    This company is fantastic! I had one technician come out and diagnose the problem and then scheduled another technician to come perform the work at a later date. We had an extremely bad problem with a broken weld on one of our slides. They made an amazing repair and we could not be happier with their work or their staff. They were all super great to work with. We were also pleased with their pricing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing RV repair of any kind.

    I have a 2019 Airstream and one of my two AC units stopped blowing air. After some troubleshooting, I couldn't figure it out. Admittedly, I called around to a few places and no one would even return my call. I luckily landed on Boondocks Mobile RV, and I was greeted immediately by Holly on the telephone. Not only did Holly answer my call, but she set an appointment for the next day. At the time window for my appointment, Patrick, the technician, arrived on time, he was very professional, worked quickly, and somehow got my AC blowing again. I will definitely use them again. Also, the charges were reasonable.

    Everyone in office very friendly and helpful finding me a refrigerator that would fit in the space i had. Crew came out replaced Dometic fridge for a residential fridge installed inverter for fridge and did some other work. Guys were very knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. I will use them again if need be. Would Highly Recommend. I have used lots of mobile RV repair service's in the past 25 yrs and this company is by far the best one yet.

    Amazing customer service! My elderly dad had issues with his heater. Steve came out fixed it. We had another issue. He rushed over the same day and fixed it. Just great service and treat you like family! I recommend 100%.

    Excellent customer service from every employee I encountered! I highly recommend this family owned and operated company! They were quick to respond in replacing a bad A/C unit just before a trip. Great people and will certainly use again.

    I am a Happy Camper!!! Just before a trip to the beach in our camper we discovered the back AC was not working. I looked through Yelp and found Boondocks Mobile RV Service and messaged them. They called me a set up an appointment quickly. A little backstory...We've had our new fifth wheel for a year and a half and we are are still new campers. We have always taken our camper back to the dealer to get it fixed and months later finally get it back with something else wrong. No joke! it's happened numerous times. The last time we took it in they had it for 6 MONTHS. I had to cancel so many trips which cost us deposits. I tell this story because I never knew I could had Boondocks come to me!! I am sooooooo happy! Boondocks came out next day and found my AC was done in. We have an extended warranty so it was covered, but unfortunately for our beach trip we had to wait until the AC could be sent to them before they could install it. We did okay with one AC and then Hurricane Dorian ruined the second beach weekend (but not really, as it didn't hit us). As soon as the new AC was in they came out and installed it quickly. I asked them if they could fix a blind that had fallen and a few other things and BAM! it was all done. They really know their stuff and get down to work. I found the technicians knowledgeable, courteous and they cleaned up everything from the repair. For the first time in a year and a half our RV has nothing wrong or broken. I would also like to say that within the first 10 minutes of Nate checking out our RV on the first trip out he taught me things I didn't know about my camper! If you have an RV, you know things break. Call Boondocks and your problems are solved.

    I arrived at my appt time and they started the rooftop ac changeout right away. Very friendly staff no mess inside the coach. I would highly recommend these folks. I have felt with a lot of Rv repair companies all over the country and these folks are the greatest

    Fantastic service. Steve fixed the problem with our motor home and also gave us some operating instructions that were never given when we bought it. We were very happy with the work done and also the price and response time when we called Boondocks for mobile repair service. Would recommend them to anyone.

    I’ve used Boondocks several times over the last few years. Today reaffirmed why I always call them first. They work diligently to get to you as soon as possible, they keep in touch about the schedule, they are over the top polite and professional, and very reasonable in their rates. I’ve had terrible experiences with the syndicated shops in my area. If you have an RV issue give them a call.

    Boondocks did an amazing job for us and squeezed us in just in time with a full inspection, a roof seal, a router installation, and some odds and ends quick fixes along the way, super knowledgable and friendly and worked fast and efficiently with great pricing, thanks!

    Wish I could give them a lower rating. My motorhome kept popping a circuit breaker. I called them, they sent Nathan out. He looked at it estimated $2000 repair. The first time he "fixed" it. He was not packed up before a whole wall lost power. He said it was fixed. A week later the same wall lost power again. For a second time, he came out and said it was fixed; no charge, it was his mistake. When Ian hit, the same wall again lost power. I made an appointment once again. This appointment was changed by them twice, and the last time I was not informed. So the next time he came out, he said he had to put in another 10ft of wire, and it would take an hour. Imagine my surprise when the "new" estimate wanted an extra $800, and it was still the same problem.Call them at your own risk.

    At MacDill Famcamp. Called, left voicemail needed chassis air looked at in my rig. Also Texted on their link. Did not call or text back. Not good customer service.

    very bad! Excuses after excuses hover over bad advice. After a diagnosis, an interim solution resulted in over $1,000 in consequential damages. The repair was not made after months of waiting and many reminders. So far there has been no response from Boobdocks
