Dr. Aref is an excellent doctor. He has been my primary for almost 6 years now and has taken very good care of me. He treats his patients as if they were his own family members. Highly recommend, all around outstanding doctor.

The doctor treats you like a family member. Talking to this guy feels like talking to a brother. I always have a good experience visiting this doctor. The young ladies on the front desk are also very nice and polite. Honestly, I have had only one doctor as good, professional and kind as this young man.

I had an extremely pleasant visit with doctor Omar Aref!! He was very attentive and informative. I really felt my concerns were heard and addressed. The staff was just as wonderful and helpful! When I got to my appointment I didn’t have to wait which made it very, very helpful with my work schedule. Overall an A+ experience!

I've seen many providers that  just push you through your appointment and don't take the time  to get to know you or your needs as a patient.  Dr. Omar Aref was very thorough , took his time. Ordered a full work up on my health. I was very nervous and prayed before my appointment  that he would be a doctor  that cares for his patients . Needless  to say, My prayers were answered . I'm so happy that I went there .  Dr Aref and his staff are great and would recommend 100% .

Dr. Aref was very attentive and took his time. He is very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything he was explaining to me. His staff is very friendly and made it easy to schedule my first time appointment. They went the extra mile when my insurance company told me he wasn’t accepting new patients even though they were and made sure they corrected his provider info. I felt at home there and not like a number.

Just had my initial visit with Dr. Aref and came away with a good feeling about his approach to patient care. He made me feel like we have a health partnership which is what I've been seeking. Very positive experience

This office is absolutely the easiest doctors office that I have EVER been associated with. I absolutely love taking my mom to Dr Aref, his staff answers calls, calls me back in an expedited manner and is always professional but yet kind. Daniella and Maria … y’all are the best!!

Dr. Aref is patient and attentive. He took his time to listen to all of my concerns and I was quite surprised by the amount of time that he spent with me on my visit. Not many doctors today have the care and concern that he shows. I'm glad that I selected him as my primary care physician and would recommend him to anyone looking for a good doctor.

The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor introduced himself and was thorough throughout the appointment. He listened to every concern I had with possible causes without me feeling rushed. They even drew blood there on sight which was relief to my busy schedule. I highly recommend and will be returning

I have recommended him to several other folks. who I hope they come they won’t be disappointed and must say I truly enjoy our conversations and visit every time I’m in to have a check up hope. Dr. Aref and his staff are great! The doctor is friendly and thorough. They took me back on time and I was out in an efficient manner. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great doctor.

Reception staff is not only terrible at their job, but rude and classless. I made a sick appointment this morning for the following day. No one verified any billing or information when I made the call at 9:30 this morning. They then call me at 4:30 in the afternoon (30 mins before closing) asking for updated insurance information. I am incredibly sick, home alone, and 6 months pregnant. It’s pouring down rain and my wallet is in the car where my insurance card is. I asked if I could just bring my updated insurance information in the morning as I will be there for their 10:30 AM the next day. The incredibly unprofessional staff member says that “the have to verify day the day before the appointment or else I can’t be seen.” Mind you they had over 7 hours to verify my information, but somehow it’s my fault that they didn’t do their job in an appropriate time frame. So my options are to go out in the pouring rain while incredibly sick and pregnant or loose my appointment even though I’ve been a patient there for a decade. Never missed a bill. Have always done things by the book. When I called them out for their ridiculousness she would say “k please hold” and purposely put me on hold and leave me just sitting there. The final time I called back they didn’t even bother to answer. I just want it on file and on record that this doctors office only cares about money and not about treating the sick, and is refusing service to those who call them out on their ridiculousness.

Most people don't enjoy going to the doctor. That's not the case when I see Dr Aref. He is very understanding, knowledgeable, and efficient. Not only that, he has a great sense of humor and genuinely cares about your health. He takes time to explain each aspect of your visit. I am grateful he is my primary care provider.
