I had been looking to buy a Shed for about 2 months for my new down sized residence (RV port retirement home)....I had visited two local Shed builders. They were ok but did not address all my concerns about their sheds. I did not see anything on their lots either as to what I was looking for in a Shed. While searching Sheds online, I saw the perfect Shed for what I needed to match my new RV port home! I was not quiet ready to purchase. The Shed was a LARK and was being sold by PLANT CITY SHEDS in Plant City, Fl. I visited their lot on Hwy 92 east in Plant City, Fl and personally looked the Shed over (A 10' x 20' cream yellow trimmed in white). I met CAESAR who came out to greet my wife & I. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the LARK all aluminum SHED. I was not ready to purchase that day but was concerned I would not find this exact Shed!! He assured me, if he sold this Shed he could get me another one! Fast forward one month and on Wednesday this week (the 16th of August 2017) my contractor said ok, we need your Shed in place by Saturday, to finish a retainer wall and Brick pavers! "Say what?!?! I immediately called Caesar to see if he still had MY Shed lol or how long to get one!?...Thank God my Shed was still on the lot!! Caesar came out to my place and surveyed my location (A tight one) to put the Shed. Within 3 hours Caesar had me a set up guy, Dave Heath (Heath Sheds & Services) for an early Saturday morning delivery & set up! Saturday at 10:00 am Dave showed up with the Shed and his helper and by 12:30 pm, the shed was in place leveled and anchored! I was impressed with the care Dave took with setting up my new Lark Shed! The service I received from Caesar at Plant City Sheds was simply the best! I highly recommend this company! The price on the shed?! Very reasonable for what I got and well worth it for the service I received! The Shed quality is awesome I might add!

My husband and I had just been through an extremely disappointing experience with a very popular well known shed manufacturing business in Lakeland and had been treated horribly. It was a Sunday, when we drove to Plant City Sheds, the lot was closed but, we walked around and looked at what was there. By now, we've been looking for a shed for months and have seen many different ways a shed can be built. We had never seen one built like the "Lark". It looked like the hulk of sheds. The inside was all metal. My husband and I just looked at each other in awe. So, now we found a great shed, can we find a personable owner/manager to deal with, since part of the last problem was the owner being extremely rude, so Im being cautious. We submitted a request for estimate on what we needed, expecting to hear back on Monday morning, much to my surprise I received a response within 45 min from Ceaser. After exchanging a few text messages with Ceaser, we made arrangements for Ceaser to come by our home and assess the yard for access and take measurements. Lucky for us, Ceaser had a shed on his lot the size we were looking for and gave us a fantastic offer on it.. By noon Monday Ceaser was on the phone to the delivery men hammering out details for immediate delivery date and time. Today is Wednesday and my shed is happily parked in its forever home. I have to thank Ceaser and the company he uses for deliveries they work together as a team. They are fast, efficient, and friendly. My past misfortune I thought was just horrible led me straight to Plant City Sheds and I'm so thankful. I highly recommend this business to anyone who wants high quality sheds with friendly service done professionally. We love our new shed and it looks perfect in its new spot. Thanks Ceaser 😊

I have been to several shed companies in east Hillsborough County and have alwasy walked away feeling like I had just dealt with a shady used car dealer. We decided to look into a custom shipping container from another company, and had an even worse experience. I then went to Plant City Sheds and met Cesar. He was the most non-aggressive salesman I've ever worked with. He explained the process for ordering and delivery of a new shed, and answered every dumb question I asked. I pulled away from the lot and made it halfway home before turning around and going back to purchase the shed I wanted. Less than 48 hours later, two gentlemen arrived at my house and unloaded the shed into my yard. They placed it EXACTLY where I asked, put it on blocks, leveled it, and secured it with hurricane tie-downs. They were in and out of my yard in about 30 minutes. It ws a great experience, all-around.

Delivery driver didn't follow instructions for correct installation. Loaded shed on delivery truck in wrong direction....didn't enter property as instructed....damaged the pad and didn't put the shed on blocks....and damaged the shed.
