I had the best experience with them. The son and part owner is sooo nice and helpful. I needed a stone replaced in my necklace and he took the whole thing which had 3 charms on it. One of which contains my best friends ashes. He cleaned the chain and all the charms and put a new stone in my one charm. This necklace has a lot of sentimental meaning to me and he took great care of it. I highly recommend them. Their prices are great too!! A+++

I've gone to this place twice before and always tell myself NEVER AGAIN but sadly I reluctantly slunk back in there today. Theres alway an overpowering smell there, reminiscent of spoiled pea soup that was left on a beach. I didn't get the name of the guy thats always there but I can always recognize him by the slick of oil and grease that appears to cover his body. I brought In a 20$ st gaudens gold coin and asked to sell it. They showed me what spot currently was and the chart they used was 200$ less than what my phone said for some reason. I needed the money so I reluctantly accepted. I asked to use the bathroom because he always almost forces a hand shake after a deal and I wanted to wash the grease off my hand from it. We left and as we were driving home my wife said that while I was in the bathroom the counter guy just stared at her almost licking his lips as he did it. This place is toxic and I will NEVER go there again. Be weary of this place. Even the 1 star i had to leave to review is 10 stars to many

Bought a 14k gold bracelet cost $650+ tax. It was cheap gold that kept bending and breaking after the third time getting it fixed I decided to return it only for them to offer $180 in cash to buy back. They try to scheme you for every penny, the owners don’t even know their own jewelry always having to go back to the boss for questions !!! Terrible experience for me never again !
