This place always has the rudest people "helping" even if you have an appointment, expect to be there for 3-4 hours . They take forever to answer a phone let alone do the simplest tasks. They also look at you as if they're judging you everytime you go, it's just a stressful environment. On top of that, when I went with my 2 month old son, some kid did something to him to make him scream while I was turned to fill out paperwork that they rush you for . Most of the parents there don't know how to control their children. I'd rather save myself the stress and go to tampas location, even if this one is closer .

They take sooooo long to answer it’s sooo frustrating like why can’t you guys make it quick and easy like any other places.

I was on hold for 2 hours before Someone answered the phone and when they did answer they were SUPER rude for absolutely no reason.

I tried to call to get an appointment here since I had a great experience a couple of years ago but the lady who answered was really really rude and kept asking me questions and I would answer the questions and then when she found out I was pregnant she was like well you should have just told me that in the beginning

Posted hours are 730-5pm. Office was deserted at 4:25.

Literally everytime I come here and have to bring my son he gets really sick either the same day or next day...I can tell nothing is ever washed or sanitized.Frustrating.
