We LOVE Doctor Timothy Williams and his entire practice! He is a good doctor with a good heart, and he genuinely cares. His entire office staff are great, they always get us in super quick for appointments including most same day appointments, and from the front of the office, to the back of the office, they ensure that we are taken care of. This office is highly efficient and we have no complaints. I highly recommend Plant City Pediatrics!

We love Plant City Pediatrics! All of the staff are warm and welcoming! We have 3 girls and have been happy with the care they’ve received since our first was born almost 8 years ago! Most recently we have had our last few appointments with the new practitioner, Brandy Garcia, and she is definitely a great addition to the team! She listens and calms the fears of our girls, and manages to make it a fun experience for them! She is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions thoroughly! I recommend their whole team to everyone we know! Thank you!

After I accidentally missed ONE appointment I received a letter threatening to cut us off from care which made us feel concerned . They also said I need to comply , and they were the gate keeper for my son. I called them and told them I was the gate keeper and I don’t have to comply with anything. If they’re the “ gate keeper “ I can gladly pass along all of my sons bills to them. I told them no need to kick us out I’m leaving. I already had an appointment with another DR (ps.)The new Dr Said they were not surprised when I told them where we were coming from. They already had numerous patients come over. After The phone call I received not one, but two more letters one of which was certified. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother going. They are money hungry, rude ,and over crowded. Im so glad I left I no longer felt safe with my child being in their care due to the language used in the letter. Over all I give zero stars.

I’ve taken my kids here since birth. The staff was always so friendly and accomadting, and loved all of the doctors and practitioners. So sad we moved, but great office!

The staff is super rude and condescending when they surprise you with fees for small things. Our last 2 visits they tried to charge me for things that I've never heard of a doctor charging. I'll be calling tomorrow to cancel all of our upcoming appointments

These folks are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They are the poster child of pediatric care. I have a 5 year old who is afraid of shots and the doctor all together, because we haven’t had the best experiences in the past with pediatricians. However, these doctors are so gentle and make both myself and my son feel so comfortable during every visit. My son is shy, but he will talk to everyone in the office! They’ve never made me second guess my decisions for my sons health, and they’re all for letting the parent decide what’s best for their child. In other words, they don’t push things or tell you, the parent, to do things differently with your child because they respect the fact that parents are ultimately the ones to decide what’s best for their child’s health. I actually leave here feeling better about myself as a parent, BECAUSE they make me feel as if I’m doing everything right. I am so happy my son has an amazing doctor, I would recommend Plant City Pediatrics to anyone and everyone. They are the best!

I absolutely love the quality of care my children receive at Plant City Pediatrics. My children have been patients since they were newborns & they genuinely enjoy going to their doctor appointments. The staff is very friendly, helpful and take the time to speak to you on a personal level. Whenever my children are sick, I am usually always able to get them in the same day. I really like having the option of seeing multiple providers because it allows my children to be comfortable with change & gives me the opportunity to receive different perspectives on any health concerns I might have. I would absolutely recommend PCP to all of my friends and family.

We absolutely love Plant City Pediatrics! We moved to FL from out of state and had to find a new pediatrician for my two children (one boy, one girl). Luckily, we found Dr. Timothy Williams and his staff! From the front to the back, they are great!! Very, very thorough, great doctors! We have seen every practitioner and doctor in Plant City Peds, and while Timothy Williams is by far our favorite, we always get great service and great results. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. The office runs like a well oiled machine! They are also very helpful and usually always get us in same day. I've taken my children here for the past three years and at first I loved it I even recommended this practice to my patients ( labor and delivery nurse) however the past few experiences with Sondra Williams have been less than pleasant. She is abrupt, abrasive and completely dismissive to my concerns regarding my daughter. After today's experience my husband and I have decided to look for a new pediatrician which is a shame because the other physicians in the practice, the front staff and medical assistants are all very polite and knowledgeable.

Doctor is great but the receptionists are horrible. They where rude and gave me misinformation about my daughters appointment then when i came back with proof of my appointment they back pedaled and changed what they said there policy was. 1/10 do not recommend.

Have been taking my kids here for at least 15 years. Dr. Williams is great and has an amazing bedside manner.

The clinic is always clean and the staff are professional and friendly. The doctors are great and calling them is never an issue. I live in Lakeland and the drive is worth the care my daughter receives.
