The dude that works their is creepy as hell. I didn’t have my id so I left and he told me he was gonna trespass me. Creepy smile and creepy service. He was about to be a piñata.

If I could give less of a star I would absolutely worst customer service I’ve received. The little weird guy that works behind counter made weird advances towards me an made me feel so uncomfortable I had to leave. Also don’t come here asking for help to pass a drug test cause they won’t help you.

The owner and the people that work there are awesome. Been going for years. Great prices and the customer service is superb. Been going here for 4 years now and as long as the business is open I will continue to go there.

Love this place!!! Drive from Lakeland to see Nathan. Very professional and kind. I get all my incense from here. Update::: I traveled here today and ran outta gas but called to see if they would stay open for me. After a Uber ride from my truck to gas station and pipes r us the Lil fella working was rude and not very appreciative of my efforts. I understand he had plans but I did make it there before closing. Needless to say I only spent $ 10 compared to my usual 50 -$ 100 and unfortunately they have lost my business. There are way to many of these stores around for me to continue to travel that distance to be treated so rudely. Sorry Nathan 😞

This store is alot bigger than the Seffner store but the service is the same ,employees always polite and the owner is right on,quality and price go together, see you there 👍

Owner is great and so are employees. Selection is decent. Prices are good and very fair. I wish they stayed open later but otherwise, no complaints. Employees are always helpful!
