Horrible Customer Service at the store itself, Manager needs retraining, I had a Merchandise credit from other store of 42 dollars, I bought two pair of shoes for 92, I used the credit of 42 and put the 50 on my debit, decided shoes didnt fit well after I got home, took back to the Tampa Linebaugh store and had receipt, I knew I would get the 42 back on credit and then refund my debit the 50, but no Manager argued with me for 10 minutes that I would get the 50 back on my debit but not the merchandise credit of 42 dollars because she kept repeating I spent the credit already, I said yes on these shoes, I said forget it I will take back to original store Trinity she informed me she was manager at that store too and would only get debit payment of 50 ,, I know she called them, I'am I going crazy, I was so upset and shaking, call customer service, then went to store 20 miles away to get refund, and Mike the Manager at Premium Outlet on 54 Land of Lakes just laughed and say no you get your credit and debit both back, he said sorry about your experience there, , so I used the credit and bought sandals I had been looking for, and he put other back on debit card, then customer care called me and I told them everything taken care of by Mike, just sad that other manager was so determined to not give me full refund and made me feel like I was trying to get more than I deserved, upset my day and used my gas to go to other store, which I will shop from now on, customer service called and couldnt believe what happened to me, sorry this is so long, lol, Rant over, Don't shop at Linebaugh store in tampa if you have a refund

Great deal and great price on Sketchers. Their staff is always welcoming and very helpful. This warehouse has so many more shoes to choose from rather than the retail stores, plus the customer service is worth the 1.5 drive to their location

First time being here and an amazing choice of shoes, super comfortable, pretty quick and reliable, near great price for shoes but lacks communication with staff, it's a great place but the people who work here have no work ethic at all, well some are really niceee but the majority is just rude and have no emotions to even bother helping you out, place is bilingual for english and spanish speakers! Recommend it for most people but just be aware for the help you'll receive. 3.5 stars in my opinion

I understand supply chain issues. However they're newer line support arch I couldn't find my size 9 1/2 wide women's in lighter colors Positive note I did receive a helping hand.

Great selection of shoes . But I asked a worker if any more sizes were available in the back because I did not see my size and she said no . Then another male worker came to help , I told him what I was looking for and he asked the same female worker I had asked earlier and she said that she had looked but she did not . Not cool when someone lies about looking for something .

Nice store and good location. Customer service was nice. Didn't give 5 stars because they didn't have my size. Lots are smaller feet size but I wear a 10 and that size doesn't have enough stocking.

The gentleman at the cashier offered me and my boyfriend a lot of assistance when searching for slip-resistant work shoes. He was thorough in his explanations, and even surprised me with a company discount that my career offers. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but all in all we had a great service!

I bought two pair and I love them. Surprised I found my size. 2.5 girls and I'm 69.

I received excellent service from Steven. He helped me find the work shoes I was looking for. He offered me different styles. I needed to exchange a pair of shoes my wife had purchased & Steven assisted in making the transaction go smoothly. Throughout the experience I witnessed a positive attitude displayed by all associates that I came in contact with. I will be back.

Honestly this is the worst location to go to but the closest to my house. I went back to school shoe shopping in here and spent almost 2 hours and not 1 single employee helped me. My son has a wide foot in boys and only 3 options to choose from. I sent my daughter to the counter to ask for help and no one came. The lady who checked us out could barley speak English and the language barrier proved difficult when attempting to explain the rewards program and redeeming points. And it was also very messy there were shoes and boxes and little try on socks all over the place.

I bought a pair of the laceless slip-ons oh my God I love them I walked out of the store wearing them after paying for them of course 😀

The Staff at this store is amazing. I had 3 different staff members offer to help me within 10 minutes of being in the store. The selection in this store is great, it has way more than the Tampa Premium Outlets location. While the staff there was nice, no one offered to really help us or acted like they wanted to. Thank you so much Emilio (Amelio?) for going above and beyond for my Husband and I. As a below knee amputee it can often be hard for him to find comfortable shoes shoes that feel/fit well on both his real foot and his prosthetic limb. Also, both of us are basically Hobbits and can never find shoes in our size. This store has more of a selection of 5.5-6 in woman’s and size 7 in mens, that are a wide fit. When we need shoes again I know where we will be coming back to! :)

Great Skechers store.... they have everything...more styles than I realized!! Super helpful and friendly staff.

The gentleman and two young ladies that helped us were all great and genuinely nice, even though we could only get there 30 minutes before closing (opposite the visibly grumpy attitude you'd usually get in that situation). We ended up buying 4 pairs of shoes, which meant we tried on a lot and checked out only 5-10 minutes before closing time. Even so, we weren't made to feel like an inconvenience, and that is appreciated.

Disappointment. No chairs to sit and try shoes. No cart or even simple bag to hold your possible purchases. Prices not for outlet. I found what I like much cheaper somewhere else.

Usually I go to the one in st Pete which is huge and wide open. But I decided to go to this one on the way home from work in tampa. It is very busy and has very tight rows. I also saw nowhere to sit down and try shoes on so it was awkward to standup in the right row and try to put shoes on as others are trying to get by. I tried to find somewhere to get some room and couldn’t. I quickly got a few pairs and bought them but did not get too much of chance to test them. I am a teacher and was desperate for comfy shoes before school started. Cash registers have no room also between rows and them so if a line it just pushes into the rows. Mind you this was the day before school started. But I will stick with my huge, serene st Pete one next time. Good selection but just jammed solid with stuff that it made me feel claustrophobic and I had to get out of there. Plus there was only 1 register open and some people in front of me did not know how to use their debit card and then gave another card and then didn’t have enough money. It took so long!!!

Their signs are kind of misleading... they have BOGO 50% off out front and in the store every where... so my husband and I bought shoes... when we went to pay the lady said it's not bogo 50%off on these.. I said which ones are? She said any one that has the top on it. (Box) I looked there were only about 3 or 4 on each roll w a top on them, so we paid full price. You will need to speak Spanish....

I did not go in the Skechers this time I dropped a friend off while they went in bought some shoes they don't really carry my size is only one style and as long as they carry that one style I should be able to buy shoes in it but they don't have a variety of shoes that fit me so there limited on the big tall guy type shoes they seem to have more shoes for the average small petite or average guy and women they don't care a lot of wine with I do care a lot of good shoes though for walking for anybody who wants to walk a lot they are walking shoes running shoes that are very comfortable they got a lot of stylish shoes that look pretty cool but for me I have to go elsewhere and they don't seem to be changing anything anytime soon so I used to go there and now I don't because the selection for me is so small it's not worth me going in there but for all those who can get in and get the deals buy one get the second one half off

I addressed the concerns to the persons working in the store is to the fact that Skechers doesn't seem to respond to Facebook messaging they said I was absolutely right that they can understand my concern that they could reach the customer service through a certain way of communicating I said no if you would like why don't you contact them and then that way I can speak to them and they said they would do that I was in there almost an hour nobody got back to me it shows Skechers is not concerned about customers or they do not even respond to their Facebook messaging page

Got the shoe I wanted, but what got me to come here was an employee discount through Publix and they didn't honor the discount. Still got the shoe because I needed it, but doubt I'll go back. The checker was a bit short with us as well. Not very friendly. Disappointing.

Their service was outstanding preventing me to call customer services and what I’m sure it was going to be a long wait time and reaching the right person to help me on the phone. Great store, nice selection, friendly, helpful staff. Nice, comfortable shoes. That being said, when the heck did Sketcher's get so expensive. They used to have really good deals at the warehouse store, like buy one get one 50% off, that is long gone.

Great Experience! First time at a Skechers store. Bought some shoes for my mother and brother on 6/11/22 and had the pleasure to find Mily. She was super helpful, knowledgeable, caring, and polite, not only with us, but with all the people that interacted with her. Mily, Thank you for making our first experience a delight! This place is my saving grace! I have bunions and hammer toes and had a hard time finding a place that sold shoes to address both issues. That said, I tried the Good Feet store and all they sell are insoles that have no money-back guarantee if they don't work, all they do is play on people's genuine medical problems tag, until I visited Skechers! From the friendly, knowledgeable salespeople to the selection of shoes and sizes to choose from! The salesman I had went out of his way to make sure I got the right shoe to address all my issues and even let me go home in my new shoes! Imagine that! Needless to say, this is and always will be my go to store! I suggest you do the same, you won't be disappointed!

Good selection. The store is clean and organized. What I didn't like was that the associates kept asking if I needed help. Even the same associates asked me several times if I needed help. It was pretty annoying. Also, as I was shopping and looking at and trying on shoes the associates were following my every step straightening display shoes and boxes, it seemed a little obsessive compulsive. I'm wondering if they were following me around to make sure I didn't steal anything since all the shoe boxes are sitting out maybe they have a problem with theft there. Other than the shopping experience, Skechers is a good quality shoe brand for fashion, exercise and foot health. I'm glad we have a warehouse in the area. I'll be back next time I need sneakers.

Always shop here! Bought two pair this week- brought one pair back today that i wore half a day, because they were too small and killed my feet. The store refused any help. No trade to larger size, store credit, or refund. Because they had been worn half a day! Very unhappy this outlet couldn't help me. They have forever lost my business. Too bad because I have bought my shoes here for many many years! First time ever- got shoes that didn't fit correctly. First time ever bringing anything back here.

All the styles pushed on TV were excluded from any sales. This is the only Skechers store I have been to where NOBODY comes over to help. I left with no purchase and will not return to this store.
