Update: My husband eventually had to go to Mayo Clinic and was diagnosed with Crohns disease. I specifically asked Dr. Ford to test for that and he said "I can guarantee its not Crohns". Thank goodness for Doctors who actually listen to their patients. Dr. Ford is a joke. He is not taking my husbands symptoms seriously and keeps saying it's all stress. We've had to go to specialist to actually receive any diagnosis. Do not go to him if you actually want any care.

I've never had a problem with Dr.Ford or the staff. Waiting time variesbut never extensive. I know that the doctors receive calls from the hospital if they have patients admitted.Dr.Ford multitasks & I'm aware of the demands they deal with daily. Dr.Ford answers all my questions. RECENTLY HE RESOLVED A SITUATION I WAS SUFFERING FROM & BECAUSE HE KNEW WHAT I NEEDED MY SURGERY IS UP COMING. THANKS DR.FORD FOR YOUR CARING!

This is the worst family doctors you could ever take your family or children too they do not care who you are or how sick your children are they never have appointments and always tell you to go to a walk-in clinic if I would want to go to a walk-in clinic I wouldn't pay money to go to a family doctor they are trash the receptions are trash and they never have appointments. do not go to this doctor if you cherish your family's well-being because they do not care you're better off going to a walk-in clinic that's the Dr Fords way

I have numerous problems with this office, but I'll be concise: 1) Wait times are horrendous, 40 minutes or more, even when I'm the first appointment of the day. 2) There are no extended or weekend hours, so every time I have to get my prescription (can't be called in), or see a doctor, I have to take off work. 3) When I do call to have my prescription filled, I wait DAYS to have it completed. If I am not very careful with timing, I will go without my meds. One doctor has now twice refused to fill it while the doctors were on one of their extended vacations. 4) Dr. Ford decided unilaterally he would no longer fill my prescription while I was pregnant, despite no evidence it would hurt my baby. After 5 years of torturing myself, I'm done.

I have seen this doctor on multiple occasions and I am not basing this opinion on just one bad experience. First off I had to wait 2 hours to even be called back, to then just be placed into another room to wait for an additional 20 minutes. When I asked the front desk as to why it was taking so long all she said was "you'll have to ask the doctor." Once Dr. Ford did arrive into the room I questioned why the wait was so long. His response was "somedays thats just what happens in a doctors office." I explained to him that I too work in the medical field and understand that things seldom happen on time in healthcare, but 2+ hours is a bit much and asked why his front desk would not just let me know upon arrival how late he was running and then atleast I had the option of staying or rescheduling. At this point he began to get aggitated and raised his voice. After some unacceptable comments I told him I wasn't arguing about it, that I just wouldn't be back. His repsonse word for word "yea, well I won't be losing any sleep over that." With that he told me to go up front. After talking to more of the office staff, he never is on time and most often it is not because of anything to do with legitamate health care emergencies. Consider yourself warned. Dr. Ford is not out for your best interest and has no consideration for your time.

I have seen negative feedback and I can only speak on my experience along with my wife and son. The staff have always been respectful and helpful. I have never had any issues with Dr. Ford or the staff. Perhaps if one feels that someone is not being nice or helpful, you should say something.

I like dr. Ford because he still has privileges at the hospital, he listens to your problems. Unfortunately he is so busy that it is difficult to get in to see him. However I will make my appointments with him to see him whenever I can because I find it easy to talk to him and he will give me an answer.
