We heard about this place on the news and decided it would be worth the 30 minutes drive to check it out. They have so much stuff I can't begin to list. It's like a museum and the prices are very fair. The store is very big and takes some time to look at everything. I took a lot of pictures to give you an idea at what you'll see.

Mercantile is a great & AFFORDABLE antique store. Probably one of the best I have shopped at. Bigger than what it looks, many retro and antique items. They also have raffles (I think every weekend but not sure). Lots of beautiful hand made/hand crafted furniture and trinkets. Staff is super nice. Although it's a 2 story building- the store itself is the bottom floor only. All near antique Downton area, it an easy walk to from Mercantile(see pics of the downtown area) Nice quaint place to eat and spend a few hours.

I absolutely loved this store!!! The people there are very friendly and helpful. The decor and ideas and pieces they sell are so cool and creative. The store itself is a really neat building inside historic downtown Plant City.

This place is really unique. The owner has all kinds of sellers that have different sections of the store with their ite.s for sale. You can find affordable items, even really cute clothes!! I will definitely be back.

They had some nice items in there and everything was clean and arranged nicely. Things were a little pricey.

The Mercantile is a nice antique store in a cool old building. The store smells good! The owner was friendly and told me about plans to expand the store to include the upstairs and for art classes.

This place is great. My mother loves coming here when she visits. The prices are okay and we usually find something to get when we go. The vendors are super friendly (at least the ones we ran into)

I didn't enjoy my visit. The booths were unorganized. I felt the prices were high for the items. There were some spots where everything was jumbled about. Cool building though.

While I was inside shopping my truck was sideswiped on the street. As I ran out in despair I left the merchandise behind that I was going to purchase. They were kind enough to bring out and give me the merchandise to make me feel a little bit better about the situation I was going through. It was very thoughtful and I appreciated it so much. This place is awesome! They have so many vendors that update the inventory often. The staff is great and helpful. This is one of Plant City's gems!

This is my favorite place in Plant City besides home. Small booths with different vendors. Best place to buy gifts for any occasions and any person in your life, from books, to clothes, to jewelry to furniture, local honey, chalk paint...so much!!! Every time we visit home we come to the mercantile, It changes daily.

Wow this is the store I didn’t know I needed in my life. If you’re into vintage stuff or have a grandma you need to get a gift for, this is the place to go. They have a huge variety of antique decor to books to furniture etc. come check them out if you’re ever in town.

Dave and Savannah are wonderful… Be prepared to get addicted and don’t leave empty handed… They have so many neat things….
