This
is
my
absolute
nightmare
dealing
with
this
place.
For
one,
I
saw
not
only
a
nurse,
but
a
nurse
practitioner,
spending
an
hour
explaining
my
situation
to
them.
It
was
in
their
combined
professional
opinion
to
increase
my
dosage,
after
you
know,
actually
having
seen
me.
Then,
the
medical
director
flippantly
decides
to
not
honor
their
decision.
This
naturally
came
after
days
of
waiting
for
the
medical
director
to
even
bother
calling
it
in.
If
you
get
a
prescription
here,
the
medical
director
only
calls
prescriptions
in
once
a
day
after
5pm,
and
if
it's
wrong,
and
it
often
is,
you
have
to
wait
an
entire
day
for
the
medical
director
to
call
it
in
if
they
manage
to
get
around
to
it,
or
it's,
you
guessed
it,
another
day
of
waiting.
Then
every
visit
is
another
charge,
so
if
you
need
even
a
minor
alteration
to
the
dosage,
you
have
to
book
an
appointment,
pay
full
price
for
the
appointment,
and
pray
that
the
medical
director
honors
what
the
doctors
prescribe
you.
This
place
is
awful
and
is
unreachable
for
their
hour
and
a
half
lunch
each
day,
and
the
entire
operation
is
really
skeevy.
Take
this
into
consideration
before
booking
an
appointment.
The
first
person
I
saw
wrote
my
prescription
with
the
wave
of
her
hand
months
ago
and
I
saw
her
for
maybe
5
minutes
total.
To
increase
my
dosage
(to
a
safe
one
mind
you),
I
talked
to
two
people
there
for
about
an
hour
who
agreed
to
me
having
a
NORMAL
dosage,
so
that
it
wasn't
dangerous.
Then
the
medical
director
without
seeing
me
at
all
randomly
decided
against
it
based
on
absolutely
nothing.
Now
I
am
stuck
taking
an
unsafe
dosage
of
meds,
and
I
have
no
recourse
other
than
to
switch
doctors,
which
will
now
cost
even
more
money.
Avoid
this
trash
heap.
Edit:
1/16/19.
Today
they
decided
that
they
needed
to
see
me
again
before
refilling
my
prescription
despite
only
seeing
me
two
months
ago
and
they
are
holding
my
prescription
hostage
until
I
come
and
pay
them
to
see
me.
They
say
their
policy
is
to
see
the
patient
every
three
months
before
refilling
a
prescription,
and
despite
admitting
that
they
saw
me
less
than
three
months
ago
and
only
refilling
my
prescription
twice,
they
are
choosing
to
force
me
to
come
in
to
get
a
refill
on
a
medication
that
is
dangerous
to
just
up
and
quit.
I
cannot
afford
to
keep
coming
in
and
paying
them
whenever
they
arbitrarily
decide
to
hold
my
meds.
I
am
opening
a
case
with
the
better
business
bureau,
as
well
as
an
attorney
in
Hillsborough
County
against
this
facility
for
their
unethical
treatment
of
patients
and
holding
their
medications
hostage
to
squeeze
a
little
more
money
out
of
them.
