    Great fish and service! I have been buying from these guys for years and on those rare occasions I have had a fish loss, they have replaced them at no charge. I think there fish tend to be a little small sometimes but I have had that issue with everyone I deal with online.

    Very happy with my order! They were out of a couple things but I was notified and was told I'll get refunded for them (I haven't yet because this was earlier today and I'm sure refunds and such take a while to process.) But! I ordered several fish and they all arrived in great shape and gorgeous colors. I ordered two gouramis, only one was fully grown but I'm very happy with my baby fish, he's so cute! My frog tried to eat one of the loaches I ordered, but I got it out of his mouth and Frogman is now chilling in the other tank with the goldfish until my loaches are a bit bigger lol. Anyway, VERY happy with my order! No fish are looking or acting sick. My platys are acting very shy but that's very understandable given the circumstances. 10/10 would recommend and will buy from again. ❀❀❀ Shipping was very quick and every fish had their own little baggy. They were packed in a styrofoam box within a standard cardboard shipping box, and had some kind of packing fabric (it looked like bits of shredded soft fabric). I live in Tennessee, and they were shipped from Florida. I placed my orderlast Thursday and they arrived today (the following Wednesday) but that's because they ship Tuesday-Thursday I do believe. I was notified my fish were shipped yesterday morning and that they weren't supposed to get here until tomorrow, but a nice lady at the post office saw that it was a package full of live fish so she drove it out here herself. So I didn't wait the whole time, but nothing leads me to believe I would have waited more than two days for it to get to me.

    Made a big group order(mainly so I could justify getting a dragon goby) it all arrived great, but the dragon goby passed very shortly after. I contacted bluegrass expecting just a refund, but they shipped a replacement! It just got here yesterday and he's doing great! 🀞 Thanks David!

    Customer service sucks, reached out multiple times about my order before shipped to make sure fish were all around the same size and got no reply. Finally received fish after shipping took longer than expected and some fish were tiny and others were large. I received a very small peacock bass, a very small jaguar Cichlid, a large Jack Demsey and a medium size Bichir. All the fish were going in the same tank so guess who got eaten. I tried to send back the fish (before releasing in tank) but they would not reply to my emails or answer the phone in timely manner. The man I spoke with was very rude and offered no help or solutions.

    I ordered fish on the 12th and still haven’t got them, it is currently the 23rd. I’ve reached out via email but no response and I’m still waiting for my fish.

    The absolute worst place to purchase live fish online. They shipped me a bag of 200+ dollars worth of dead on arrival fish and did not respond to requests for refund.

    Ordered a longfin oscar.Arrived fast.Was a really nice,good sized red or copper?...and black.Very pleased. Also, I have to thank David for going above and beyond,with making sure this customers are satisfied. Had a small problem with an Order involving oscars,and he made good on it,even though it was no fault of himself,or the company (Tampa Bay Cichlids) He's a man of his word. I really appreciate that.Thank you.

    Just received a first time order. Ordered some Veil Tail Angels and Veil Tail Oscars. Excellent and fast experience. Received one Albino Veil Tail Oscar and one red/black Veil Tail Oscar which looks amazing. What gets me... People that aren't buying WYSIWYG and expecting to be able to dump everything together obviously don't understand the practice of "Growing fish out" before they feed an expensive fish to their bigger fish. Common sense here people. When sizes of fish to be shipped are not listed on a website it is wishful thinking that all of your dreams are going to come true. People that don't understand how ich works. Wake up call... it's always there even in your healthiest tank. Stress, oh lets say from cross country shipping, lets ich surface in a stressed fish when their immune system takes a dip. It is easily treatable so stop whining about something that can and does happen. Knowledge is power. Wield this power wisely.

    I'm not going to go into it too much because I just wrote a novel on PayPal to get my money back from this scheister but stay away there are other places that ship on time, have fish that don't have ich (the last two shovelnose you sent me which I didn't bother trying to get a refund), reply to emails and pick up the phone and are honest. Dave you tried to rip me off...now you got a bad review....you lost a good customer, and hopefully PayPal is gonna refund me because I attached the whole email chain that you replied to me the first time and then didn't write me back for two days. Great business practices!!!! Thief.

    Just got my cichlids order today. Packaging was amazing. Fish were healthy. And they even started eating right away! Beautiful fish, great colors, and no flaws. Shipping was prompt and received exactly what I ordered. Highly recommend this place.

    Got my order out quick, ordered 30 fish no losses. Was packed well and the fish look healthy. If i had one complaint, it would be the weird lint stuff it was packed in, but they all got here alive(all the way to Montana) which is the important thing. Will be ordering again.

    Really bad customer service. I had some issues with my delivery and I sent two emails about the situation and never heard back. It was a time sensitive, too. I also asked for all female fish but was sent a male and now am not sure what I will do with him.
