What can I say about Kim and Tampa Bay Food Truck Rally except that they saved this mama’s life! We had the concept of an outdoor event with food trucks for our son’s wedding reception even before he got engaged. So, when the time came, I began to search out food trucks on my own. Luckily, I came upon the TBFTR website which immediately grabbed my attention. And am I glad it did! Kim Sanders was invaluable in all steps of planning our event, from helping us decide which types of cuisine we wanted, to the number of trucks we would need, to reserving the trucks for the event. Then, along with her assistant Jessica, she was there well before the event until all clean-up was finished that evening. She answered every question and concern I had along the way. This is our fourth child to get married, fourth wedding reception to plan and, by far, the absolute least stressful occasion of the four. Our guests are still raving about the amazingly delicious food provided by Nico’s and The Rolling Gourmet (how about those fries…YUM!) and how much fun it was to have a genuine food truck walk-up “experience”. And can I tell you how excited the kids (and grownups!) were about the sundae and snow cone bar provided by Chief’s Chill-out? All of the food was fresh, made to order and served quickly. It was a perfect evening and I am so very thankful that Kim and Tampa Bay Food Truck Rally was there to help us out! Let’s have a party so we can do it again!

We're so happy we chose Tampa Bay Food Trucks and Kim for our wedding day! We wanted to do food trucks for a more casual dinner BUT still with wedding day quality food and it was perfect. Kim was great to work with. She made great suggestions and we had a fun time with her during our tasting. We chose Dochos Latin Bistro for our truck and OMG that team is amazing, as is the food. Working with Kim Sanders was one of the best things to happen to us throughout the process of our wedding. SO many things happen in the blink of an eye, and you don't know what you really have until it is already completed. Working with Tampa Bay Food Trucks, you get the pleasure of separating your food tastings into a few different evenings. Now bear with me - I know this sounds a little tedious on first glance. At least this was how I felt at first. I was hoping I could maybe get all tastings done in one swoop and move on. Doing them all on different evenings had me and my now husband slow down, enjoy the food and really craft a perfect menu with Kim's expertise. We personally asked her for her expertise so she gave it all, but she also mentioned this depends on the couple, and she gives as much as people will ask her for. We heard from our guests all evening that while it was a unique idea, it was as professional if not more than any catering company they'd seen at a wedding, and MUCH tastier. Far above the bar they were expecting. The working with half servings allowed our guests to try a little bit of everything, and the aesthetic provided exactly what we wanted - a black tie event that allowed people to still breathe. I could go forever, and still not say enough of what I loved about working with this team. Please do yourself a favor - just do it. (And if you really trust my judgement, work with Miso Lucky and get the tofu tacos. Every. Single. Time.) Breathe - and enjoy the journey. It's over before you know it.

Working with Kim at Tampa Bay Food Trucks was fantastic! She was communicative, flexible, and willing to work with some of our weird ideas - such as finding a truck that would be willing to make a special "mac and cheese" meal. She also worked really hard to honor our wishes of finding women-owned businesses AS WELL as making sure we had vegetarian options for our family and friends. The food itself was fantastic - I can't recommend The St. Pete Taco Lady and The Slider Guys enough. They were prompt to arrive and set up, the food was delicious, and our guests LOVED that the meal wasn't a traditional, plated, sit-down affair. If you're thinking of doing something outside of the box, I highly recommend using TBFT.

We used Tampa Bay Food Trucks for our wedding at Nova 535 in St. Pete and it was AMAZING. From start to finish, it was a unique and wonderful experience. We worked with Kim (who is THE BEST to talk with) and as a fellow foodie, she was a huge help and gave valuable input. Their food truck selection is overwheleming! So many to choose from! We eneded up picking 2 trucks/cuisines and they were a smash hit! Months later people are still talking about the fresh yummy food and the experience. I highly recommend TBFT for your event.

We recently held my daughter's wedding at a private Airbnb in Thonotosassa. As an added challenge, we live in North Carolina so were coming to Florida for wedding weekend! We wanted something different than the traditional wedding food and cake, plus we were limited on space in the reception building so catering was not an option. We used Tampa Bay Food Trucks to secure a Mexican food truck and bubble waffle truck, and I'm so glad we did!! Kim was extremely helpful every step of the way! She helped us decide which trucks to choose based on our particular requests, and she even did an on-site visit ahead of time to check on parking logistics. She was on-site during our reception to make sure things were running smoothly, and helped us pivot when the weather caused us some delay. Kim is VERY organized, professional, and fun to work with! Our guests commented on how delicious the food was as well as how friendly the food truck servers were. We were very pleased with the whole process!! We would definitely recommend using TBFT for any event!!

I used Wich Press for my friends birthday event. They were friendly, accommodating and the food was fantastic. I didn’t have to worry about anything! Kim and I spoke prior to the event and she made the process a walk in the park. Thank you again!

Kim is quite literally one of the reasons are wedding went off without a glitch. We hired Kim and TBFTR To cater our wedding, she answered every questioned and assured us that every hiccup or worry that we had would never be a problem. We chose a handful of truck options and Kim gave us the best ones, I swear. Every truck was EXTREMELY kind, the service was amazing, and our guests LOVED every option and are still talking about it! We asked Kim during the process about a few different “requests” during the wedding and she delivered every single one of them. Fishin’ Chicken, Melt Machine, and The Chiefs Cantina were freakin amazing. I cannot wait to visit them more 🥹❤️ Go with the food trucks, be different at your wedding, and hire Kim(you will not be disappointed!!)

My organization was hosting a training event in the Tampa Bay area last week, and we needed a full-service, easy, and delicious option for a weekend lunch. We knew we didn't have the space (or maybe the budget) to do a full-on catering, so we reached out to Tampa Bay Food Trucks to gauge our options. Kim was quick to respond to our inquiry and walked me through several options on menu, pricing, and event size. It was such an easy process. The truck arrived on site early and was ready to serve ahead of the scheduled time. They moved our entire crew through the process and were able to serve over 60 guests in under an hour. It couldn't have gone better. We'll definitely be using Tampa Bay Food Trucks again in the future.

Jennifer with Tampa Bay Food Trucks connected me with the Taco Lady food truck for my daughters first birthday party and it was a huge hit! Jennifer coordinated everything and the food truck came early and was ready to go as soon as the guests arrived. Everyone absolutely loved the food! They even accommodated a special request from some children at the party. I really loved that the food was hot- made to order and that I didn’t have to do a thing. It was perfect and I’ll definitely use in future.

We loved everything about our experience with Tampa Bay Food Trucks. The process is super simple: they get info about your party, number of people, and location. Then they send options for a few different food trucks and menus for you to choose from. We chose a truck called 1 Up Burger. They were awesome! Best burgers ever. Everyone raved about the food. I can't say enough good things about everyone involved in this process, from the coordinators to the actual food truck service. All of it was top notch, and we got to relax and actually enjoy our party! Thank you all!

Tampa Bay Food Trucks is the coolest and best wedding decision we made. We worked with Kim and told her the kind of food we were looking for and she made it happen. We had 2 food trucks (Smokin Bowls and Slider Guys) for our 180 person wedding. Our guests absolutely loved the hot food and the whole vibe of going out to a food truck to order. There were no long waits and guests could get a 1/2 portion from each truck. Each truck had 3 meal options for our guests to choose from (that we pre chose) and they even catered our appetizers during cocktail hour.

We used Tampa Bay Food Trucks for our wedding and they went above and beyond to make everything perfect! We used "Got Dessert" and they curated a specific menu for us and what we like. We got to taste everything beforehand. They were on time and our guests said it was the highlight of the reception. Kim and her team came out to cater for our unconventional beach wedding. Two incredible food trucks (St. Pete Taco Lady and Kababilicious) parked in our venues parking lot and served incredible food to our guests, offering delicious variety and friendly vibes!! Kim also came out to meet with our venue ahead of time to scope out the place and work with the venue in order to make sure both parties were on board with the truck's placement and serving plan! We hosted a corporate event with 80 people in attendance and worked with Kim and team on the appropriate food trucks, pricing and logistics. It was so easy -- after planning a big event that is what I needed. Also, the two food trucks that came on site were amazing! I am SO happy we found Tampa Bay Food Trucks to help with my wife’s surprise 40th party. The entire planning process was flawless - their coordinators were phenomenal and went above and beyond to make sure it remained a surprise. They emailed back immediately any time I had questions. The actual food truck (Sliders guys) was SO good. All of our guests kept telling me how good the food was. I was so busy hosting, I never got to eat, until the next day when I had a huge selection of sliders bc they noticed I was so busy and made sure to package me food to go! They were so thoughtful.
