During the Memorial Day sale, I purchased two kayaks for a great price. I went back a day or so later to buy a few more for my granddarlings and they were all sold. Dave, the awesome store manager, told me that he would get them for me and would honor the sales price so we began our long summer journey. After numerous attempts, he was unable to obtain them from the vendor even though they said that they were being shipped. Eventually, Dave was able to locate some comparable kayaks at the Zephryhills store and had them picked up. He kept his word and he honored the sales price as he promised. I want to thank Dave and his staff (especially Peter) for being patient and persistent on my behalf. My family is so happy and ready to go kayaking as soon as possible.

A useful variety of products, with a (mostly) great staff. The other reviews are either very happy with the service they received, or they're boycotting the store. Personally, I have noticed that the experience I have in the store depends ENTIRELY on who helps me that visit. I don’t know if there is any formal training for new employees or not, but the differences are night and day. Unless it's an emergency, go on a day when Jacob is there. not only is he very friendly and welcoming. he also is pretty much the only one that knows about the products, he's the one and only staff member that will go out of his way to above and beyond to take care of you. If he and Caleb are both there together, then you're getting the best the store has to offer. A couple of the cashiers are nice enough, one barely speaks other than to demand your phone number, and there's one with the customer service of a wasp nest. Luckily she's rarely at checkout. Jacob went way out and beyond to help my 4 year old granddaughters bicycle tire. To see the smile on her face because this gentleman did this work on his own time. Thank you Jacob you are a wonderful God sent person that I have had the pleasure of meeting..

Got some good deals this year at Tractor Supply.. the only down side they don't do military discounts.. Bumper... Remember this: For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Love my local store in Plant City, FL, they are always so helpful, and even found discounts that I had from a previous big purchase that were about to expire.

The best location!!!! Unlike Lowe’s, they dont mind me walking around the store for 4 hours. It’s Sunday tradition it’s no different than a mall. Staff is very friendly!!clean bathrooms.

I this this store. I have three pet bunnies & I come here for their food because you can get it in bulk, like their pellets last for 2 months or so. Their hay is cheap, their food is cheap. I also get their bedding and it lasts for a while. I prefer going here then Walmart. My husband has told me about it a few years ago & I've been coming here since.

We try to support local businesses, but several have extremely raised prices, mediocre supply and less than good customer service. Jacob was amazing! Not only did he meet our order needs, but he had all the answers and helped us find great deals. Very convenient and pleasant place to shop

It's tractor supply if you're there then you probably need something and therefore it makes it a cool place to visit. It's always a good time when they have baby chickens to look at and there's always some fun things to look at on their junk shelves. Not much else going on here except for tractor supply stuff.

The staff here is super friendly every time I'm there, as far as farm supplies go this is extremely clean location and organized. Always a pleasure when I need something from here.

Got a really good deal on duck food. Nice clean place with lots of stuff and even had pet vaccinations going on that weekend. and baby chicks.

Tractor Supply in Plant City is a great store to shop at for all types of merchandise. When you see people who work there, stop and pull product to the front of the shelves and quickly organize the shelves, then you know there are employees who care. They are always very helpful to their customers and courteous. Plant City Tractor Supply has a "family feel" every time I shop there. Keep up the great work!

Good selection of tools. Prices are reasonable. Quality of products is usually very good. Never had to return anything.

The team went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed to go with my purchase. They also helped load a large item into my truck. They showed great care when bringing my purchase out to the curb and loading it into my truck, even offering some scrap cardboard to lay down in the bed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

My husband and I love going here. The employees are very friendly and extremely helpful. We've never had an time they didn't go out of their way to help. It's a supply and feed store but it's very clean. It s worth the time to just check it out. Believe me, you'll find something you'll want. We always do, even when you forget you needed it.

I'm not sure about the store itself, I went there for the Pet Service advertised, and it is not even open. I dislike very much about leaving my house driving for 40 min. and then someone says, " we do have all set up for the past 2 YEARS, but is NOT open yet!!!???? If you are wondering why I didn't call....take look at the website yourself and you will know why, I hope everything gets better soon.

I purchased a hand tool a couple of weeks back to use for work. I frequently visit this location for various items throughout the month. The tool broke and I went Sunday to redeem the advertised life time warranty and replace my tool for use the following week of work. I was told by some lady who worked there tractor supply isn’t responsible for the replacement and I should contact the manufacturer. I wouldn’t have purchased the tool to begin with if I knew tractor supply wasn’t going to honor the advertised warranty. Lousy customer service! I had planned to make several other purchases that day. However I’m not going to continue to spend money with a company that won’t stand by the products they sell.

Got cat food dog food and cracked corn. Little cheaper than Wal Mart. Lots of other goodies in store. But got what was needed. Shop there often

Typically great service and staff, however, last night was not a great experience. I understand that I came in close to closing time, but I had an emergency with one of our stock tanks breaking. Wanted a Rubbermaid 300 gal, they had 1 in stock, awesome. Paid for it, went to the area to pick it up. Staff couldn't locate it for over 10 minutes and when we did, it was full of trash, broken in several places, and did not have a plug. After another 10 minutes of the employee giving us the run around, my fiance went inside and talked to a manager and we ended up just getting a refund and he told us what other locations we could go to. Simply ridiculous that a broken item was not disposed of properly and still showing in the inventory as sellable.

Employees were very helpful. Even though a young man wasn't in his area he helped load chick and rabbit feed in our buggy. They were 50 pound bags. And another young man who had helped us getting chicks, came out and loaded the bags if feed in our truck. Highly recommend this store.

WOW! Only made a phone call to ask a question and the lady was very rude to me. My son got on the phone and her tone changed with him. As a customer of theirs and a veteran on top of it I am not only appalled I doubt I will use them again. Also my spouse dose company business with them….. not anymore. I am willing to pay more to go next door to Lowe’s in saint Mary’s Georgia where part of our business is than have to have rude people like her have my company’s business. Have a blessed day and bless her heart for losing over 80,000$ business a year from us. May not be much but it adds up ….

Friendly staff in an out in 20 minutes. Always have specials of some kind. Make sure you get their flyers or email. You never know what you might be missing.

I needed refills of my propane tanks during the storm Ian. Very quick service. No waiting. Did not have to lift tanks myself. Very friendly service.

Disappointed,. They say they have weed eaters but mostly carry used, refurbished and dirty used new ones and they want good money for them ? You would think they would at least clean them up so they look more presentable?!?! Looks like they just came in from weed eatin ... We will buy elsewhere... Not impressed at all!

Love tractor supply but I do not recommend any metal chicken coops. I spent $1,000 on a decent size that was on sale but v the locks broke. I have to block the doors to keep out predators. Only disappointed In the one product. Still love the store.

A great collection of all kinds of items. They have a lot more supplies than just for tractors. I was even able to find wood pellets for my grill. The staff at the Plant City location are always friendly and helpful.

Only place in town that had generators in stock during Hurricane Ian's aftermath. Staff is friendly and willing to help. They even insisted on helping me load the generator into my truck after purchasing one. Definitely recommend this location.

There's a great variety of stuff in this place at a reasonable price. I enjoy looking around. They also have some clothes, shoes and jewelry. I purchased a pretty nice bird feeder at a good price, squirrel resistant. The only complain is that the staff here are not friendly.
