The office staff is incredibly nice and polite. They guide and help with the application process, specifically kevin. He was so patient and helpful, always gave me all the answers for my questions. Thank you for all your help and guidence. Thanks God, I finally got the apartment in the perfect time. 🙏

Every time you ask a question they don’t have an answer or they don’t know…have been waiting months for AC cover to be replaced over new AC unit! Mold in AC and water heater is. Repairs not done in timely manner.

Ducts haven't been cleaned since it was built in 1994. They refuse to do it. We stay sick all the time and mt 2 year old gets pink eye frequently because of it.

So far so good. Had a few issues but front office fixed them as fast as they could. Would love it if I could get the moisture feel and the smell out of my apartment not Update: only been 5 months since I’ve been here and I’m miserable. Upstairs neighbors have no respect for below and anytime it’s brought up to management nothing happens. I get it, the unfortunate con of living on the first floor but there’s limits. Can’t wait to move out.

The guy who came is always nice and helpful. He went above and beyond today. My vents were upside down and he changed them around which increased the airflow throughout the apartment! Kuddos to him

He Was Not Able To Fix .. ..The Upper -- Bathroom Door Stopper -- By The Sink . *Otherwise He Was Excellent ! *:)) ..I just needed to add -- 1 thing **The Management--Staff ..tears.kuddos.tears ARE OUTSTANDING IN ..""THEIR QUEST"" ..To CONSTANTLY STRIVE -- TO PERSONALLY DO THEIR UTMOST -- DELIGENT BEST 😪☺️😪TO HELP EACH & EVERY ONE OF US*TENANTS ** ..😪☺️I Am NOT -- EXAGERATING .. At .. The Least ! 😪☺️ ..tears..**I am very VERY PROUD of them .... even at times.. tears.. when I have been Stressed Out , Worried , and DIFFICULT With Them ! ** ..I am all -- too AWARE that many of us ARE NOT VERY AWARE of THE STRESS -- Involved IN SUCCEDDING AT THEIR JOB.. tears.. *BUT I SINCERELY BELIEVE .. Just moved in and the apartments are very nice! The office staff is super helpful and patient. Kevin really worked with us and got us into our apartment in no time! The community is lovely!

I lived here for almost 3 years. Our water heater broke and flooded the floor below us it took 2 or 3 months to get it fully fixed. Then the house was left destroyed after it was fixed carpets was so black. My sister also lived here and had a leak in hers and flooded her home she got a humidifier placed in the puddle of water. the carpet in front of the door was soaked right in the walk way so the carpet was destroyed and it got blamed on her. I’ve called corporate bc I moved out 3 months ago and just got the deposit back to which I was told several times it was the full amount and after waiting for months it is not the full amount of the refund when nothing was wrong with the house. We cleaned the carpets several times so it wasn’t “dirty” we fixed everything and cleaned everything. We had problems with bugs the whole time and they was never in a rush to fix any issues we had. The apartments are not worth the rent that’s charged for how ghetto this place is. Not to mention the black mold that was around the door and I’m very sure also in the home. Around the park is filled with leaves and a hole from a table being removed and not filled which I’ve seen several people trip in. I myself have slipped on all the leaves and even had a stick cut me from not being cleaned properly. This has been a nightmare

Woodbridge at Walden Lake Apartments is a great place. They bend over backwards to help me with my frustration, and they accomplished what I needed to be done. They walk me through it with smile on their face, showed so much care and love. They are the best ❤️ Mrs. Benissa

I have lived in many apartment complexes and I have to say this is my favorite. I've been here for almost 4 yrs. The staff in the office are so kind and helpful beyond anywhere else I have lived. The maintenance always answer quickly. They make you feel at home and like family. They always do things for the apartment community for every age!!! I love all the trees and walking around the pond, you see kids playing outside, neighbors are friendly, and I like the layout of my apartment. I recommend this place to friends and family anytime someone is looking.

I moved in with my fiancé just recently and it’s been a pleasure living here. All of the office staff are wonderful at getting any need a resident may have resolved in a very timely fashion and are also very personalable and show genuine care for all whom live here. The maintenance staff are all very respectful when entering your home for any repairs and I know for me as a woman and my man not being home is very important to me to feel safe. Staff is friendly. Maintenance crew are productive and respectful. Needs are met in a timely manner by whole staff. Quiet for the most part.

They work quickly to fulfill your maintenance requests. By quickly i mean within 48 hours. Which is a good turnaround time for a complex of this size.
