that went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The first was Markeith at the front desk. He made sure everything we needed was taken care of, and check in was easy. He was very friendly and attentive and made our experience great! We then ordered lunch by the pool and had an issue, and the manager Du made sure the situation was handled. He was very apologetic, and made it right. Great experience, and will be back again!

I paid extra for walk out balcony , which was nice , unfortunately we had no hot water on Thursday when we checked in โ€ฆ on Friday morning I went to front desk and let them know no hot water only cold water in shower and faucetsโ€ฆ. ( I had 2 separate reservations for the same room type. One for Thursday night and one for Friday / sat night . I was treated poorly and made to wait on the outer edge of the check in area , instead of being helped quickly โ€ฆ and it was not busy . There were plenty of other associates to help the limited number of people checking in/ out. After quite a while they offered to check me Into another room , which was fine by me but 10-20 other people in line had no hot water either . So they made me spend about 1 hour waiting and going up and down . A manager was supposed to go check the replacement room for hot water .. but that never happened .. finally they had the very good head door man / bell man manager bring me to the suggested replacement room and we found no hot water there either .it was the room directly above mine I was paying $500-560 per night x 3 nights โ€ฆ they gave me $200 off the 3 nights and late checkout of 1pm on Sunday ( usually 11am check out ) They also promised to fix issue .. So we had cold water the entire 4 days โ€ฆ never got fixed , warm at night cold Each morning โ€ฆ a maintenance man told me it was an ongoing issue with a main line going to a certain block of rooms โ€ฆ After we tried to use our late check out on Sunday of 1 pm , our keys were locked out at 11am and we did not receive the late check out โ€ฆ we had to sneak back up to our room to retrieve the remainder of our items .. The maids were great !! Good people !! Upon checkout they gave me another $100 off โ€ฆ so $1600 for 3 days no hot water .. -$300 off โ€ฆ I should say we come here regularly and this was the first time we had any kind of issue like this .

Great atmosphere. Didn't stay in a room. Too long of a wait to get a drink while playing slots. It's enough that they're not free, like the Hard Rock in Biloxi, so I really would appreciate faster service with drinks purchased. I haven't seen as many comps here as I received in Biloxi also but I'm going again soon, we will see. Great employees, friendly staff in general. Nicely remodeled. Now I just need to win my new Lexus.

This was a birthday celebration. We paid for a king suite, balcony, largest and top room in the facility (1300). We were told we could check in at 3:00. I was promised something special in the room for the birthday and something associated with the dinner reservation (separate). Arrived at 3:00. We were told the room was clean but needed โ€œinspection.โ€ Three questions later , it really wasnโ€™t clean but we could โ€œdown gradeโ€ to get something quicker. Room-nothing for birthday. Dinner-nothing for birthday. Gray tub-non-functional still waiting on someone to show my grown self how to operate hot and cold (itโ€™s not me). Television ruined with a sun-streak (black verticals line). This is my first and last visit. Do not waste your money unless you plan to spend no time in the room but rather your entire time on the smoke (cigar/pot/cigarette) filled rooms. Also, bring your own toothpaste.

First time in a casino and happy I came here. The place is immaculate. Clean, and very lively. Memrobelia all over from famous artists. The room was nicely renovated and comfortable. I did lose money at the casino but was worth the experience. The dealers/ servers were pleasant people. The only two things I didnโ€™t like were I couldnโ€™t use Apple Pay to pull funds out and I found alcohol was priced a little high a long with food services delivered upstairs to the room. Otherwise everything was great. Thank you for the experience.

Location is so convenient right off I4. Very easy to get to. Plenty of parking which is free. Didn't stay in the rooms. Just visited the casino. Had a couple drinks at one of the bars and they were good. Bartenders were great. The casino is huge and has many floors. Lots of slots and tables. They have a separate section for nonsmokers. The casino is beautiful and spotless. Gave four stars because it's very cumbersome for new patrons. Someone or at least a kiosk should be available to greet you and guide you where to go. They need more labelling to the cashiers and player's club. It was very difficult to find them. A couple of maps at the entrances would be nice.

Hotel and Casino are beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and variety of slots. Beds are super comfortable, bathroom huge and plenty of drawer and closet space. Rooms have a refrigerator and Keurig. As far as food choices, definitely need more options for breakfast. Truly miss the buffet, as it was fantastic. Dined at the Hard Rock restaurant and service was slow (not a busy night) and order was wrong (hint: wait staff should write things down). The food court was much better than the restaurant. The noodle bar is fantastic! Still a wonderful place to visit.

I didn't stay at hotel but visited casino. It's huge! I'm nonsmoker and they have decent filters so smoke isn't overwhelming. They do have separate nonsmoking rooms. My only complaint would be the level of noise. You can't really talk and even at players club difficult to communicate. Slots were give and take so it was fun.

12/2023 .. 1) I didn't come to gamble, but will say that they have Many slots. I'm guessing around 500+ machines. Blackjack, poker, no craps yet but coming, sports book, I didn't see roulette but they may have it. My partner says the slots don't pay as well as the Native casinos out west but maybe she wasn't having a good day. 2) Eats: they have quite a few eateries and bars, but the hours vary and somehow I find it difficult to find anything I really want to eat here. The Council Oaks fine dining room is the only place that takes reservations and they were booked full weeks in advance so couldn't eat there. 3) Hotel leaves a bit to be desired considering the price. Pretty nice rooms but room and especially the hallways smell a bit stale. Good hot showers. NOTE: I booked direct, but I notice that there are rates offered on this site that are more than a hundred dollars less per night than we ended up paying, so you might want to shop more carefully or call them to see if they will match those lower rates. 4). Parking: Free. There are three parking garages and it can be hard to find your car until you get familiar with the layout, so you will want to make note of which garage, floor and section you park in. Parking gets crowded at certain times of day but I was always able to eventually find a space. 5) The displays of instruments and stage costumes are interesting. They permit photographing these. 6) Cleanliness and disinfection: Excellent. No trash laying around and several two person cleaning teams are working 24 hours a day rotating through the gaming floor and common areas cleaning and disinfecting. 7) Every staff member I saw was friendly and courteous, going out of their way to help you have a good time. 8) BEWARE: the jewelry for sale in Rainmaker and labelled "Native Made by Navajo, Hopi, and Zuni craftsmen" may well be Native made but I believe it is made in a sweatshop in Gallup and IMO is made using reconstituted turquoise and inferior metals. Grossly overpriced for what you get, IMO. 9) Live entertainment: nonexistent. There may have been a band in the Council Oaks restaurant but that place was booked full weeks in advance. There is a concert venue separate from the main floors and concerts there carry a significant additional cost and seem to happen only occasionally. 10) Smoking: this is a smoking establishment. Smoking is permitted everywhere except for a relatively very small nonsmoking gaming floor tucked away upstairs. That being said, the air was pretty clear and I never found the smoke level especially objectionable. 11) Wheelchair friendly throughout as far as I could tell.

Great place to visit and enjoy entertainment and gambling. Easy to access and the facility is big enough to not feel crowded. There are always great slots and gaming tables available and the servers work hard to ensure you have drinks and snacks while playing. The hotel and casino are kept very clean and everything feels updated. This is by far my favorite casino outside of Las Vegas.

Loved the atmosphere. I said in the past that I didn't gamble. Well, now I do! Hard Rock is amazing. Doesn't require a lot of money to have a LOT of FUN!!! Loved everything about the experience. Wish I had visitlted the casino sooner.

Kinda fan but HATE the pervasive smell of smoke. Our non smoking rooms in the WESTtower smelled of smoke. The hallways smelled of smoke. Also not a fan of dogs in the casino. We went to the pool one afternoon and loved it! Great service. DJ and the water was warm. I think this is the closest true casino for us but weโ€™ll keep looking.

Road trip to Tampa with my friend, who had time before a meeting, so checked it out. Huge venue. Very nice, clean. Many shops, places to eat + Tremendous amounts of Slot Machines. Other games to experience, as well, if u like to "try your luck"!๐Ÿ€ We enjoyed our short visit. Thank you!๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ™‚

They have made it into a more upscale casino but I liked it better when it first opened and they played music videos. I see they are getting new table games. The Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Tampa is a vibrant entertainment complex offering a diverse range of gaming options, including slot machines and table games. Beyond the casino, it features multiple dining venues, live entertainment, and a luxurious hotel

This hotel provided a wonderful stay. I had back surgery a few months ago and was having some residual pain during my trip, and the soaker tub was wonderful. The bed was the best I have encountered in any hotel. The food at the pool was so greatโ€”the chicken sandwich and waffle fries were wonderful!โ€”and the service and security were excellent. I attended one of the Rod Stewart shows, and I was so impressed by the venue. We got in quick, and security was quick to handle the few issues I saw. I have attended literally hundreds of concerts, and this one was my favorite. The only negative for me was the smoke on the casino floor, but I get it. I just wanted to warn anyone who might be sensitive to it because it is overwhelming. That said, I have never been to a casino before this, so I had no experience. I wish I could have stayed longer but had to get home.
