Reception
staff
is
not
only
terrible
at
their
job,
but
rude
and
classless.
I
made
a
sick
appointment
this
morning
for
the
following
day.
No
one
verified
any
billing
or
information
when
I
made
the
call
at
9:30
this
morning.
They
then
call
me
at
4:30
in
the
afternoon
(30
mins
before
closing)
asking
for
updated
insurance
information.
I
am
incredibly
sick,
home
alone,
and
6
months
pregnant.
It’s
pouring
down
rain
and
my
wallet
is
in
the
car
where
my
insurance
card
is.
I
asked
if
I
could
just
bring
my
updated
insurance
information
in
the
morning
as
I
will
be
there
for
their
10:30
AM
the
next
day.
The
incredibly
unprofessional
staff
member
says
that
“the
have
to
verify
day
the
day
before
the
appointment
or
else
I
can’t
be
seen.”
Mind
you
they
had
over
7
hours
to
verify
my
information,
but
somehow
it’s
my
fault
that
they
didn’t
do
their
job
in
an
appropriate
time
frame.
So
my
options
are
to
go
out
in
the
pouring
rain
while
incredibly
sick
and
pregnant
or
loose
my
appointment
even
though
I’ve
been
a
patient
there
for
a
decade.
Never
missed
a
bill.
Have
always
done
things
by
the
book.
When
I
called
them
out
for
their
ridiculousness
she
would
say
“k
please
hold”
and
purposely
put
me
on
hold
and
leave
me
just
sitting
there.
The
final
time
I
called
back
they
didn’t
even
bother
to
answer.
I
just
want
it
on
file
and
on
record
that
this
doctors
office
only
cares
about
money
and
not
about
treating
the
sick,
and
is
refusing
service
to
those
who
call
them
out
on
their
ridiculousness.
