This is a SHOW, not a ride, so know that going in and I think you'll be happier. I wouldn't waste a fast pass on this one as they move large crowds each show time, and there isn't really long waits for this one. It's mostly geared towards fans of the movie and for smaller children. They have good effects and I like the water elements. It kept our toddler interested throughout the show, which is a feat. It does skip giant chunks of the movie story telling by doing a screen show that moves things forward. The puppets are cute and the singer that plays Ariel was excellent with a great voice. The seats are relatively comfortable for the short time and they have a dark theater vibe with AC going - so could be great for a hot Florida day. Overall: A Solid puppet show with fun effects. It's more for little ones and huge fans of the show.

Kids love !!! They like a lot . My little girl joining a lot

Well my experience here is nice because it’s cool inside and the show is great for the kids. There was no line either. Graphics are great too. Personally, I would prefer other shows or rides here but these kids outnumber me so I’m stuck. The graphics and music is really good and the set up is great. If you have kids then this a good place to take them. Bubbles come down from the ceiling and it creates an experience that you are under water.

Diehard Little Mermaid fans will love this show. It's a live action performance using puppets abd with clips from the actual movie. The show hits the highlights of the story. Seating is in a theater with fixed seats and and a stage up front.

Voyage of the Little Mermaid is an oceanic delight! This whimsical show takes you under the sea, where Ariel and her finned friends bring the beloved Disney tale to life. The colorful sets, dazzling effects, and catchy tunes make for an enchanting experience. My kids couldn't stop singing along! It's a splashing good time for the whole family. Awesome show! I really love the little mermaid & this show tells a really good story of the movie! There are live actors along with puppets, a movie screen and great special effects. Beautiful music too! This attraction is a must see for anyone visiting the park!

It is a very good show my Little girl loved it. But it could use some updates.

Nice relaxing ride. Perfect for small children and a great way to beat the heat for a few minutes.

Time for Encanto to replace this outdated show in a newly refurbished theater(since rumors of the theater being covered in mold has been addressed), we already bought back Indy and BATB Live, we can't have all three shows continuing for years
