We love the figment ride! It's a fun ride for everyone that takes you through all the senses. When you exit the ride, you walk through a hands free play area for kids. They can jump from step to step. Each step is a different instrument sound. This is one of our favorite stops and there's rarely a wait.

A super fun ride. We didn’t have high expectations going in and it turned out to be really enjoyable and hilarious. Figment is a wonderful character filled with so much amazing personality! It didn’t ever get a line more than 10 minutes and since it’s inside with air conditioning, it makes for a nice brake from all the heat.

A great ride for whole family! The ride is a tour of the imagination institute, but is quickly intrupted by Figment. The ride is slow moving with experiences that use all of your senses. The ride is getting a little old, and could use with an update, but overall the ride still holds up.

I don't understand the lore behind Figment, but this interactive ride is well-designed and has some great elements for children to enjoy. Going as an adult, it's not as exciting, but some of the elements are really cool, especially the upside down room. Unfortunately, it is a little older and there were some jerky moments and the computers to build our own Figment weren't working

The ride has been modified and and updated so many times it’s hard to even describe what this is today. It’s a butchered mess of what it once was. The story is disjointed and confusing. Little kids might like it but it will leave adults scratching their heads.

Love this ride. Yes older but is fun and family friendly. Winnie the Pooh can be found out front for character greetings.

6/14/23. Good ride if you have small children or are a Figment fan otherwise pass. There are some neat interactions on the ride. Would give 3.5 if possible.

My little lady was super engrossed with figment! It was definitely a baby ride but also educational 😁 for both sides parents and toddlers...lines can get very long so get here about 1hr earlier! Great entertainment and the staff are the best! 🥰🥰

It has been awhile since we have been, but finally able to leave a review. I have heard that they have since changed this ride up a bit, but this is how I remember it and I’m sure it still hovers the same thought of “Figment” and your imagination! A walk around and then ride inside this cool building! Outside, fountain sculptures recreate the look of the building. Don’t forget the jumping water outside! That in itself, is amazing! You never knew where it would come from next! Various things to do around this ride!

A nice fun ride that will be sure to SPARK YOUR IMAGINATION. (Get it hahahahaha). All seriousness the ride is fine.

A dark ride through various scenes devoted to learning about imagination. This version was an attempt to fix and unneeded update to the original ride that completely removed the characters that were the heart of the ride. The ride now is fine, but doesn't compare to the original. The plus side is there's usually no wait, it's inside, and you get to sit down.

Journey Into Imagination With Figment is a whimsical adventure that takes you on a vibrant exploration of your senses. From the moment you step into the colorful world of Figment, you'll be captivated by the imaginative storytelling and playful interactions. The ride is perfect for kids and kids at heart, with its catchy tunes and delightful surprises around every corner. My three big kids couldn't get enough of Figment's mischievous charm! It's a must-visit attraction at Epcot that will leave you with a smile on your face and a skip in your step. Pure joy!

An enjoyable slow moving ride. This ride emphasizes imagination and showcases Figment. Figment is a purple dragon who helps teach about imagination, kids will love it, and the plush version in the gift shop. Take the time to see this, lines are typically short, and it’s worth the time spent.

This is a must do for your day at EPCOT in Walt Disney World. Journey Into Imagination is an air conditioned, sit and stay, classic indoor dark ride that takes you through the human senses guided by science, and, of course, the ICON himself : Figment. He's fun and cute and whimsical. This is a good ride for around mid-day or during the afternoon lul. The wait time is usually no more than 15 minutes. Enjoy your journey into imagination ✨️

If you could rate half stars, I’d probably go for 4.5, but only because I’m old enough to remember the ride before this modern update with Eric Idle. Figment, the character created for this ride specifically still features heavily and for kids the ride serves its absolute purpose of being fun and engaging enough whilst trying to stick to the point that imagination can drive the senses to new heights. A fun, interactive (and smelly!!) 5-minute ride ensues which you will enjoy for sure. Usually not much of the wait either. Would recommend waiting until the ride time is 20 minutes or less.

Fun ride definitely a go to if it is under 35 minutes! But if over the queue is pretty annoying but is a fun family Friendly attraction!

This is a ride I rode when I was a kid and I always enjoyed it. So when I was able to take my own kids on it, it was really nostalgic and made me very happy to see them enjoy it so much. They loved it and it was the only ride they requested to ride again during our day at Epcot. It needs some refurbishment and some updates, but still a great ride, with minimal wait times, and a good way to cool off. Also, one of the best kept secrets is lightly traveled bathroom tucked away to the right of the main entrance.

I'll be honest, I have no idea who Figment is or what he is (was it a show, a game, I'm not sure). Anyways, I'm not sure if me not knowing is a generational thing or a cultural thing, but my toddler loved this building. The ride was perfect and the area after the ride was even better. She LOVES music and she loves dancing and for her this was a great time to reset and actually play. She loved the tiles that light up different instruments, or the tone and pitch game, that was great too. The air conditioning was much appreciated! It was nice to get a break from the sun, and although it wasn't raining when we got here, it would've been a good place to stop if it had been (though I'm sure it would've been packed).

Very… different vibe. It was our first time in EPCOT, so we decided to ride everything possible. The wait time was only 5 minutes, but I wouldn’t recommend for adults. Kids may like it and it’s a ride about the senses, but the ending is definitely… weird.

Journey into Imagination is a retro classic that features a fan favorite dragon named Figment. My review is based on a non-emotional look at this attraction. It's definitely one that kids will love and will hold your interest throughout. There's an educational component as well.

This ride definitely feels a bit outdated, but it's enjoyable none the less. Figment seems to have been created around that terrible time when every 3D model looks like something from an ugly PlayStation one game. They desperately need to upgrade his design but otherwise I think it's a fun family ride. The post ride gadgets were mostly broken which is a shame but not something I was really interested in anyway.

Kind of bizarre ride but it's a lot of fun at the same time. Classic character and I'm glad they're keeping it alive at Disney! Short wait time and as always on a warm day this is a good sit down.

A delightful throwback to the Figament ride I first enjoyed many years ago. Sure the video quality suffers by modern standards. But still fun. A touching tribute to Robin Williams in the ride too
