A month ago someone came to the home I just purchased to do an estimate. I am still waiting for it. Time to look for another place. -------- I don't have the wrong place. Estimate should be under my husband's name.

I have had Chris do three of my kitchens and my laundry room! He's very honest and direct. The guys are clean and respected my home. I trust him completely. In fact, last kitchen we spent the week at the beach and came home to perfection. I'm not planning on moving for a while, but when I do, he will do kitchen #4.

From our very first meeting with Chris we knew we'd made the right choice. On the initial visit we had our kitchen design and price quote. We signed the contract shortly after and the demo began the following week. The workmanship was professional and very detail oriented. Of course we made a few changes on the fly and ODK made those changes happen smoothly. The total project took about 3 weeks, which was a lot quicker than we'd anticipated. Job well done. Have been there twice. Friendly and knowledgeable.. opened up the doors even though they were closed, so we could see Zline products. Went back and purchased because... Update. Purchased the rest of the kitchen. Out for delivery tomorrow zline stainless black!!

Sharing on behalf of my *senior* parents: On 9-28-23 my wife and I contacted this business to clarify questions we had concerning an estimate that had been sent to us on some cabinet work. We felt that some of the charges were unnecessary and/or excessive (ex: hundreds of dollars for "demolition" when the bathroom was already completely gutted, including no cabinets). An employee there was polite and tried to answer our questions, but we could hear the owner in the background, he couldn't take the time to come to the phone but was providing the employee with responses. After a few minutes we heard the owner tell the employee that he was not going to debate his estimates and for the employee to hang up on us-which she did. Very unprofessional, unkind and dishonest service-if you are charging someone hundreds of dollars for something, you should be able to explain it without getting defensive or angry. We took our business elsewhere. Edit to add: if there was any "yelling" it was because of hearing issues, there was no disrespect during the call or visit, the owner just didn't like having to explain himself. The employee was kind, there was no reason to yell or be disrespectful. There were 2 quotes provided-one for $5000 and another for $6000, so you must have this customer confused with another, it was well over $500.

The team was very Professional and took time to make sure everything was to my liking. We had a totally different layout in the kitchen that needed design work as well as 2 bathroom cabinets. Looks like a brand new house. Love them!

I recently built a new home and contacted Our Dream Kitchen for handles for my cabinets. The owners kindly greeted me when I entered the showroom and patiently helped me pick out handles using pictures of my cabinets and efficiently installed the handles. ODK replaced our cabinets, counters, and an island. All of the products were very good quality at reasonable prices. The demolition and installation went very smoothly and the guys were professional. Also, they finished EARLIER than promised, before Thanksgiving! Working with ODK was a pleasure and actually gave me a sense of relief because they are good people and well qualified to do the job.
