I’m a retired surgical nurse. To say this place is clean, neat , well organized and exceptionally staffed would do it much disservice. I’ve not seen in my professional career anywhere that cared more about the outcome. All I can say is I hope what Dr. L has spoken will come true. Also Ms Tia is most excellent at making you feel at home and relaxed. You deserve much appreciation ! Thank you.

My son enjoys coming to Ginger Health. He has a lot of fun and has been improving. -Dr. Le, Whiney, and Tia are a big help and are all very kind.

I like the customer service they have. I have good OT patient care and good improvement in myself.

The staff is very caring. Place is very clean. They make you feel like family when your there. They make sure to answer all my questions if I have any about my treatments and progress.

I loved this place. The doctor was excellent. I went with shoulder pain that had been with me for months and with less than 5 therapies my pain went from a 9 down to 1 or less. Thank you Dr. for your great therapies. Now I can do all my housekeeping duties 100%.

Waited 20+ minutes for anyone to open the front door. Very unprofessional. I arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time. As one should, right? I was prompt, but no one who works in the facility was. I had to call different numbers to figure out what was going on. The same lady answered both numbers I called and she said she was trying to get ahold of someone from the plant city location and would call me back. She never did. All the lights were off and one worker slowly came in after the other 10 minutes apart after waiting nearly half an hour. Odd, but if you have another option for PT go with the other option.

Ginger Health is excellent! I enjoy my sessions with Whitney and Dr. Le. I always look forward to coming because I know I will always feel better when I leave than when I came in. -Wallace

I am being see at the plant city office. The staff there is excellent. I am a diabetic and I have some bad days but no matter. What they assist me with my appointment the best they can. They are very nice. And the treatments I feel are very helpful. I hope to be a customer for a long time. Without the treatments I would not have progressed as I have.

I really like this place. Everyone is really nice and polite, my doctor is always very careful and not rushing to finish my session, the exercises are really helpful and I’m seeing a difference since I started coming here.
