We have loved our experience with Legoland park and the water park! We’ve had a lot of fun and during our time didn’t have to wait in lines. I would give 5 stars except a few attractions we were interested in were closed for maintenance (which is understanding) and some features like the mini land look all dirty and faded, and also an island or two in the wave pool of the water park were in need of repair. Also in the water park, only 1 of 3 big slides was open so the kids had to stand and wait a bit. It would be nice to have some more overhead fans/sprayers for cooling for those of us not used to this Orlando heat. The staff were all nice and the pirate actors and skiers in the show were fantastic! Overall it was great! We would definitely come again!

Great theme park for young children. Best ages between 3-10. Older children may be a little bored. We spent a great day with my almost 4 year old 42 inch tall granddaughter who went on many rides and had a great time. Our 21 month old granddaughter was only 32 inches and there were only a few rides she could go on so it made it a little difficult. She needed to be 34 inches, but we understand safety. We brought in snacks and drinks for everyone from home. We ate lunch there at the burger place. Reasonably priced for a theme park. It was $12 for burger with fries. Entrance tickets are a bit pricey and parking is quite expensive. They did give us repeat free tickets to come back the 1st two months of 2022 which made it worth it. We went on a weekday in the beginning of December so there were no lines and the weather was really nice. Could not imagine standing in long lines in hot weather.

We had a great time, kids had a blast! The water park is located within Legoland park, kind of in the back. We were lost at first. They have the “you are here” maps lol. Was able to find it after walking in the back towards the blue ford display car-after passing through Lego city. Not to far of a walk I guess. There were a few ice cream and snack stands along the way. Nice outside pizza eatery too. I found the snacks reasonably priced especially compared to other similar establishments nearby. We got the Bubble wands for $20 from the Lego store near back. Disney has them for $40, so I thought $20 was a steal! Kids aren’t allowed on rides with only a bathing suit (thinking back now, it makes sense). It angered me at first, having waited in a long line and not being allowed on rude bc of kids clothing. The Lego store sells kids outfits (convenient right). The beach chairs or seating is plentiful, which is a nice bonus. Being that covid is still a thing, plenty of seating allows everyone to be spaced out, it’s nice. There are also lots of safety vests for kids to use while in water). The waters depth is kid friendly-not to deep (which is awesome). Oh, before I forget, entering was swift. I pulled up my tickets on my phone (saved them to Apple Pay after purchasing)-they scan them when you enter the main entrance and also when you enter the water park. There’s a mermaid splashing water on everyone once you enter the water park, watch out! Anyway, the large play area (that you climb on, slide down, etc.) does not have an area that will shield you from the water fall. We all got soaked-my intention was to walk the kids on but nope! It happened! I got soaked, I tried to escaped and run, there was no escape! Water came poring down every minute or so. It was amazing!

This is a nice park, bathrooms are fairly decently clean and it’s a relaxing comfortable park. I rate it 3 stars, because there isn’t many rides for adults, as this park was solely designed for children. And the park which has a huge parking lot, only supplies a single 2 plug electric vehicle charge station. They need to have more charge stations available to guests. Especially when we travel pretty far to come to the park. The line to park, is not very well managed and takes forever to let people park. And lines for security should have a line for people who don’t have bags. It’s a mismanaged operation that has plenty of room for improvement. Aside from that the park is fun and the Lego stores have lots of Lego sets that are hard to find. Hours are short and with the waits, limits what you can do in the park.

It worth to buy the annual passes if you live here in FL and plan to come so often. My 8 years old had some much fun here. We loved it and we plan to come back soon. The only thing that is not very convenience is that they have just one place for refresh and food at the entrance of the water park and the line and wait time is over 20min.

Not worth the price there’s only 5 big slides for bigger kids in the back a small wave pool , smaller kids section like the great wolf lodge , lazy River and toddler section. Most days the park is open for 4 hours or so which may not be enough time with the amount of crowd. These birds were all over the place and there’s no way to control them as well plus there are e rules that people don’t follow. Got some picnic tables for food consumption around which was a plus and a refill machine that gives free ice and water. Water fountain water is cold. On a weekday it was ok for crowd.

We had a pretty great time. The only bummer was when the power went out for over an hour because a car outside the park had hit a pole so the electric company shut the whole park down as a safety measure. The food is a bit pricey so definitely eat before you go to cut down on some of the expense. Thank you for great memories Legoland my grandsons loved it ages 2 and 4.

Great experience if you have a young one or you are young at heart. The park is easily navigable and doable in a day if you arrive at open or shortly after. (I have not experienced the hotel or camping/cabins, though they look nice from the outside.) A few rides were inoperable while my family visited and nearly every experience in the park is weather-dependent; meaning, if there is a lightening strike within 10 miles of the area, nearly all the rides will shut down. We experienced this and, though mildly frustrating, we were able to ride nearly everything we had planned to ride because we arrived at the park an hour after opening. Do not visit the park expecting a "Disney experience"...though the cool factor is strong if you're a Lego fan, the quality of customer service varies from staff person to staff person and some of the attractions need some tender loving care. But all-in-all, my family enjoyed our visit...the rides, the food, the time together. We purchased a few Lego sets, as well, to build together upon our return to our room in Orlando. My 22-year old, 17-year old, and 10-year old all enjoyed sharing their common love of the Lego product together for the day.

Had a great time with the family. We did the water park and regular park. I was super happy to see since the last time we were there they put up a ton of shade around all the Lego cities. It made our experience more enjoyable. The water park was fun but I felt like there could be more things to do . Only a few different things to keep kids busy. All in all it was a good trip and our kids had a blast. Also if you go you have to try the granny Apple fries with ice cream. You won't be disappointed!

Fun 1-2 day park for lego fans and your kids up to 10 years old. It easily turns into a sub one day trip for older kids and people that are not huge fans of the brick. People are well dispersed and there a decent prices on food. Some of the staff could be more effectively spread out.

What an awesome place to bring young kids. My family spent three days here, and we couldn't be happier. The fast passes are great to do alot of rides on busy days but even without fast passes the lines aren't nearly as bad as Disney or Universal. There are plenty of shaded places to sit!!! As well as plenty of tot lots for little ones who aren't big enough to ride the rides. The water park is perfect for kids. A huge splash pad, wave pool and lazy river pretty much covers everything you need to make some happy, tired kids. I love Legoland, it will be a sad day when my kids are too old for this place.

We visited mid August and although it was hot, it was a perfect time to visit because it was not crowded at all and little to no lines. I will say that on full sun days, the wave pool, lazy river and toddler pool area's water temperatures were much warmer than the joker soaker area. The staff was extremely friendly and the bathroom areas were extremely clean. There was plenty of seating around each area and usually easy to find seating in the shade. We had considered visiting other water parks, but since we were already going to Legoland and it was only a small fee to add on the waterpark, it just made more sense to do that. We were not disappointed at all and would definitely visit again!

Great park for young children. We visited on July 4th and were pleasantly surprised to have no wait times for the rides. Lines were short and moved quickly. Dining options were great. Allergy friendly and plant based/vegan friendly options available.

Surprised our 10 year old son with a visit to Legoland and he absolutely loved it! Clean park with enough rides and entertainment to keep us busy all day. The water show is a must!

The kids loved it. It was hot that day so we spent most of our time with the younger kids at the wave pool. Our 7 year old enjoyed going on all the rides and meeting the characters. Also I recommend getting an early start. The adults in our group really found the displays made entirely of Legos interesting.

I always enjoy going here to get my steps in. There are many different walks to take - even away from the amusement areas you can walk through gorgeous Florida nature paths with the most fantastic huge plants and trees. This is the old gardens from cypress gardens.

I visited this place today with my niece and nephew and family. It was an overall good experience! First the lifeguard saved my nephew from drowning in the wave pool. Please ensure your kid can swim if they venture towards the back of the wave pool or you as an adult or teen accompany a kid. Plenty of kids water activities to keep young kids entertained. I loved the seating of beach chairs for everyone as well. Overall, I would recommend you checking out this place on a hot weekday to minimize the crowds during an off peak month like early November or October.

Park was clean and staff was super friendly. Definitely recommend staying at the hotel at least once for the full experience! The park is definitely geared towards younger children but there is fun to be found for all ages! The water show is a cant miss! Be sure to bring lego characters for trading with staff!

We had a blast! We were there for about 5 hours and we didn’t even see everything. Our kids (7 & 8 years old) had so much fun! The Emmet’s Flying Adventure, “a thrilling riff on the flying double-decker couch” was definitely the highlight of the day. We rode it twice. 🤣 We went during the off-season (October 3rd) and there were hardly any people there and it was amazing. The weather was also really nice.

It was and amazing family day. There plenty to do for young and adults. Is easy to move around if your are on a wheelchair. They help you I. Almost everything buy you have yo be able to get in and out of the rides by your self. 100% recommend to all ages

Nice, family oriented park. The wait times in the lines were 5 to 10 min. No hustle and bustle like the bigger theme parks. Maybe our family will stay at the hotel one of these days. There was no pushing and shoving and no rude people. Everyone was nice and polite. The food was great and simple for adults and children. Chicken fingers, fries, and burgers, you can't go wrong. The cool thing is if you've been there before and you have a souvenir cup. You can bring the cup and get refills. I would recommend getting preferred parking. You get close to the park. You will have to go through a security and bag check. Some of the staff were nice. A lot of the younger workers were rude. Now on to the not so hot stuff. Not enough restrooms (they are clean though), the drink refill stations ran out of a lot of products and the good sodas, so many of the other food, food trucks, and ice cream places were closed. You would have to walk all around the park just to get food. The park is awesome other than that.

Park was very clean, staff was very helpful & friendly. Plenty of shaded rest spots. I would suggest doing at least 2 days in order to enjoy both park & water park inside. You're only able to access tickets for Water park if you purchase the park ticket as well. We didn't realize that so we missed that opportunity. Since this is a family park I wish that you could purchase it seaperately since kids can get exhausted. Especially if your staying at one of their resorts.

Great variety of activities for everyone. Short wait for most rides, everything was easily accessible. The only complaint was the fast pass on some of the kids rides. The ride attendants filled multiple rounds with fast pass people and no standard guests in line were able to ride. This made the waits much longer. Will look into the fast pass for our next visit.

This is a great place for little kids and families The displays are amazing and they appear to be adding more. Nice little rides for the kids. Staff extremely helpful and appear to.love their jobs. Little pizza and pasta buffet was nice.

It was a great experience and we had a lot of fun. It was a real blast for the kids. They wanted to go on every ride. The only real problem was the waiting time at rides that wasn't well managed and shouldn't have such a long waiting period. We waited 60 minutes at this ride. The waiting time on the rides was from 20 to 50 min on average, and this was for a week day. I recommend you go early when the open 10am for the best experience.

What an awesome experience. Better prices than rat land, and they allow you to bring snacks, drinks, a wagon, etc. Easy in and easy out. You definitely want to do both parks on two separate days. Will be back as often as possible.

We had a blast day 1 even with the storms and received FREE complimentary tickets to return another day. I got very sick and spent the next 2 days locked up in my Villa at the Beach Retreat! The 1 day we did visit we had a blast!

It rained a lot of the time. However they did follow through with the rainy day guarantee sooo we are going back when rainy season is over! Thank goodness! They pulled a meet and greet with Emmet when it started raining. I enjoyed seeing the legs sculptures and the mini Lego towns. Very interesting and overall a good experience. I'd recommend trying the beef tacos if you're an adult and cheeseburger and pizza for the kids.

This park feels very safe for the kids. They're able and encouraged to explore, discover, and play. We stayed at the Pirate Hotel which was right next to the park. It was easy to get back to the room mid day if anyone needed a break. The activities they have with LEGO are super fun as are the rides. If you've got a teen, the bigger rides could probably be knocked out in half a day. We had three days in the park but we were able to get everything done that we wanted to do in two days with an 8 year old and a 6 year old. Clearly the large LEGO builds are impressive! The staff all seemed to enjoy their jobs. Everyone was really friendly and ready to help with whatever. But what really impressed me the most was how accessible the park is to people who have physical and mental challenges, including a sensory scoring system to help people who get over stimulated. Overall Legoland is a great place for fans of LEGO of all ages!

A great place to let out your inner kid. An absolutely amazing place for families - they have so many accommodations for children of varying stages in age and cognitive/sensory development. The prices weren’t bad at all and the afternoon/evening was extremely quiet, as most kids are only able to have enough energy for a few hours. Get an unlimited refill cup, take your time and explore, and enjoy the fun details. There’s a water park for an additional cost but there’s a large variety of rides and shows even without it. Get the Apple fries with ice cream and caramel! Basically a kid friendly way to eat apple pie. Was only around $9.

We had a great time. There were a few ride breakdowns but handled quickly. We had a great time overall. The food was great. The water stunt show was 5 stars hands down. Kids had a great time to.

Perfect spot to go with kids. Definitely a 2 day adventure. Make sure to bring your own water bottles for free refillable water stations or you can buy the refillable cup for any drink at the stations.

I don’t know if it’s like this often or if we just got extremely lucky but we visited legoland wait times were less than 5 mins for the rides. It’s a really nice theme park my kids really loved it and can’t wait to go back we spent about 2 in a half hours in the water park than hit the rides after. My only regret was not getting out the water sooner we weren’t able to get on many rides after although low wait times it started raining hard an hour in a half before closing and the rain just wouldn’t go away.

  • 5/5 Teresa O. 7 months ago on Google
Been talking my kids here since they was small. To me it's the best theme parks for kids they can pretty much ride any and every thing. And if they not tall enough you can just ride with them. My favorite to go place with the kids. An best part they always have nice deals going on.

We loved Legoland. The park is clean, there are restrooms everywhere and water fountains where you can fill up your bottle of water. Rides are all age appropriate. The water park closes at 4 though. The theme park hours are 10 am to 5 pm. This park cannot be done in 1 day. You must buy the 2-day entrance and is definitely worth it.

I've visited Legoland Florida multiple times, and each visit has been a delightful experience for the whole family. The park's standout features are its fun rides and the wonderfully family-friendly atmosphere. It's a place where the joy and creativity of Lego come to life. One of the commendable aspects of Legoland Florida is its inclusion programs for disabled visitors. The staff at guest services are incredibly helpful and go out of their way to make the visit comfortable and accessible for everyone. Additionally, the character meet and greets are a hit, especially with the kids, adding an extra layer of excitement to the day. However, there are a few areas where the park could improve. One significant drawback is the inability to prepay for parking. The wait to get to the parking lot is consistently long, about 30+ minutes each time I've visited. This can be quite frustrating and is something the park should look into. Another disappointment was the early closure of the Pirate River Cruise ride. Despite the sign indicating it remains open until 4 pm, it was closed at noon due to reaching capacity for the day. This was a letdown, especially for those planning their day around specific attractions. Furthermore, the Fast Pass system could use some rethinking. The guest entrances for most rides are often the ride exits, which leads to some confusion. Ride attendants frequently assume you're waiting for a rider, and you have to actively indicate that you're using the Fast Pass to get their attention. This could be streamlined for a smoother experience. Recommendations to the Park: Hiring an efficiency expert could greatly alleviate the issues with parking and Fast Pass queues. These are areas that, if improved, could significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Recommendations to Future Guests: Bring a cooler with nonalcoholic drinks and snacks, as the park allows this. Ensure your gas tank is full in anticipation of the parking lot wait. Visit guest services if it's your first visit or if you're celebrating a birthday for a special button. In conclusion, Legoland Florida is a fantastic destination with a few areas needing attention. With its array of attractions and inclusive environment, it's a place that promises fun and memorable moments for families.
