Joanna by far gives the best scalp massage! That reason alone is why I will be returning. Just the right amount of pressure and tension on the hair while gently tugging/playing with the hair strands melts the headache away! The facial was wonderful as well. My skin was so soft and glowing! She was super gentle and made a point to non-verbally "warn you" she was going to touch your face by gently touching your shoulder first. This is much appreciated!!!

I have previously been to the WP location, the therapist worked out every knot and I felt amazing. I just sent my BF to Lake Mary, where Andrea did the same for him. Super excited to be here again. They are professional, courteous and have magic hands. Not to mention the prices are fantastic. Definitely worth it if you need relaxation and pain relief. I always get the combo massage so I get the best of both a Swedish and deep tissue. 😌

Jessica at reception started the interaction off perfectly with a friendly demeanor and helpfulness. A massage starts when you make the appointment on the phone...ease, peacefulness, and kindness...Jessica offered all these points. The second place you begin to feel the Massage is when you enter the front door. This facility is light, clean, inviting, and comfortable. The next place where Massage takes place is the initial moments of interaction with the Massage therapist. Enoch has an open, healing aura about him which put me at ease. The massage itself accompanied by soft, soothing music, was lovely and deeply relaxing. I felt "tuned up" when I left.

Janice is phenomenal. I cannot say enough good about her. She really knows what she is doing and I fully trust her. I can only say that about 01% of people that I know so this is a very high compliment. She is the most wonderful massage therapist I have ever seen and I highly highly recommend her. Cassie is such a wonderful kind and caring person who takes care of me also in the front office. J Sterling is awesome!!

I set an appointment over the phone for me and my girlfriend and wasn't told that I'd be paying more than the original price for a massage and nothing else. They were NOT clear on the services that would be provided and made me put down a $160 deposit prior to the appointment. I understand it's Valentines day but they said it was a special service... what was the special service?? Just a 1 hour massage? That's it?? If I had known that they were charging more on Valentine's day I would have came later in the week. Worst First massage experience, never coming here again. Not worth the price.

Where do I even begin... I've had many massages and this one by far tops them all. From the moment we walked in Sam was super sweet , ambiance was great, establishment was clean. If I could give Anthony 100 stars I would. Very professional and unbelievably skilled. Ready to book again!

Sam was very friendly and warm. She got us checked in for a couples message and went over all the enhancement options. Stacey was amazing. I upgraded to the deep tissue. I told her general areas and she was able to get straight to it. She got every ache without asking. 10/10 will be returning

Bought a gift card for my girlfriend for this place and she had nothing but great things to say about this place. The Gift card process was easy, as well as the appointment setup. I'd recommend stepping up from the base level facial as my girlfriend said she wished she had. Other than that, the staff was great, and this definitely made a great gift!

OMG. Stands for outstanding Massage Goodness. I just found J Sterling’s Massage and had the pleasure of working with Rebecca as my therapist. I had a sports massage and it was one of the best within my experiences. Jessica and Marade made the check in and check out procedures very efficient. Rebecca my therapist extraordinaire was very prompt and gave a full hour massage. I felt a bit sore after the amazing work yet I expect that in a great sports massage. My hope is that people get to go to J Sterling’s Massage and enjoy just a slice of heaven…well at least for an hour

Jennifer did my facial and she was Amazing! Very knowledgeable and super friendly. I had a fabulous massage with Stacy. She got all my knots out of my shoulders and I feel great!! The receptionist Samantha is sweet and very nice. Great customer service at this location. Definitely will be back to get more services!!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Sam helped book my couples massage appointment and was wonderful to help accommodate our busy schedule. I had Janice as my massage therapist and she really helped treat my symptoms along with adding in some stretching. I threw my back out 3 weeks ago and have been doing constant adjustments & cupping and this was the missing piece to the puzzle! I will definitely be coming back!!

I have gotten a lot of massages with a lot of masseuse in a lot of different places. I truly have never been 100% satisfied and left knowing I would return. After leaving my first massage with Samantha I knew I'd be back and would never go elsewhere. Her hands are Godsent lol These massages have truly been life changing and have been the best in my life! I've been back a number of times and plan on continuing to return every chance I get. I leave feeling renewed and relaxed! Front desk (Sam) makes it an easy quick check in process as well. Sam is an awesome receptionist and super sweet! Erika did amazing with my facial! I had never had one done before and unfortunately I probably won’t due to my face being extremely overly sensitive to even just the face wash! She caught it right away and cleaned it off asap! 🙌🏼 Andreia is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever seen! I felt so relaxed when she was finished!

Bella has great customer service skills. Was very easy to book the appointment.massage was okay. There was either too much pressure or no pressure (rubbing basically). I don’t think we will come back. Beautiful scenery though.

This was the BEST wellness spa treatment I’ve experience thus far! J Sterlings sets a wonderful atmosphere from the Associate to the Therapist. Bella was very informative and friendly. In my session with Alina was AMAZING! She was punctual, my session was peaceful and relaxing. I almost forgot my necklace and thankfully Alina found it and brought it back to me before I left. Simply Amazing. 1st time visiting J Sterling Wellness Spa. I truly enjoyed the reflexology infused massage by Stacey. The massage was so enjoyable I left the table feeling light on my feet and relaxed. The second service was a facial by Erika. Erika has been doing fascias for 10 years and it shows. She was gentle and my face is now glowing. I'll definitely return for services again.

My experience with Luisa was absolutely amazing! It was my first facial and she made sure I felt comfortable and safe the whole time. The spa associate Sam was also extremely nice and helped us greatly with products and rebooking .

Went for a Swedish Massage and Stacey is AWESOME!!!! She is very kind and makes you feel comfortable. The first massage I got with her I had a lot of knots in my shoulders and it was hard to relax. It didn't hurt, I just haven't had a massage in a LONG TIME (my fault). I just went yesterday and felt the same kindness and comfortable feeling. Also, I actually was able to relax. Still have a lot of knots, but definitely keeping up my massages! (And with STACEY!) Keishaly (front desk) was very pleasant and welcoming! I'm so happy I found a place I can continue to go too!

This place is absolutely fantastic. From the booking experience to Miss Jenny at front desk with her pleasant and very sweet personality. The text reminder 2 hours prior to my appointment was perfect to keep me in line maneuvering my very busy work day. But the star of the show was my masseuse Sami, she was absolutely amazing! She was very professional, knowledgeable and this massage was hands down the best I've had in a very very long time. I cannot wait to return in 2 weeks.

I came here very desperate from some relieve as soon as I hit my second trimester for a prenatal massage. Andrea was amazing. She focused on what hurt and put the perfect amount of pressure. I immediately felt better. The next time I had Lyndsey who was also great! I’ve decided to come monthly throughout the rest of my pregnancy and probably after! They always have availability and offer so many great services!

I received a gift card to the spa. I was not familiar with their services or therapists and blindly scheduled online. What a great experience. Andrea who works at the front desk was so welcoming! And my Cranial Sacral Massage with Andrea was incredible. She definitely helped me with my chronic medical issues. I highly recommend the Spa. My only suggestion is update the waiting area!
