I’ve seen all the restaurants up and down Sarasota and Bradenton. For me this is the best value for money spot by far. The service, ambiance and food is on a different level compared to other “high end” restaurants. They took a page out of European fine dining places and planted on longboat. I would highly recommend this place. (But no too highly otherwise I’ll never get a spot there again)!

What an unexpected surprise gourmet dining experience! Situated in a nondescript motel along the Main strip on Longboat Key, this restaurant came highly recommended by a friend. Looks like those who know, really know that this is a neighbourhood gem. Note: The menu is only Pre-fixe at $70 PP. No a la cart option from what I saw around us. Excellent service, beautiful decor, generous portions and a true fine dining experience, complete with delicious flavors and beautiful plating. We'll definitely be back!

Maison Blanche is a French fine dining restaurant, The outside of the restaurant doesn't look very attractive but inside they did a really nice decoration job. The Menu is really good and we wnjoyed our dinner there. We would like the menu to change more often so we can go more... Thanks !

The food was very good. The service was good. My wife speaks fluent French and was able to communicate in French, that was nice for her. We were not greeted when we walked in, and no one was there. We thought there was a private party but in fact it was the restaurant. Kind of small but fine. The website did not match the menu. We ended up having a fixed three-course meal That's surprised us a bit. Also, they don't serve alcohol. It's only a wine bar which I really wanted a martini. Overall it was a good experience

I received a recommendation from a chef friend who said "This restaurant would have a Michelin Star if Michelin came to Sarasota" Absolutely agree! Chef and his wife are amazing and the food speaks for itself. Instantly one of my favorite restaurants!!!

All the positive things we'd heard about Maison Blanche are absolutely true- they really are a whole different level above anyone else in the region. Food and service are superior in every way. We enjoyed our evening with them tremendously. Even though the room is very nice, we only wish they could find a bit better location overlooking the water to compliment and further elevate what was easily the best dining experience we've had in Sarasota to date.

Been coming here for years. They opened my palate about French cuisine and French wine. From Bordeaux to Burgundy, they got it all. Ambiance and service are amazing, so are the food and drinks! Highly recommend for someone who is looking for gourmet food in Florida!

Atmosphere is brightly lit and very close seating. No privacy and hard to have intimate conversation. The food however was fantastic, the pictures speak for themselves. Service was also great.

Maison Blanche was the best culinary experience of our week in Longboat Key. Many excellent restaurants but this surpassed them all. If you are down here, Go!

From reception, to the room ambiance, and particularly to the food and wine service they are always spot on! The Maitre D' adds a touch of class. Best restaurant in Sarasota (and beyond!!). Very fine service and a delicious food. Our only complaint was, when not ordering a full bottle of wine because we drink different types, we were given the small white wine glasses rather than the larger, more bulbous, red-wine-appropriate glasses those who ordered a bottle received. We drink different wine, folks! Don’t shame us when we are spending well over $300 on dinner for 3. Otherwise pleasant experience.

One if not the best restaurant is Sarasota. The food is at the level of a one star michelin. Wine list very interesting with French wine of very good quality with experts picks. The service is perfect. Family business that would deserve more attention in my opinion

Anniversary dinner here, other than the tuna entree being brown, unappealing and salty and the other entree of fish on a bed of spinach being overly salty as well everything else was superb. Elegant down to the details. Had a memorable time.

Every time we visit this gorgeous restaurant we leave full of delicious food, wine & memories. Always perfect in every way. The staff are professional & highly attentive, discreet & so welcoming.

Everything thing was so delicious and a work of art presented on our plates. I had filet mignon as my main meal and it was cooked to perfection for me. I like it rare but black on the outside. (Pittsburgh style). Hard to get done to be rare in the center. Dessert was a warm Apple tart with Apple sorbet so good. I also tasted my friends Dover Sole and it melted in my mouth with a lovely hint of lemon and capers. The service was wonderful and the staff all helped one another such a nice thing to see in these turbulent times. It was pricey but worth every penny! Thank you Maision Blanche!

Had what I would consider one of the best fine dining experiences I've had in Sarasota. Every single aspect was superb, from the bread, the wine list, and of course the food and presentation. You will get entrées here that you won't get any where else in the area and definitely not at this quality. Every detail was attended to, and finished off with some beautiful desserts and coffee. You simply can't go wrong here.

This is one of the best French restaurant that I have ever been to. From the really beautiful and very well decorated place, to the food and the high standard service. And the wine list is simply incredible. We will be back at our next vacation !

I have to tell I was hesitating about some bad reviews here about MB restaurant. I wont extend myself but the food was definitely Divine. Service as well at the same hight. Ambient Classical music makes the perfect Balance. Overall you won't be dissapointed. Wine selection more than Vast. Concluting we'll be back again.

The best restaurant in Sarasota in my opinion. The place is elegant, the service by the book, and the food is exquisite. I started with ravioli stuffed with foie gras and mushrooms followed by snapper poached in chicken stock. Both cooked to perfection.

The food was fantastic - mushroom ravioli in a foie gras broth - delicious….and my sea bass and my husbands short ribs and whipped potatoes - so good. Desserts were lovely too - service was fantastic.

We were invited to eat at the restaurant by our financial advisor. We have lived in Sarasota for almost 7 years and I had never heard of the restaurant. What a wonderful surprise. The entrance is so non-descript that you are immediately amazed once you enter the space. The food was amazing. Without question, one of the best restaurants in Sarasota. Our only complaint was our waiter could have been more attending but other than that, it was a phenomenal dining experience.
