OMG!!! It was my first time! I'm from Miami Florida! The donuts we're the highlight of the day! It was cool! I may try it again if the opportunity presents itself again!

Great spot for you and yours to make strawberry short cakes, but the quality is still fair quality!

It was perfect! The way the cake soaked up the strawberries..... yum! Everyone was so nice and patient, cause it was packed!

This is always our "go to" location when we attend the Strawberry festival. The line always looks so long but the setup makes it go by extremely fast. Once you're next they hand you a small bowl & ask if you'd like a shortcake or biscuit (I get the shortcake). Then it's all on you... :) You spoon in this yummy fresh strawberry goodness and homemade whip cream. You can put as little or as much as you want. It's the least expensive food item ($4)at the fair AND the best!! If you're going to the fair, I'd definitely recommend a visit.

Strawberry shortcake soooo good!

Had a great time at the concert portion but the strawberry festival part seemed more fair than strawberry. It had a kind of theme of strawberry but there really was a lack of strawberry type foods. Choice of strawberries, strawberry short cake or strawberry jam. That’s about it. I just would like to have seen more options. I didn’t see anything cooked with strawberries. No smoothies with strawberries. No beverages with strawberries. Just a little bit of strawberries and the rest was a swap meet of venders.

Wonderful strawberry shortcake. Some of the best I've ever had. It is not that expensive, only 4 dollars, and it is self serve. The strawberries we're delicious and the whipped topping was made fresh. An amazing experience.

The church and volunteers do a great job organizing and running the "Make Your Own" Strawberry Shortcake event at the Florida Strawberry Festival year after year. It's located in the Parke Building. You can wait in line and purchase your $6 ticket, or you can buy the ticket at participating Publix Supermarkets for $5.50. The advantage to buying it at Publix is that it allows you to skip the line. Go early so that you can find a seat on the shaded patio. They have plenty of large tables but they fill up quick. The tables were clean, but I'm sure it helps if you do your part and clean up after yourself. I did see tables being cleaned which is great. The volunteer workers were all very friendly and helpful. The shortcake is good and affordable. The money goes to a good cause. It's a tasty treat!

It was a perfect experience and knowing the money went to a great cause made it even better
