Exceeded my expectations by miles! I visited the park just to browse through because I have complimentary access with my Disney AP pass. I did not like Aquatica when they claim to be the #1 water park in the US. So I assumed I’d dislike Blizzard Beach as well. Nope, it wasn’t the case and this place is very tropical of Disney properties: clean, safe, fun, superior design. I was immensely impressed with the entire property upon my entrance. The ski lifts going up and down the artificial mountain top was quite a view. Once you are at the top, you will be encountered with 4-5 options of riding down to the ground level. The extreme one looked out of this worldly scary and I saw one girl kept on crying after ‘dropping’ nearly vertically through the slide. The wave pool and the lazy river were super fun. All were operated cleanly and safely. There’s not a single thing I disliked about this place. And of course, hospitable Disney cast members are standard here. It was a bit cold after some swimmings, and one cast members offered me some towels. They go for $2/piece, fyi. I am already making plans to come back. As soon as tomorrow. I rediscovered my love for water park for the first time in 30 years.

Best day ever! Best water park experience so far. We had the time of our lives. Definitely more interesting and focused on kids 8 and up (48 inch tall for most of the slides). I waited 2 years for my boy to be tall enough so we can enjoy it together. There was no lines, no waiting time. Just perfect. We went multiple times on the slides. Park was busy but Covid safety busy - wasn't over packed and there was so much space between people. Just amazing. Staff was so friendly. Food/snacks was good too. Water was the perfect temperature. Just great experience.

Blizzard Beach is the smaller of Disney World's water parks and is only open for a limited season in recent years. That said there is still plenty to do for all ages. I think one thing it does better than Typhoon Lagoon is that most of the slides are centrally located and the park overall doesn't feel as spread out as Typhoon Lagoon. If you're in Disney World on a hot day and are looking for a good water park, you wouldn't be disappointed in coming here.

Blizzard Beach was one of our favorite parks. My kids had a blast. Their favorite thing to do here was the wave pool. I could not get them out of it. Lol . Also we loved the blizzard winter theme and the family water slide. I definitely recommend if you visit Disney World.

Adorable chalet themed with ski lifts. Blizzard wave pool is very mild with barely a wave. Nothing thrilling but again, great for small kids. Loved the more thrilling rides!

Super nice water park! The kids loved the toddler zone with all the slides! Lazy river was really nice as well. Lots of rides for older kids and adults! Wave pool is massive!! Food is great as usual at a Disney park!

Blizzard Beach is a wonderful water park. But beware, the water is freezing! Obviously this lives up to the name of this park, since the theming means that it is meant to be cold. This is lovely when visiting on a hot day in the summer since it definitely cools you right down! There are so many rides and slides here, including a lazy river, and the infamous summit plummet. They are also in the process of adding some Frozen themed decorations (which I think is a great idea considering how cold the water can be), and I can't wait to see what that will look like. There is a lot to do and see here. The park also offers sections for different aged children, so it is perfect for bringing young children and teenagers along to.

Such a GREAT water park. Clean, fun and tons of stuff to do!! Highly recommend!! They supply towels too!! Update: I was so sad to read that Blizzard Beach has been closed down indefinitely. Such a great spot. It will be interesting to see what Disney comes up with!!

Blizzard Beach was closed for refurbishment for 10 months for what? Dirty, rusty, chipped paint. The water in the lazy river had chipped paint and no one was skimming for bugs, fallen flowers, leaves and pine needles. More money was spent on heating elements and the Frozen themed Tike's Peak. Women's Showers are filthy with rust on shower heads, calcium build up and no light in the back row of showers. Did they really have to trim the curtains short of providing privacy? Our lunch was confusing, we ordered 2 bacon double cheeseburgers, one with coleslaw one with fries. At mobile pickup we were served 1 bacon cheeseburger with no side and told coleslaw shouldn't be an option and a cheeseburger with fries. The Bacon cheeseburger has a toothpick with onion ring, pickle and tomato so how is it confusing? It's disappointing when staff aren't prepped for an opening and not aware of the menu items for the location they are working at.

Not up to Typhoon Lagoon standards but still quite good to go to when Typhoon Lagoon is closed. It opens again in two weeks and maybe this summer we will see both open at the same time if they can staff it. Anyway, the rides are a little more exciting here but the lazy river is not as good. The wave pool is bigger at Typhoon Lagoon but there are options at Blizzard Beach that you don’t have at TL. The Merch shop is better here and the food is maybe a touch above. To me the ambiance of a tropical oasis is better than fake snow with Christmas music. My suggestion is to go to both and decide for yourself … but for me Typhoon Lagoon wins hands down

Played on the Summer side and had a great time. Theme is adorable, the difficulty on most of the holes is spot on. The loop-de-loop hole is insane and way to hard for normal people and very frustrating for little kids. Wish they would pace out the groups of people a little more because there is a big backup of people at that 15th hole. However, we had a great time overall and would absolutely come back again to play the winter side.

Fun park! Lots of shade and landscaping. The signage is a little confusing, so pay attention or you will end end circling the park looking for the entrance to the slide you are looking for. We went two days in a row one of which was way less crowded. Crowds definitely make a difference in your enjoyment of this park. We recommend going in weekday mornings, and days where rain is forecast. Pro tip: Get there early if you want to snag a beach chair or lounger as a "home base" to return to for a break/snack, etc.

A good water park but the staff weren't overly friendly and very transactional. Be aware when getting off the chairlift it's similar to skiing so move quick. I was a bit anxious and struggled to get off but they didn't stop it!

This park was absolutely amazing! There is lots of shade to put your stuff, some super fun slides, and the best lazy river! It is easy to get around in and their food is even yummy! This was the perfect way to get out of the other theme parks and relax!

Blizzard Beach at Disney World is an awesome water park with winter wonderland vibes mixed with Florida Beaches. A ski resort that's melting under the Florida sun. It's like winter meets summer in the most epic way. It offers one-of-a-kind experiences like; Summit Plummet a 120-foot-tall slide that shoots you down from a towering 120 feet with speeds up to 60 MPH. If you want a laid-back vibe, the lazy river, Cross Country Creek, is the perfect place to let your worries melt away. The park also features a giant wave pool, Melt-Away Bay. It's the perfect spot to catch some waves and cool off. When you're hungry, Blizzard Beach has plenty of quick-service restaurants and snack stands. Blizzard Beach offers something for everyone and is the place to be for non-stop water park fun.

I love love love this place!! I can not wait to go back. I just wish that this establishment would encourage an covid testing truck just to enforce more safety but overall we had an amazing experience. I believe there are 12 rides. We were able to enjoy 8 of them before I needed a nap. The lines move fast so don't worry about any wait. This place accommodates everyone's adrenaline. I took a chance which was my favorite the summit plummet water fall and for lunch the lottawatta cafe, which caters to vegans and vegetarian diets. This is a gotta go!!

Blizzard beach was so fun. The cast members really made the experience even better. Lines were low the day we went so that made it even better. The skylight is a great feature to save your feet from having to keep walking up the steps to the top of the slides. Overall we had an amazing day at the park! I wish they had more park specific merchandise and especially something with buttons the snowman on it

Disney knows how to do water parks. All the rides were less than 15 minutes which made for a wonderful experience! Great food and drink options, too!

It was our first time here and we absolutely loved it! We stayed at the water park most of the day. A storm arrived around 5pm and everyone had to pack up and leave. It was still a lot of fun and will definitely go again.

There are good things and bad just like everywhere else. Some of the water slides are fun. Some are fun for all. The food is absolutely horrible and unbelievably expensive for the trash they pass off as food. I have overheard 2 employees complaining about their job and patrons. One slide attendant was rather nice and accommodating to our family while another, on the same slide but a different day,, was particularly rude to my wife as she tried to explain she wanted to wait at the bottom of a slide for our 2yo daughter. The woman was nasty and completely dismissive to my wife and her concerns. It's a decent enough way to beat the heat but expensive as anything else here. I don't know if we will return after the unpleasant experience we've had.

Very fun water park with a large variety of slides. Went during a spring break and the lines weren't very long the longest we waited was maybe 15 mins and even that was only once. Short lines meant we were able to experience every slide multiple times. The snow stormers and summit ride are awesome. Wave pool is also nice with the attached beach the waves are on for way longer than a typical wave pool.

First time ever coming here and my family and I loved it!! COME EARLY to enjoy all the rides! Make sure to check weather before coming because the minute it’s raining/ thundering they close the park! It is Disney so things are pricy like food and gifts shops, so keep that in mind. We loved every about it though no complaints here will be back again!!!

We are annual pass holders and been wanting to visit blizzard beach for sometime - weather and our schedule didn’t agree until today . our family of 5 (kids are 7-2 year old ) had an amazing time !!! The water temperature throughout all the rides was warm !!! It was a very low crowd day so I was nervous the water will not be warmed up - glad Disney holds their standards high. There is an area for all thrill seekers . We enjoyed the wave pool here over typhoon due to our younger kids , the family water raft was my kid’s favorite . Ice cream at the park was delicious as always . Big thumbs up you can bring outside food into the park made our dietary restrictions a breeze . It’s a must do water park to hit up if you still want Disney attention to detail but at a slower , less stressful pace . Can’t wait to go back

We had a great time! There were no waits, the water was warm, and the rides were very fun. The lift going up to the top of the slides gave you a great view of the entire park and was a fun way to get around. Our favorite rides were the lazy river, chair lift, and the group tube ride. Entry prices were also much cheaper compared to other water parks. They will be going through renovations soon and be closed but fingers crossed they theme it as the movie "Frozen" or something since it seems to have good bones for it. Also very little Disney theming in the park so it would help with that.

Overall good experience. The food was good and the water park was very clean. We went in December so temperatures were a little cooler out which meant no lines for water slides. The water is heated too. Only improvements I'd like to see is the addition of more 4 person raft slides. Definitely plan to go back.

Fun family water park. The "tikes peak" area is perfect for littles. Plenty of more exciting options for teens too. Standard Mickey pretzels and popcorn as well as a few other lunch options.

Great family park and break from chaos of WDW. Has a fun kids section for all ages. Parking is free and tickets are reasonable if you need a break from the hustle of a Disney vacation. Buses to and from WDW resorts and parks. Good variety of food for all diets. Towels available for rent. Tropical Santa makes appearance during holiday season.

My family had fun the entire day. This included parents, or grandma, and two kids. There were so many different activities for everyone including the nation's tallest slide, a family raft, and even a wave pool that we spent a lot of time in.

This is a must do for a down day or a non stressful family moment while in Disney. The course is well maintained and two cute courses.

Flew into MCO at 6AM and found this to be the perfect wind down from travel, and the perfect wind up the the parks! With rides of varying thrill levels, awesome food options, plus cocktails to accompany the sunshine - this is a perfect day for the entire family!

great waterpark with one of the world tallest freefall drop water slide at 120 feet, great theming after the refurbishment , recommend to come in winter months when the lineup is significantly shorter.

Blizzard Beach is the best water park I've weber been to. Lots of slides and plenty of food and beverage stands.
