Kristina was very rude and shouldn't be working in the medical field. I'm 6 months pregnant experiencing Covid symptoms. Called doctor's office provided all my info was told to come in at 12:30pm as a walk in. Arrived, was handed a number to call to check in. Waited on hold for 32 min. That's when I got Ms. Unpleasant Kristina. She came on the phone and told me I couldn't be seen , told me to call my medical provider! As me and my husband were pulling out of parking spot we seen someone pointing at us. He rolled down the window and she proceeded to rudely tell me to leave and kept smiling saying have a nice day, very sarcastic 🙄 (NEXT TO HER SUPERVISOR) but that's to be expected when your standing that far away running your mouth. I'd give this business and Kristina NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could.

I would give zero stars if I could. My son is a patient with the dental office at this location. I have been taking my son here since October of 2020 at our very first visit they informed me that he would be put on an OR waiting list to have cavities in his front teeth fixed. Since that day I have been back to that office four times and every time I asked about the waiting list and was told yes, he's on it you'll get a phone call when they can schedule him. He would have had more visits but any time I tried to call no one would answer. In May I called ten times to reschedule an appointment because he woke up sick so he couldn't make it and no one ever picked up. When I finally did get an answer in JUNE they couldn't see him until January. When I asked if there was another number to call next time since I had such a hard time getting through they said no sorry that's just how it is because we are short staffed. Now yesterday was my fourth visit to the office and I find out that he was NEVER put on the waiting list and now has to have all four of his top front teeth pulled. At which point the dentist tried to say it may not have made a difference because his first appointment was in November of 2021and the OR waiting list is long and if you don't also see their pediatrician you can't be put on the priority list that is for those patients that see both the dentist & pediatrician at that office then I find out today that that wasn't true either, his first appointment was in October of 2020. So, if they had actually done what they said they were going to do my son, who is only 5, would not now have to go through having FOUR teeth pulled all at once.

Front desk girls were sweet and helpful. But NP Guadalupe Lamas is very rude. I myself work in the medical field and I wouldn’t treat my patients like that! Just rude and disrespectful. Will be looking elsewhere.

Don’t waste your time…The dentist office is straight scammers. I went in for cleaning & a couple cavities only to find out they won’t fix cavities! They tell me they will only pull my front tooth cuz it has a cavity & they’ll pull the other one too so I can have 2 new matching fake front teeth! Wtf…I just wanted the little cavity fixed & they suggested I pull both front teeth!! I told them hell no! I also had waited 6 months for an appointment to get a cleaning. I almost didn’t make it but I got there just in time! They told me they needed new x-rays so they took them & made me wait in the dentist chair. Then they told me they didn’t have a dental hygienist on staff for my appointment today & that was it! Goodbye! I drove 20 minutes so they could charge my insurance for the visit & new x-rays. I was so mad! Then, after waiting almost a year for my daughter’s appointment, they canceled her appointment too! Don’t waste your time! Scammers & liars! They want your teeth to rot & give referrals. That’s all.

This place is a Joke. My family has been patient for years and The care quality has gone down. I never get the referral I need for medical care. Then I have to go in as a walk in every time to get a new one that still never arrives. I don't know if there's a new over all manager change but their has been a shift in care. Every time I get "treatments" here from walk in I end up in the ER.

I went to the dental office in Plant City and Kristalee was very rude I had my 4 yr old niece with me and she states to another patient that she was unable to hear her because of the commotion she was making. She is very rude and unprofessional she is always rude on the phone and to other patients. This is not the first time that she has been this way.

Dr. Frazier is attentive and has always done a good job. He is the best PCP I've ever had. The optometrist is top-notch as well. Pharmacy does a good job, too. Staff is professional and friendly. However, the dental department needed some improvement during my last visit about 6 months ago.

Updating to warn any expecting mom's to not see G. Lamas. I 10000%, whole heatedly feel that her negligence led to the death of my baby at 23 weeks. She could have caught it if she actual was attentive and not down right rude and dismissive to her patients. She should in no way be practicing medicine in any state. She has death on her hands more than once. If I could give the OB zero stars I absolutely would. Do not come here for prenatal care. The staff are under trained and the NPs have a disgusting bed side manner. Hands down the worse experience I've ever had.

This is my primary care facility. I’m having really bad acute pain so I went in to receive medical care. They did an examination and took more x rays even though they already had the necessary X rays and then changed my pain medication and sent the wrong prescription to my pharmacy. I called the triage nurse and let her know that the new medication provided me absolutely no relief for my pain and was giving my numerous side effects including being so dizzy I nearly fell over walking to the restroom and I begged to have the correct prescription sent to my pharmacy. The registered triage nurse told me that because it was after hours there was absolutely nothing she could do for me and if I wanted to receive adequate medical care I should go to the emergency room or urgent care. So let me share with you all the advice directly from this facility so that you do not waste your precious time. Plant City Family Care has stated if you want adequate and proper medical care do not visit them because you would be better off being seen at the emergency room or an urgent care facility, but you will not receive proper medical care if you go to Plant City Family Care.

We went there to take one of my grandsons' to get his teeth cleaned and checked. The staff is knowledgeable and cordial. The waiting room is clean but unfortunately for the children the TVs are not turned on. There is ample amount of parking here there is handicap parking as well as handicap entrance. The outside is landscape beautifully. Face masks are required here continuously!

Go anywhere else but here. Worst healthcare in America. They automatically sechdule unnecessary appointments without notifying you more than a few days in advance and they will try to bill your insurance if don't cancel them immediately. Apsolultly unbelievable, I probably wouldn't mind all of that if I didn't have to work during their hours of operation, but on top of all of that, the healthcare I actually experienced there was worse than anywhere I have been in my whole life. I truly feel like they just want to do anything they can to get as much money as possible from my insurance and me. I have never experienced or even heard of any healthcare facility doing this. Massive waste of time. Hours of my life I'll never get back. I almost can't believe it's legal for them to operate this way.

This Plant City Family Care Center is a part of the Suncoast Community Health Centers Network. It is located at: 801 E Baker St, Plant City, FL 33566 This is where my Dearly Beloved To Be comes to see her Primary Care Physician a Dr. Sameer Darwich. Every single time we come here for her Office Visits, Lab Work, or X-rays we have been treated with the utmost respect, professionalism, and efficient service. The staff in the Adult Medicine, and Lab/X-ray Departments are the best !!! Every single time we come here for a Dental Appointment we are likewise happy and more than satisfied with the staff of the Dental Department. The only reason I don't give the Suncoast Community Health Center a 5-Star Rating is because when my Fiancé went for her Optical Appointment to get a long overdue pair of glasses, Dr. Keion didn't do a very good job on her prescription for her eye glasses. With the pair of glasses that she ended up with, she can see better than she could with no glasses. But she neither can read very fine print or see at a distance as both scenarios are blurry, which makes me believe she needs Bifocals. The second reason that I cannot give this facility a 5-Star Rating is on three different occasions there wasn't enough Disabled Parking Spots ♿️ available for me to park as my Fiancé and myself are both in wheelchairs. There are about 8 Disabled Parking Spots ♿️ for the Disabled. But, as good as they are at getting people in and out, on a busy day like today I had to park the greatest distance from the front door in order to allow for loading of wheelchairs ♿️ on both sides of my van.

Absolutely despise coming to this location! If you can I suggest scheduling to the Brandon location. We arrived 20 minutes early for the appointment, appointment time passes and still no one calls us, everyone that got there after us was getting called but us. I got up and went to the inside to see what was going on, one of the nurses checks on the person that is supposed to do the cleaning on my child and I can hear her in the room talking to someone else(not work related) when they ask her if she is ready for the patient she says “yea I guess bring her in” like really! You had us waiting this whole time just because you were gossiping! 100% recommend the Brandon location.

I called before coming to make sure they could accommodate a walk in for a new patient (since they won’t allow me to make an appointment then register for some reason), and when I arrive they tell me I can’t wait to be seen because there’s too many patients right now. If that was the case why not tell me on the phone before I waste time driving over? I don’t like walk ins anyways because they’re unpredictable. I’d rather make an appointment farther out and arrive early to be seen, but apparently new patient appointments don’t exist within Sun coast community health centers. Completely unorganized and unprofessional.

I was looking for a primary Doctor and my neighbor Marisol told me about this place and I'm very happy with Dr Fraizer. He has been so wonderful. He listens and ask questions so he can find a way to help you feel better. Either in person or by video. They have a pharmacy there so is very convenient. The staff are all very friendly and professional and the place is super clean. Really appreciate it.

They never answer the phone. Been trying all week to call and make an appt. Guess I'll just go somewhere else. Let me be more specific. The scheduling Department for Dental Services does not answer the phone. How do i make an appointment if they do not answer the phone?? It's been over a month and no one has contacted me. I try m-f from 12-12:30pm to call and schedule an appt. I've left my name and number several times.

It took me a month to decide writing this review: I didn't know where to start, so I just will say: if you want to get sick or sicker, get an incorrect diagnostic or spend money on medicine you don't need, go there. And please check how much you are paying. When we are feeling bad sometimes we don't pay attention we just want to feel well again, just double check your bill; you may be surprised.

Everyone is friendly, but the doctor will not accept new patients, I thought walk ins would be better but I guess not, I’ve been trying to see the nurse ASAP because a medical issue with high heart rate and other stuff, my pediatrician would have seen me right away if he knew something was going on 😒. I’ll find another place that I can actually see a doctor and get help right away if needed if this place doesn’t step up.

Our whole family goes here. Some nurses are rude but that's everywhere. The building itself is insanely clean. I would eat off the floor here. Our doctors are kind and organized.

My 5 year old daughter had a good rapport with Dr. Dupay years ago, so when I found out she moved to Plant City I was so glad to take her to see her at Suncoast after her front tooth became gray from a cartwheel fall. As a dentist myself, I know it's best to have a colleague treat my young child to have this tooth extracted. It was a great decision because my baby girl didn't shed a tear! Dr. Dupay was fantastic at distracting her and keeping her happy the entire time. I give her 10 stars! She's excellent with children and in pediatric dentistry. It was also nice that there were TVs above the dental chairs. The clinic was very clean and up-to-date and the dental team was very courteous and professional, too!

  • 5/5 Stephanie K. 1 year ago on Google
Dr. Dupay took care of both my kids (5 year old and 3 year old). They were both fearful to visit a new dentist for the first time, but doctor Dupay made it an easy experience, and my kids are actually looking forward to their next appointment. Make sure to ask for the treasure box at the end of the appointment! I would also like to say that her assistants were kind and accommodating, and that the office and entire facility was clean and felt brand new. I highly recommend plant city family care for pediatric dentistry.
