Super unprofessional. If you want a guy who’s going to come when he wants, go for it. He came to my address at the wrong time. Did the work and uninstalled it because he would not wait 10minutes for me to drive home from picking children up. He undid 15 minutes worth of work totaling a value of $160 for coming at 3pm instead of 3:30.. WOW

Efficient, friendly, and honest. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs maintenance on their vehicle. He charges half of what these name brand companies will charge you. He also double checks his work to make sure you are safe and happy. This was my first time using his services and I’m impressed, he is a great mechanic.

Yesterday I contacted Zion mobile, to help me with my back brake , he said $80 , when he get here I already put one of the brake , he just come puch the calipers and leave when I ask him why he don’t put the brakes he said I have to pay him $80 more make it $160, he see my friend reviews and text me back talking about $120 if you said $80 for each how much it is, you can have good reviews only if you make the customer happy I wasn’t happy because I will never pay $80 just to puch a calipers, was only one Rotor to put on, if at least you tell me to put the rotors and you fixed the brake I was paying you for, you just said pay you another $80 I was already put the other one and the brake,

Y’all. Rome is the truth. He’s fixed 3 different things on my car in the past month. Back brake system (shoes,cylinders, drums, wheel bearings) and changed my alternator. I was stuck on the side of the road freaking out because my car started shaking and wouldn't move more than a few feet without stopping. I found Zion's number on Google and called. He and his team arrived way sooner than triple a would have and had me up and running not even 15 minutes after they got there. These guys were great! I called them out to replace my radiator and they came out like they said they would and didn't have me waiting all day for them to show up like some of these other guys. They did a great job my car is running fine I'm a happy customer will be using them again. And the best part they take cash App... Just scan the cashApp barcode on the side of the truck to pay.

I called these mechanics to get my car started that had been sitting for a long while...they were communicative on their arrival time and once there went right to work figuring out my problem, advised me that I needed a new starter and what the cost would be, waited until I got the part then installed it...another problem arose after getting the car started which they explained was due to the sitting for so long but their solution was to obtain a fuel pump from an auto salvage and what the cost would be ..then amazingly said to call once I had the part and they would return to install it which they did... even after there was another issue with the part , they returned another day , and fixed that with no additional charge. I can’t say enough about the expertise of these mechanics and their attitude was always positive! I was extremely hesitant to use a mobile mechanic but after this, I hope anyone needing car assistance at their home would call on Zion to the rescue! Truly a gem in this world!!

Right when Zion pulled up he wasted no time looking at my alternator and seeing what tools he needed to get the job done after greeting me with a handshake. Another place charged me way to much and didnt fix my ac. Called here and recieved a very knowledgable mechanic. He knew the real problem and explained everything to me. My ac was fixed quickly at my home and at a very reasonable price.

I called Zion and he was at my location about 2 hrs after my call . He came and diagnosed my vehicle and let me know I needed a new radiator . He had other jobs to do so he left to take care of them and came back to fix my car later he was very diligent and cleaned up after he as done . At first communication was good, but towards the end of the day when he said he'd get out to my car, no answer and voice mail was full. Then he finally does get to the car, at 8pm and begins the work. He did not tell me at any time in previous conversations that his fee was 150.00 to remove a starter. He told me 80.00 was the fee to come out which I paid him in cash and he could not give me a receipt for. He put the starter in that I provided only for him to tell me it was defective and then would not remove it from my car to return to the place I bought it. Pretty shady business, I see what that little stunt was about. The starter was fine, my car is running. No thanks to these people. What kind of a business cannot provide a receipt? Don't waste your time or money.

Don’t believe the 5 star reviews. He has to be using fake accounts to get those because his service isn’t fast nor reliable. Called because I have an engine knock but it’s full of oil. Just needed a quick diagnostic. I call and he said he’ll be there in TWO mins. So far it’s almost been 2 hours with no response. Mind you his location is not even 10 mins away from me. So if he cannot come out to make $50, then I doubt any service is worth it. He ain’t a mechanic, he’s a scammer.

Has been out twice to help. Once was 4 months ago, fixed my issue fast. And the other one was recently came out to let me know I needed a new battery , but was able to get my car running. Thank you again.

Zion Quality auto repair was an excellent choice. He replaced a fuel pump in my truck on the same day notice. He was honest and very efficient finishing the job in just around one hour. I would recommend this service.

I would recommend to people to just need someone ASAP and need them to come to them. I had the gentleman come down to diagnose an issue with my car, he shows up quick which was a plus but when I showed him the video and explained what was wrong with the car he couldn't figure it out keep in mind he was at my house for about 6 min before basically giving up. The gentleman didn't have a scan tool. I took it autozone they scanned it. I found out what was wrong with the vehicle myself, as he quoted much higher than two other shops I called, not even including the 80 dollars I gave him for just showing up for 6 min. I will thank the gentleman tho for airing my tire before leaving...

Romeo is awesome and saved me money!!! He was able to confirm my diagnosis that the fuel pump was bad in my 1988 Van/RV. When he came to do the job he brought someone else to help him and they were out of the truck under our camper getting to work before I could make it outside to great them. They don't mess around! Once he got the tank dropped and the fuel pump out he saw there were some issues with the wiring so he fixed that and gave me the new pump back to return, saving me $200. His prices are very reasonable too, you cannot go wrong. Already getting on the schedule to have some more work done on our camper. Thanks Romeo!!!

i was stranded at an amc and 1am. my starter went bad, i had to leave my car there and uber home. came back the next day and had AAA on the phone ready to have my car towed, i called the dealership as i had only gotten my car 2.5 months ago, they said they couldn’t help and to call a mobile mechanic, i headed to google and found zion, i called him and within 3 hours of calling he came to me, took apart the car, got a new starter, came back and installed it and i’m back on the road. 3 hours!! super amazing job. very happy and very grateful for zion. helped me out a lot at a VERY reasonable price. DEFINITELY keeping his number. amazing service and very efficient.

Had Mobile Mechanic Zion came out this morning after I called him. Only took about an hour for him to show up same day and fixed my wife’s rear brake caliper that I had forgot to put on maintenance mode before replacing the pads and rotors that cause the piston to over extended. Service was quick and prices are extremely reasonable. Will definitely recommend if you’re in a pinch and need your car repaired.
