I would rate it a zero if I had the option. The girl working the front desk was rude and inconvenienced that someone walked in and she actually had to work. She was eating while talking to us which was disgusting. My husband cut his finger open and was bleeding through his bandages and while there was no one in the waiting room or parking lot for that matter we still had to wait a hour to be seen, I guess everyone was on lunch. When my husband was finally called we got up to go back and the same receptionist said that I wasn't allowed back with him. They can leave the door open from the waiting room to the back but I can't go in the room with my husband, that makes no sense. There is nothing posted anywhere in the building that says that at all. If you can go anywhere else please do, your health is more important than their paycheck.

Would post Zero stars if I could. Got what I needed to get done here. But it took me 3 hours to do a simple Drug test and Physical. Waited in the doctor's room for over an hour after being told the doctor would see me shortly. After leaving the room to see what was going on I was told I would be seen next and waited another 25 minutes. After being seen by the doctor he explained every little thing to me like I was a little kid which kinda felt demeaning. I Will not go back to this place unless I have too. 10 out of 10 DONT Recommend.

Amazing amazing amazing! I am so glad that I chose them for my urgent care needs. They were the closest clinic to my house that accepted my insurance. I do believe they handle mostly work related accidents, but they are still an urgent care. They got me straight back when I came in, so the only waiting I did was back in the exam room- waiting for my insurance and payment to be ran, then the visit went by super quick! The entire staff is incredible, and made me feel super comfortable. Especially the sweet man who did my stitches, (if I remember to I will come back to post his name. He deserves credit!). He had the best personality and made me feel at ease the whole time! I was in and out fairly quickly. I will definitely be choosing them again if need be! After this visit, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

The nurses and tec personnel are very good and efficient. The doctor speak to me with no respect at all. He issue personal comments about gender, financial status, country, family and religion. Awful experience, not professional at all. On top, I have to wait hours. The building needs repairs and is dirty in certain areas, like the reception.

If you're walk in there s gunna be a wait. But I made an Appointment 3 days earlier for a time they had open arrived on time and took 3 hours for a 30 minute DOT physical . A medical establishment that doesn't know the definition of basic English words I find very disturbing. Would not plan on getting quick service even if you get appointment.

I went here for a new employment hiring process!! This office was very friendly from start to finish!! The nurse I had was very sweet and had lots of patients with me due to not being able to get my blood cause I’m a very hard stick. She was not going to give up until she got it. She was very gentle and kept asking if I’m okay. She is a ROCK STAR!! Thank you to the whole office for an amazing experience

Staff was very polite and friendly. Dr. was a very nice guy as well. Waiting room was a little hot but no problem.

The receptionist was very friendly and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Once I went back the nurse was sweet and efficient and the PA who did my exam was kind and thorough! I would definitely recommend!

Extremely unprofessional. Denied my service because I came at 4.30 and they close at 5!! Bigger Spanish lady who works as a receptionist even gave me an attitude and clearly should not be working with people. 0 communication skills. Lazy people running this joint.

Went for a DOT physical. Nurse was wonderful. Friendly and kind. Doctor was condescending and bitter and rude to me. My blood sugar was a little high cause I drank a HiC before going so I could pee. It’s not usually high, but at this time it was. Doctor was rude and said “Well that wasn’t a good decision was it?” Also, she said “I lost 110 lbs by eating portion control. Not everyone can do it.” As if I am unable to control what I eat. Condescending and rude are terms I use to be polite. It would be more accurate to say words that are not polite. But I am not going to be like her.

To be frank, I knew I was getting “workman’s comp” care and did not have high expectations at all; actually dreading it. I was very surprised at the professional care and the depth of questioning regarding my injury. Excellent service and level of care. Very thorough and focused on the best method of treatment for my injury. I would recommend.

This was my second time visiting for pre-employment physical.. they were very efficient and friendly. I will gladly use their services again.

I go to Concentra on Airport Rd. for a work injury and last Friday 10/7 after I was taken back to get my vitals done, I asked if my husband could come in the exam room with me to hear what the PA had to say about my injury and I was told "yes". He was in the waiting room and she called my husband's name. The lady at the front desk (very heavy set, dark hair) quickly got up from her chair and came around the corner and very nastily said "he can't go back there, only the injured patient can." According to her that's their policy (my husband asked to see their policy but no one there knew where it was) but even if it is, she shouldn't talk to people that way and could have nicely told us he wasn't allowed in the exam room.

Unfortunately, I down graded my former score of 4/5 to 2/5... I had to utilize services 7/23 and although staff was nice, I spent 5.5 hours waiting for a pretty minor injury. But I wanted a tetanus shot and was required to take a drug test due to injury while working. Checked in at 1130 and left at 5p... Former post 8/21 Unfortunately, they always seem swamped and they are too small for their work load. If they schedule that many people at a time they need a much bigger waiting room or covered area with seating outside. The wait was my only complaint. Waited for an hour. The service was good overall. I was there for standard employment pre-screen and drug test so I can't offer insight on any true "urgent" situation and I didn't see anyone come in for "urgent care"... I'm assuming they would've been seen quicker...

Got a hair follicle test, I asked them to use my head hair but chose armpit hair instead. Never shaved there in 34 yrs of life. Got ingrown which then got infected. Terrible experience.

I am very satisfied with Concentra and all they did for me during my time with them. They are very professional, considerate and down to earth people that understand we all have a job to do but by the same token they are making sure you are safe to perform your duties.

The staff is great including the doctors...but the object they were supposed to remove from my head was missed. Just wish an X-ray was done first. Now I need to go under the knife again. Ugh
