We had the most amazing experience with this medical group. Brenda greeted us at the front desk with a warm smile and bubbly personality. Our wait time was fast. We were taken back and then we were greeted by the doctor with a compassionate caring attitude that made my husband and myself feel great and that we had chosen the right place to come to. APRN Jose Marino-Morales was very thorough with all the questions that he asked to make sure my husband received the best treatment. He also gave us a treatment plan that best fit our needs because my husband is a survivor of throat cancer and we're concerned that it may be back. Please be patient is you come and it's busy because if you have to wait, it's worth it.

The staff here is so awesome. Very quick and easy usually a small wait time. Very friendly and the speak Spanish for those in need. Dr. Morales is incredible. Listens to what's going on and addressing your immediate concerns. They can also do the lab work there as well so make an appointment. They also take walk-ins which is also helpful to those who can't wait, although I would recommend making an appointment unless absolutely necessary, just my opinion. So far I have not had any complaints with this location and their team.

I absolutely loved my lab tech, Idel Quesada, he made my lab experience enjoyable. I never felt the needle and it was all done so quickly and professionally. Highly recommend his services.

Fast friendly check ins and a clean, inviting environment. Had some labs done and the Phlebotomist, Idel, was quick and efficient but also friendly. He worked well between organizing multiple patients and getting everyone in and out in an orderly fashion. So glad to have this new office in town.

Super friendly staff! Got my parent's first covid vaccine here, and their nurse Mirna was super gentle and caring my parents said they didn't even feel it (My dad is terrified of needles). Can't wait to be back for their second dose!

All of the staff is very friendly and efficient, even when the place is busy they always manage to get everything done on time while making each patient feel important.

We had our first appointment today as a family with community medical group Ms Brenda at the front was amazing then on to Ms Kelly Anne Dr Zihni’s assistant, who is also amazing and then the Doctor Zihni who is absolutely wonderful. It has been an amazing experience here today with these folks, and we look forward to coming to see them in the future hopefully not too often, but we know we will be well taken care of :-)

Auburndale and Plant City office's negative feedback. At first, they were great. Could not ask for better care anywhere. Until a month and a half ago. I do not know what happened. I wish they would fix it.

Absolutely the worst system of care I have ever experienced. I've called 4 days in a row, left messages. NO RETURN CALL! I've gone on my chart 4 days in a row, requesting Refill of meds. NO RECORDS OF MY REQUESTS. I WALKED IN TO IN PERSON RECEPTIONIST, STILL NO REFIl on record with the pharmacy 4 hours later. I've asked for confirmation number of prescription called in, no such thing given or provided. I've requested an appointment online, NOTHING. No call back. I asked for medical assistant's name and email they don't have it. Can I get a phone number to call her? She's at lunch. She'll call you back. What's her name? Um, I don't know. .can I have her extension? There's too many. 4 days of this to get my prescription renewed.

I love coming here I've been coming here for a while now and ever since I started coming here my health has gotten better this place really feels like family. the doctors are great the staff is so nice and appointments are made on my convenience overall it's just a great primary doctor. 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend community medical group to any of my friends and family or anyone in search of a good primary doctor

Very nice facility, clean and organized. Everyone has been very nice each time I've been in. From the receptionist Brenda and the nurse Kellyanne, both were very nice, personable, professional, and made me feel welcome and comfortable.

This medical office is wonderful. They're kind, they're bilingual and the place is always clean and neat. Is hard to find places with such a nice environment. I also like that they have a new ACCESS Center.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. My first doctor there made me very uncomfortable when it came time to my women check ups. One time she talked down to me for shaving another time I went in with a dress on and she just said “open up”. No time change into a gown. I thought maybe the next time would be better as the female doctor had left, but my next visit I was seen By a nurse practitioner, who I couldn’t really understand. But I still had my hopes because it’s not his fault I don’t speakSpanish. What really drew the line for me is when I got out of the ER and I had a 3 referrals and only 1 being very important because I need surgery. The nurse practitioner informed me that the nurse would call the same day as my appointment, and that I should receive my referral the next day. Two days later I check on my referral and it still wasn’t sent over. That Friday morning I called before the weekend to check on my referral once more. Supposedly it was being worked on…….. that Monday morning I called again….. Tuesday I walked in to find out that only after I asked to speak to a manager it was sent off for medical review. Due to the circumstances I’ve had to postpone my surgery for a month. Until then I’m in pain and waiting. I was told the administrator would give me a call, hasn’t happened but now I don’t think it matters. UPDATE: Admin approved referal. The week after I had a televisit with 3 more referals issued. 1 referal I got a call back for. so more waiting for 'sameday' day referal.

Such a clean office. Everyone was so welcoming starting from the front office and all the medical assistants. Doctor was attentive to everything I had to say. Kellyane was amazing when she drew my blood!

This office needs better communication.. Referrals shouldn’t take long especially when it’s an emergency and needed for surgery. Yet the referral is no where to be found and now you have a patient waiting and in pain. Terrible service, doesn’t seem like the patients are the number 1 priority here..

I went with my mom to have her annual physical at this location and she had such a great MA named Mirna. She had such a great attitude, super positive and was very helpful.

I had a great experience in the clinic. Doctors are very professional and spot on on their diagnosis. There is not a lot of waiting to be seen and I was treated very well. Staff is also friendly and work hard to accommodate my appointments to my schedule.

From start to finish,my experience was nothing less than SUPERB!!! I would highly recommended community health group to all my friends and family,as well as anyone I may come into contact with that may need the services of a skilled and absolutely wonderful physician as well. The phlebotomist made me feel comfortable and without pain, he was super helpful.

I have been attending this office for years now and let me tell you that it’s one of the most cleanest offices I’ve been to. The staff are all very lovely and helpful. The admin Jackie is very courteous and very welcoming when coming in the office. The office staff is very professional at there job the providers are very professional as well and listen to your needs. The front desk receptionist is always polite. Over all community medical group is a great place for primary care!
