Car looks amazing after a full detail. Wanted to give 4.5 stars but couldn't get it to work. The only recommendation would be to find a different product for the interior, or use less, or something. It was so slippery when I got in, and there was a bunch on the face of the radio that made it slick.

Ever since the new owner took over, the service has improved tremendously! They are very detail oriented and meticulous with their cleaning and service. Highly recommend this car wash!

this car wash use to be amazing ever since new owner ship it has gone down hill. First they didn't vaccum seats & had to go back 3 times. then another time they said they checked the air in the tire & didn't...I had a tire light on... I went & filled it & it stayed off... then the next time they never put washer fluid in & said they did...came back one last time & they said it wouldn't take long maybe 35 minutes now almost an hour later service is still not complete

Very disappointed.. Paid 32.00 for a Silver wash. Windows not done, barely vacuumed, dash not wiped down. Should have spent 10.00 at Mod Wash and done myself.

Poor detail cleaning of floor mats, seats, interior near gear shifts. Paid $40 for GOLD plan then told we don’t clean seats. Have pictures if needed. They will not get my business anymore mostly due to ATTITUDE of main person out front. Guess you don’t need business

I visited Walden Lake Car Wash after a couple of seagulls did a real paint job on my Hyundai Sonata, and I'm so glad I did! Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and professional, and my car came out looking good as new!

Very slow and unfriendly. Only one person there to do the oil change and he seemed to be all over the place. While working on my car left and did several other things. Not a bad price but could learn some customer service skills!

They did a lazy job. Paid for Gold and center console, cup holder and mar was still dirty.

Very happy new customer , compared to where we have been going is like night and day. Not only was the price better , the customer service and quality was 100 % better. They reset my oil change light, which needed it from the last 2 times I went else where , and it’s the little attention to details that will keep me returning . They started cleaning immediately after I pulled into the bay. They're so quick to begin but I am very unorganized. They slowed down a bit and listened to what I wanted and a young lady helped with all the stuff I had in the back. After about 15-20 minutes...they came in and called the name of my car. I was very, pleasantly surprised, to see my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2017, cleaner and more beautiful than when I bought it on April 7th, 2022!! Later in the afternoon, I had a delivery in Seminole Heights, (Tampa) and when I came out of the restaurant, I went to my car, but the door wouldn't open. It wasn't even my car! I thought the one behind it was someone else's newer, fancier Santa Fe! If that's doesn't make you want to try them out, I don't know what would.

I found this little place on accident. Tucked away on Alexander so I never noticed before. I've been coming here for a year now, even though I moved to Mulberry now. They really pay attention to the details and do an amazing job compared to Mister car wash and other places in the area. I am always impressed with the quality of their work. I will be coming back again and again

Staff didn't really listen to anything I had to say before trying to push a cleaning package. Additionally I just returned home after purchasing the Platinum detailing package and I'm unhappy with the quality of my detail. My glass, and I mean every single piece of glass, has at least one area with smudges and smears and hand prints as well as leftover wax from the body wax. My interior console wasn't properly wiped after being polished and that has left every surface a greasy smudgy mess. I can't say it's the worst wash/detail I've ever gotten, but I am definitely unhappy with the results. Update: After taking my car back to the business my complaints were addressed satisfactorily. I still had to go up there a second time during what has been an extremely hectic week for me so I'm not thrilled it had to be touched up in the first place, but I am pleased the company fixed the issues with my detail quickly and I'm very satisfied with the final results. I'm still not comfortable with your staff, they frankly terrify me with how pushy they can be when you pull up. I will still be taking my business elsewhere because of this and because I regularly have issues with the quality of your glasswork in particular. But I adjusted your score in consideration of your professionalism. Also I apologize for being impatient. It's been a stressful week but I shouldn't take it out on others.

I love this place they always do such a nice job on my car.

Hardly got my car washed for $20, barley dried it and didn't even want to wipe the dash board. The most expensive carwash and very little done. Terrible

They didn't do such a great job on the interior or exterior, But for 20 bucks, all in all I guess it was good.

I got the Silver wash this morning and I'm highly disappointed. First off they never wiped down my dash or cleaned the cup holder area. Secondly they found little bits of trash that I missed before taking the car and proceeded to put the trash in my children's car seats?!?! I went here once before in the beginning of the year and they did a fantastic job why I came back. Now I will never go here again!
