There's one thing I went for the first time to the plant City farm and flea market in plant City. It was very good a lot of merchandise a lot of vendors very friendly places to eat and snack on lot of fresh vegetables and fruits I was very happy walking all the areas that each vendor were in and it's a very very big place. Met a lot of new friends there new contacts I recommend people to visit this place but the only thing it's only open on Wednesdays. so make your plans to visit on the Wednesday that's a place to be eat it for your fresh vegetables and fruits or other things that you might be looking for.

My husband and I went to Plant City on a Monday morning around 10am. Not much of a selection since the sales week is just beginning and it seems like sellers are just getting their stock in. Only one produce stand, managed by Brad, had blueberries, plums, n peaches so we HAD to get blueberries since they cost $10 for a box of 12 packages. A few stalls down, José sold us a big box of onions with the tops for $28, which seemed pricey at first but he was the only one who had them for sale in the market. Be ready to walk or drive your car around to different stands since pricing is different for each one. Tomatoes go from $10 a box to $20 (this time of year) so shop around or you'll get hosed. Wear comfy shoes if you plan to walk around and be careful of the random rotten fruit on the ground. Side note, the parking lot is very confusing but it is free for customers...we ended up parking in the Permit Only section but we used the car eventually since we didn't want to lug boxes over long distance and there is an active driving path thru the market. There are tiny forklifts and pedestrians everywhere so if you drive thru just keep an eye out for those. Overall an interesting experience and make sure you have fridge space before hitting Plant City since you'll be enticed by the low prices to buy produce in bulk.

I went to the flea market today. There were a lot of vendors and a nice selection of items. The only problem was that someone was selling live ducks and chickens crammed in cages for their meat which I think is cruel and shouldn’t be allowed at the flea market.

Lots of variety on the Farmers Market side, seasonal produce sold in bulk. Great for home canning folks. The Flea Market side has your typical items being sold and most vendors will negotiate a little on prices. On Wednesdays you need to arrive early, 7:30am to 8:00am because the parking area fills up fast. Wednesday is the day they have maybe 4 times the number of vendors as compared to weekends. Bring cash as most do not have a way to take credit cards, and with cash in hand, negotiating a lower price is easier. Bring water, a hat and I suggest a hand towel to wipe the sweat away. Have fun and enjoy

I love the plant city flea market, me and my girlfriend go every week, I wouldn't miss it for anything, I love all flea market stuff. I always find all my treasures there, From old tools to tonka toys, yard tools and even a vintage boom box to use at the car show with my old VW beetle.

LOTS of variety! Quite a walk and people were pleasant. I didn't have CASH. However, one of the vendors had cell phone card app. He was able to do CASH BACK and I enjoyed the rest of my walk n shop! Nice BREAK from the KRAZY week I'd had.

Never underestimate the jealousy of those two old women. Maybe menopause arrives. They will trouble you because of jealousy. Even if you make a mistake, will not feel sorry. Because the employer is old. So it makes me sick to see them face different faces. I have been here for a year. Accumulated a lot of old customers. Everyone speaks well of me. good reputation. I am also grateful to my employer for taking special care of me occasionally. So I choose to st with it. But the problem is that I can't continue to endure the continuous provocation and discrimination from the employer's sister-in-law and old friend. I choose to leave. I can make money anywhere with my ability, they are very self righteous. I regret what I commented in the comment section earlier. Because I overestimated the smartness of my employer. He was so confused that he didn't have the thinking to distinguish right from wrong. Very disappointed. I swear I will never go back, God will punish their jealous personality. right. Did not go to the actual flea market but it’s the same location during the week where we often go and purchase fresh Produce for my Fathers Delivery Service to restaurants. Very Clean and most of all produce they sell us wholesale are all freshly picked and good quality fruits and vegetables. Best part is that there is no Stench smell like others we’ve gone too in the past. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alex & Jimmy ZEPS PRODUCE

This place is great to sell your items. The staff on the other hand. Well they are rude. I heard 1 guy that was yelling and screaming at a vendor for unloading his vehicle. The vendor told him he was unloading just give him a few minutes and he would be able to move. I had asked another guy a question and he was just rude and didn't really care about answering. Then he made a rude comment and drove off. If people dont like their jobs then quit. No sense of being rude to people. I miss the days where customer service was a thing and people cared...

Vendors are good, but Beware of the people running the show. I'm not sure how they target you, but they put a boot on my vehicle and said I couldn't park where I parked. Apart from cars parking there multiple times before when I have gone, there was a car leaving the spot where I parked. I park and come back with a boot on my vehicle. There were no "no parking" signs . And when that was mentioned, she said they break off, and then when mentioned it's their duty that they need to maintain them and put new ones so people will know not to park there, she got upset and said it was a fire lane. There were also no fire lane signs or markings either. Then she realized she had no more excuses and multiple bystanders were telling her the samething ,she said it was private property and they can do what they want.I mentioned it to a fire Marshall and he said if it were a fire lane why would they put a boot on it and cause it more of a hassle if there was a emergency and the vehicle had to get towed and also a sheriff after i left and paid them to remove the boot and they both said I was not in the wrong and what they are doing is a money scheme and illegal. If I had time, I would've called the sheriff before I left and not paid them till the sheriff decided. I've called the contact number with no return calls back on filing a complaint. I took pictures after they removed the boot. She also did not provide a receipt.

Pulled into the store to check out their plants and produce and was pleasantly surprised by the good selection and quality of items. Produce was fresh and well priced with some special offers and had a good shelf life and fresh tasting once consumed. The employees were pleasant, store is clean but plain. The plant selection is small and seemed a bit expensive. There is a small selection of dairy, eggs and dry goods that was well priced. Recommend if you are in the area for your produce needs.

This is a great flea market. Their Biggest day is Wednesdays for the flea market. The flea market is on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. But they have a large produce market everyday. They have their set of regular vendors, and then you have your one timers. It is always a treasure hunt. One day you go and just don't find what you are looking for or it is just not the right deal, and you go the next week and come out buying many great things. Give them a visit some time, you just might be surprised!!!

Wonderful flea market. As always at any given place be aware of your surroundings as there was a man staring at me when I was leaving going back to the car with my young daughter. It was very uncomfortable however the Flea market for this review is five stars as I said and with any place you go be aware of your surroundings

I went here to buy a couple chickens that lay eggs. I found a Spanish lady that had a small cage with like 5 chickens in it. She didn't speak any English....so I used my Google translator to communicate. She assured me that the chickens lay eggs. I bought X2 at $25 a piece. They looked like Rhode island red breed. Anyways....I get them to my coup......I had x3 other chickens that didn't like them.....pecking order .....I had the chickens for a week and not 1 egg was produced. One of the chickens had yellow diarrhea... And it's beak was kind of crooked... I tried to bring them back to return to flea market on Wednesday....to the Spanish lady....but the booth was gone.. Vanished. I felt like that boy in Gremlins that bought Gizmo from the old guy in an alleyway... And then magically disappear when you try to find them again. I ended up buying two Australorp from a friend at work .. and they laid X2 eggs the very same day.....and they get along with the Americana chickens I have. I put the two non egg layer chickens outside the cage...I think they eventually got eaten by a fox or hawks. Moral of the story...don't buy from someone that can't speak your language. Maybe get a phone number to return if product isn't what they say it is. Inspect the chickens up close..... because I was kind of mad that the crooked chicken beak one with diarrhea was now my problem. I would go to this flea market again. Parking is $1......make sure you go early on Wednesday....7am.....as it gets very busy. Some parts look like a homeless camp ......but whatever......it was worth checking out....

Every Wednesday this is absolutely the place to be if you can! Vendors are always hit or miss regardless of what flea market you visit but what makes the Plant City Flea Market stand out is the building of community that happens especially among the regulars.

Went on a Sat.. Usually go. On a Wednesday but it was nice out so I checked it out. Not many venders compared to Wednesday.. Tried to get some lunch. Went to the charcoal chicken trailer. Asked for a 2 pc chicken plate. Asked if I could get a breast, guy said yes, then gave me a leg and thigh. And salad no dressing, bland beans and some roasted veg. All around odd meal. I asked for a diet soda, and he gave me a water. Guy did not speak a lick of English. Chicken smelled great was OK at best. Pretty dry.

This is the biggest farmers market I've ever been to and to find out they are open 7 days a week (farmers market not flea market) makes it ever better!! The produce selections are many and the quality is fresh. Buying in bulk makes it even more of a reason to go if you have a business or preserving food at home (canning or freezing) This is our first time here and we will be back! ❤

Watermelons, watermelons, and more watermelons. Every stall that was open was selling watermelons. Don't get me wrong, I like watermelons but there were nothing but watermelons here the day I came. Thank you for the experience.

👍👍 All that I can say is wow! This nursery checks off all of the boxes. At your typical nursery, they operate on a bartering system. The more inexperienced the buyer, the higher the price.
