They are the best!! The Doctors and Nurses and staff are amazing!! They also provide you with the proper antibiotics if they have them in stock so you do not have to drive to a pharmacy cause they know you are not feeling well and try to make your life easier so you can feel better sooner!!! I only wish that all of our primary care Doctors could be just like them!!

I've been to a couple of clinics in the past, this one Clearly is Head and Shoulders above the others. Easy, friendly check-in, Kayla and Dr. Katie Richter BOTH Were so professional yet friendly and caring. Although I didn't think I waited that long they both apologized for the delay! Wished me quick healing, just a Total Positive visit. WILL RECOMMEND AND USE AGAIN IF NEEDED!!!

If you are sick and not in the mood for grumpy people Doctors Urgent Care in Palm Harbor is the place you will want to go. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Dr Williams and Dr Richter were very knowledgeable and caring in their efforts to elevate the symptoms of both myself and my husband. A job very well done !

The staff that greeted me was so professional and nice. And I was so happy that without an appointment, it was less than 30 minutes to see the doctor and get the care I needed. The medical assistant that took my vitals and got additional information from me was excellent. And Dr. Bogle, who treated me, was so great. Very happy!

I was promptly greeted and ask to fill a short form that took little time. I was seen within 7 minutes of entering the facility. The nurse was courteous and a listener. Her name was Jo. She asked the questions and also took questioning. After taking my vitals the doctor came in did a prompt diagnosis and prescribed the regime. Jo came back and administered the initial regimen handed me the prescription and off I went. This was better service and way more efficient then visiting my doctor and cheaper. Urgent Care is my go too place when required.

Great experience! I was in and out in about an hour. All staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Williams was very professional, listened to my concerns and explained things very clear to me. I was also able to get my antibiotic there in the office, instead of having to drive to the pharmacy to wait and pick it up. Very convenient! Highly recommend Doctors Urgent Care in Palm Harbor.

Awesome staff. Luis was patient with me, friendly, and skilled. Allison was gentle with the Covid swab and all the other things she had to poke into my face. 😉 Katie the PA was thorough with my exam and gave me lots of options for treatment. (Although she must have missed the lecture on the healing quality of donuts 😏) But most of all they live up to the "urgent" part of their name.

When I called to see if I could have a Covid test, they were very pleasant and advised me that it was possible but that it the wait would be about one and a half hours. That way I could plan for the wait. The nurses who helped me were very kind - my test was negative and they explained to me what that meant and what it did NOT mean. I was treated with respect and felt as though they truly cared that I understood the gravity of the situation and was thoroughly prepared to protect me and those around me. I would not hesitate to use this Urgent Care Center again.

The staff here are extremely nice everything was so nice and clean I didn’t have to wait the doctor was very nice and they gave me anabiotic‘s some thing that we never get back in Illinois I will definitely keep this clinic as my Florida place to go when I get sick thank you all very much and we appreciate your service during this time and the fact that you all were so nice and so professional speaks volumes for all of you that work there I hope you all truly have a very blessed day

Very friendly and courteous staff. This was my first time at clinic. Check in process was easy and waiting room was very clean. Did not have a long wait for a walk in clinic. Doctor and staff was very thorough. Would highly recommend this clinic for any medical needs.

Despite the one hour wait (in my car after check in), I'm happy to provide a 5 star review based upon the quality of service and overall kindness and professionalism of the staff. Bonus points for the onsite EKG, cardiologists referrals and especially the caring doctor who explained everything in plain English!

Overall wasn't a bad experience. Felt like the price was pretty high for the kind of service I received, doctor was maybe in the room 3-5mins asked minimal questions and seemed to be in a rush. Just felt more like an assembly line to get people in and out more than taking a little time get to know the person there to see them or be able to ask questions without feeling rushed out the door. It was nice that they were able to give me my antibiotics right there in my visit but also seemed unprofessional watching the nurses have a smoke break in the parking lot before calling you in.

I have been to Doctors Urgent Care in Palm Harbor numerous times over the years for a variety of different needs and I highly recommend them. The wait time has always been quick and front desk is always helpful and polite. The medical personnel is extremely qualified and knowledgeable. Plus the cost of the visit includes several different medications at no cost which is so nice and avoids the long wait at the pharmacy.

This is my go to place for urgent needs but also when my dermatologist cannot fit me in within a week. I show up right when they open and never have to wait more than 15 minutes. The prices for the uninsured are very reasonable and they give you free medication’s including antibiotics if needed. All of the doctors and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Was able to get next day appointment for COVID test. Appreciate that they take patient safety very seriously; you wait in your car until they're ready to see you, then they send text when they are ready for you to come into clinic. Professional, caring, & friendly staff. Great asset to community.

I take care of my grandparents so getting covid tests regularly are important to their well being. The girls at the front desk are always greeting you in a nice tone, and each nurse and the PA ( I think her name is Katie) are all so so kind during times like these. I know everyone works tirelessly and I appreciate everyone there for being calm and nice.

This place is my new favorite for when I need urgent care. Walking in it looks like a traditional doctor's office. It doesn't look or feel like some corporate headquarters. Everyone was super nice and friendly. I got right in. No 2 hour wait. If you need antibiotics they even have them right there for you at no cost. 10 stars!!!!

Walk in was very quick in under 30 minutes and check in process was straight forward. The staff was friendly and once inside the doctors listen to your issue and assist accordingly. They were able to send my prescription to my pharmacy which was ready for pickup shortly after my visit.

What a pleasant experience. The front desk personnel were very friendly, very professional and very efficient with the check in process. Dr. Fogle and his nurse was just as wonderful. They took the time to listen and were very helpful and professional. I received notification from CVS within 15 minutes after I left their office that my prescription was ready for pick up. So grateful for these providers and office staff! A job well done by all!

Injured wrist. All the staff and Dr. are so pleasant at the Palm Harbor location. Professional, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Visit with x-ray took a little over an hour, they were quick yet thorough. I recommend this practice!!

Fast great service!

I am on vacation from out of town and got a sinus infection. Doctors urgent care diagnosed my illness quickly and provided my prescribed medication for free. I was feeling 100% better by the next morning. This practice is awesome!

The first thing is that they actually answer the phones and a real person talks to you. A very friendly staff very quick service and thorough about the job. They’re doing. great prices great people and one thing that I did enjoy they actually have something you can fill out on paper with a real pen, that’s hard to find these days on a rating from 1 to 10 I give them a 20

Was able to get in immediately. Everyone in the office was kind and efficient. The doctors took to time to really listen to my concerns before selecting the appropriate course of action. Definitely not the type of care I'm used to. I will be recommending all my friends and family to come here when the need arises.

Best urgent care I've been to. Easy check in, fast, friendly and attentive. They even gave me my prescription before I left which saved me time waiting at a pharmacy. If needed I will return.

This is by far my fave urgent care and the only one I go to. Not only are they very compassionate and diligent medically but they actually consider your cost each step of the way. If additional things are needed they tell you in advance and are careful to not cause extra unneeded expenses. As a private pay patient this was huge. This was my third visit in the last couple years and Dr. Williams researched /found and printed for me a special coupon for me for an inhaler I needed that saved me hundreds of dollars. Very grateful for providers who truly care.

There is nothing urgent at Urgent Care-the Dr. that finally saw me-after over an hour wait-had no honesty or compassion or courtesy. Only arrogance. I came there for help because I couldn’t get an appointment with my PC for a week. I’ve seen my regular doctor since then thank goodness, it was worth the wait for true health care! The staff at Urgent Care was rude & when you are in pain & need help that’s pretty shameful. There was only one other person waiting for help when I arrived & now I understand why. I do not recommend this place.

My intake specialist made me comfortable and listened to all my concerns. The PA ran any relevant testing and encouraged follow up if needed. The patrons were nice too! Thank you.

Entire visit was very professional. I was there Thursday, May 25, 2023 in the a.m. From reception on up to provider, Shadin David, PA-C, all were very knowledgeable and had my best interest at heart. Walked in a bit apprehensive and left feeling so much better. Enough to stop with my husband on the way home to Starbuck's.

Doctors Urgent Care is my go to for my family of 7. We have 5 children so we’ve been quite a few times. Their location is super convenient for us and our insurance is accepted. The staff is super friendly and the intake process has always been speedy; a short form as well as insurance card and identification are all that’s needed. We’ve seen several doctors and each of them have listened to our concerns before taking action. During 2 visits we required additional services and referrals were provided. Anytime we’ve had to have a visit, we’ve been in and out quickly but always feel a quality of care. The best part is they offer several medications in-house and if a prescription is needed, it’s been called into our pharmacy before we even leave. The office is clean, tidy, and well kept.

My husband and I received excellent care from Jo, who was our nurse tech and Julie who was our nurse practitioner. These ladies were very kind & compassionate. Everyone at the clinic was warm and welcoming. We also were seen very quickly & I would highly recommend this Climic.

The staff are always pleasant. Not a long wait time when I went. I’ve seen the same doctor a couple times now. I wish I knew his name but he is very nice with a great bedside manner, and I felt heard. I am very satisfied altogether and will continue to go there when necessary. Thank you all!

In and out in no time fast polite and courteous staff. I'm not from the area but I decided to go to them because of all their positive reviews from other patients. And I'm glad I did. I highly recommend this walk-in clinic. And I'm not the kind of person that writes reviews but I felt this warranted.

I had an appointment for a Covid test at 10:30 but they were busy and I didn’t get in for a while. I waited in my car then went in when they had a room available. The nurse that did my test was very professional , friendly and thorough. I will recommend them for sure.

I was very disappointed in my experience at this location. I had a 930 appointment and was told to be here at 9:15. I sat in my car till 1030 and ended up not leaving the office until after 1130. Over 2 hours! The wait times were extremely long. I thought by making a first appointment in the morning I would not be there as long as I was, feeling terrible. I will definitely go to a different location next time, The Trinity office seemed much more efficient.
