I
am
actually
very
sad
to
write
a
poor
review
about
this
clinic
because
until
today
they
have
been
very
helpful
and
accommodating
and
I
was
taking
all
of
my
pets
here
for
care,
as
my
friends
have
as
well
for
the
past
decade.
Recently
I
fell
on
some
financial
hardship
and
rang
them
for
an
appointment.
Explained
to
them
the
financial
hardship
and
asked
if
it
was
possible
to
either
pay
Friday
when
there
would
be
funds
for
the
visit
and
treatment
or
if
I
could
write
a
check
etc
and
was
told
yes
that
would
be
fine.
They
provided
excellent
care,
as
always,
and
Dr.
Wicker
as
per
usual
is
amazing.
However,
when
it
came
time
to
pay
and
was
writing
the
check
I
asked
if
should
make
it
out
for
Friday
(it
was
Wednesday
approx
5
pm),
The
front
desk
girl
checks
with
the
office
manager,
a
guy,
to
see
when
he
would
take
the
check
to
the
bank
and
he
said
he
would
tomorrow.
I
explain
the
situation
and
he
said
that
no
arrangement
were
made
as
he
was
not
aware.
Obviously
the
girl
I
spoke
with
misunderstood
me
and
she
even
went
on
to
say
that
she
is
the
one
that
spoke
with
me
and
a
"check
was
never
mentioned"
which
I
assure
you
was
not
the
case-
but
there
was
no
apologies
or
sympathy
whatsoever
and
the
office
manager
reiterated
I
had
to
pay
today
and
went
on
about
how
a
check
is
"legal
tender"
and
it
would
be
illegal
for
me
to
write
it
for
a
future
date.
Which
is
what
is
is,
but
it
would
not
have
been
illegal
for
me
to
have
written
for
today
and
he
could've
waited
one
business
to
deposit
it
as
a
courtesy.
I
was
not
a
new
client
and
have
spent
lots
of
money
at
this
clinic
in
the
past
so
was
really
embarrassed
and
shocked
when
he
said
no
and
that
I
had
to
pay
today,
especially
as
I
had
rang
and
done
my
part
before
making
the
appointment
to
ensure
there
would
be
no
issues.
Explained
I
would
have
the
funds
Friday
and
what
could
we
do,
and
he
said
they
would
send
a
link
for
payment.
I
was
relieved
until
he
said
"but
it
needs
to
be
paid
now
before
you
leave
here"
and
then
he
walked
away.
There
were
was
no
apologies
and
absolutely
no
compassion
whatsoever.
It
was
very
disappointing.
Upon
ringing
a
family
member
to
scramble
to
get
the
funds
I
was
explaining
on
the
phone
to
my
family
member
that
the
clinic
misunderstood
and
that
no,
they
were
not
willing
to
work
with
me
on
it
(despite
never
in
the
past
having
had
any
issues
paying
them
for
services).
At
that
point
the
girl
on
the
front
desk
interrupts
and
rudely
said
"It's
illegal"
which
(a)
was
not
speaking
with
her
(b)
the
tone
was
not
necessary,
was
already
embarrassed
as
it
was
and
(c)
it
is
NOT
illegal
to
(as
a
one
time
courtesy
to
a
long
standing
client)
for
them
to
wait
one
business
day
to
deposit
the
check.
What
is
illegal
is
forward
dating
it,
not
taking
time
to
deposit
it.
Furthermore
they
did
nothing
else
to
try
and
work
with
me
and
I
was
made
to
feel
like
a
low
life
vagabond.
They
could've
just
as
a
courtesy
have
agreed
to
take
the
payment
on
Friday.
As
a
result
of
this
I
will
not
be
using
their
services
any
longer.
Am
flabbergasted
at
the
lack
of
compassion
and
problem
solving
skills.
Even
if
they
chose
not
to
work
with
me
on
a
payment
arrangement
given
the
misunderstanding
as
I
had
called
beforehand;
they
could've
genuinely
shown
compassion
and
said
"We're
so
sorry
we
would
but
we
can't...
we
apologise
for
the
inconvenience".
Instead
I
was
the
one
left
apologising
for
the
inconvenience
and
no
one
even
said
"that's
ok,
we
understand".
Sadly,
I
will
be
requesting
all
of
my
pets
records
to
be
transferred
to
another
clinic.
UPDATE:
the
clinic
responded
to
the
review
here-
“sorry”
but
failed
to
accept
responsibility.
When
this
was
originally
written
it
was
also
sent
to
them
-both
to
their
“contact
us”
system
AND
emailed
and
NO
ONE
reached
out
to
me
personally
to
apologize
or
attempt
to
address
the
way
in
which
I
was
treated.
Obviously
they
only
about
their
reviews.
Additionally
my
cat’s
condition
has
deteriorated
NOT
improved
&
when
I
attempted
to
transfer
care
&
records
their
phones
have
issues
or
they
set
me
on
do
not
disturb
.The
new
vet
had
to
call
them
on
my
behalf.
