I don’t even know where to begin. This place is a poorly ran, overpriced, apartment complex with little to no amenities. The amenities they do have they shut down/or they break without being fixed quite often. They have no respect for neighbors above or beside that disrupt your peace. The front gate is always broken, either open at all times, or if it is closed the call box doesn’t work. The playground is never cleaned, and has had a broken part for months, often has wasps nests that go untreated. The staff is awful and very rude specifically Patricia, the girl who worked the front desk went on maternity leave and never came back and they have a hard time finding a replacement that will stay. I feel like that says a lot about who they are as a company. They have 2 maintenance men who are clearly overworked. Will take weeks to fix things, and will let your AC go days without being fixed. The heater will set something on fire if you try and use it. Bugs/cobwebs/dirt will forever go without being cleaned off the paneling and your doors. My elderly next door neighbor cleans this herself because they never do it, despite being asked several times. My demands may seem high- but for a 2 bedroom apartment being priced above $1400 I don’t think I’m wrong with these concerns and disappointment.

We are current tenants here and cannot say enough good things about it. The management is highly responsive and responsible. Work order requests are taken care of efficiently and promptly. Office and work staff are friendly, and everyone works hard to maintain the common grounds clean and beautiful,. Despite the fact that pets are permitted, you will rarely see poop lying around, like other pet friendly communities. The community amenities are extremely comfortable and lovely, with a nice, clean pool, playground, and amazing backdrop of the lake (photo is of actual property). The apartments are also comfortable and spacious. The views provide serenity within the living space, and the room layouts, bathrooms, and closets are spacious to provide ample comfort. We have never had any issues with pests entering our unit. It's overall a wonderful place to live, and certainly worth the price.

I am a current tenant and am very disappointed in this complex. It is dirty and the office staff lacks any kind of hospitality. Our air has broken 3 times since the end of June. Currently, our air has been out since last Wednesday 7/13/22 and it is still out 7/21/22 (8 days)! They gave us 1 portable air conditioner in our master bedroom, leaving the rest of the house hot (including out 2 year old daughters room, which is now unusable). I reached out to the corporate office in Georgia and I’ve been working with a woman named Lauren. (This is who they recommend calling if residents ever need assistance). She is very kind has been very “helpful” over the phone, however, all promises that have been made to improving our apartment have not been met. I was told Monday that our air would be fixed by Wednesday 7/20/22 and when I called the office (Wednesday at 4:00 to check the status of my air being fixed, I was told it wasn’t going to get done) I was told that the parts still aren’t in and they are still unable to fix our air. I have tried to reach out to Molly- leasing manager, having to literally track her down at other apartment complexes with promises that she will call me back, but she has yet to do so. They have refused to offer any reduction in rent or accommodations for the inconvenience of having no air. This complex is extremely expensive and you do not get your moneys worth. Not to mention our apartment was infested with fleas when we moved in which lead to us being unable to stay in our home for a few days. The previous tenants had a dog that had peed on and destroyed the back patio, which was left for use to deal with. To fix the pee smell, the complex just painted over the pee stain. Dealing with the incompetent office staff is almost worse than dealing with the issues within our home, so we usually end up dealing with them on our own. I was not going to post anything negative until we moved out, in fear of the complex not allowing us to sign a new lease if we ended up having no other choice. However I am DONE being lied to and manipulated by these people! My husband and I are hard working and we care about our home and having a safe clean environment to raise our daughter in. This place does not care about those things, nor do they care about the people who live here. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

If I could rate this a -0 I would. This place is awful. Before making the decision look at all the reviews, belive me the good ones might be fake. Let me start with the manager she us awful, unpleasant, unprofessional and obviously very lazy. She doesn't care about her residents only about keeping cost for the complex down at all cost. Moved here a year ago and currently still waiting for the list of repairs needed to get done since we moved in. AC goes down and they send one of their 2 maintenance guys for the entire community. Today... AC still not fixed and is been 5 days. Temp here is 80-83 degrees. I spoke to management and asked them to send a company to get the AC fixed as I expressed my concern because my daughter has multiple sclerosis and the heat triggers her flare-ups. The manager said: I understand is frustrating but it will be OK well get it fix when the part gets here of course at no rush. I been a hot apartment myself but it's ok. I cant sent a AC company to fix it because is not our policy. My AC still not fixed and management has not call for any type of update. This is what you will go through if you move into this place. On top of everything the ladies in the office never..ever pick up the phone and their manager is always "going through something" or doing "something" except her job. Ridiculous rent prices and increases for the crappie service you will receive. Again stay away from this place unless you have a good attorney - trust me you will need one eventually.

I’m wasting my time making a review to warn potential renters! You’ll be locked in a contract with fees for things they don’t maintain. The Lakeview is suppose to be the icing on the cake but it’s just a pond surrounded by weeds. It’s not even pleasant to look at with all the mess around it. It’s supposed to be “luxury living” but they will not repair anything. Some of my things are being held up by tape since the day I moved in. You will pay for things like pest control but yet live with tons of insects. You’ll pay for trash and get emailed about getting fined for not putting your trash in the compactor, yet compactor will always be filled. Good luck if you want to grill, or use the fire pit- there’s never any gas to operate it, and the jacuzzi is just a small pool- it never has worked as a jacuzzi. They’ll be uptight and hold you responsible to the contract, but not take care of you as a resident.

Apartments built in 2017, so they are very nice. Lake views are a great way to start any day. Update 2021*Management is very unprofessional. Patricia is either rushed or non existent. Never expect a phone call back and be lucky if you get an email.

I have lived here a month already and have had little issues which have been taken care of very quickly. The apartments are nice, quiet, and have great views. The front office staff is very polite and tentative. I'm glad I found this place and will be telling my friends about it. Update* Went down to 3 stars for customer service. The office staff recently changed and it's really bad. Forget ever getting a call back. It takes Patricia a very long time to get anything done paperwork wise. Cody seems to be really new and management doesn't seem to give him the power to do anything, because he has to check with Patricia on everything. Management needs to empower their employees a little more and maybe things will get down on a timely manner.

I don't live here and nor will I. I deliver groceries for work and deliver here quite a bit. And just look at these photos, this place is disgusting for the prices they are charging. It's like the management team NEVER cleans this place, always looks like this. Why?

Are you going to show up to our 10am leasing appointment? We drove 70 miles for this. You didn't text us cancelation or let us know that you may be late. It's 10:40 and we're still waiting for you. I will update this post with the status of when the leasing manager shows up or notifies us of the status of the tardiness. Guy shows up at 11:33 had no clue that he had an appointment. Come to find out that this property is incredibly expensive. 10/10 wouldn't do again.

These apartments are not maintained cleaned, and worst of all new tenants do not contribute to keep it clean and nice. We love the lakeview, but the pool needs better cleaning, the jacuzzi hasn’t worked properly for more than 1 year, and people are just dirty leaving their trash outside of their apartments for more than 2 days.

The complex is always kept clean and lawn is always nice. The pool area is beautiful! We have used the grill and the fire pit as well. The hot tub is great too after a long day of work.

Management lied to me and took my money knowing they weren’t going to approve me. Me and my family just moved to Florida and I just started working at Publix warehouse. I told them I just started at Publix and I do not have 6 weeks of paystubs, they said that it would not be a problem as long as I give them employment verification. I gave them the employment verification code that Publix gave me and they would not accept that because they would have to pay to see it, so I paid it myself and sent it to them. They said they can’t accept the Publix employment verification, and they would only accept an employment offer letter but Publix does not do offer letters. I have never heard of a place that won’t accept employment verification and only accept offer letters. The guy Evan I was dealing with was very pushy also. I wish they would have told me that they only accept certain things before I gave them my money because I could have saved myself $230. I wouldn’t recommend this place especially if you work for Publix warehouse.

I am looking for an apartment in Plant city and I stumbled upon Century Lakehouse. I toured the community and really enjoyed the Lakeview and a half bathrooms they offer and the one bedroom floor plan! So far, this place is looking like my next move 👍🏼

Have always had a great time living here. I’ve been living here since they first opened, while they were still building. 9 years! Wow times flies! Never had issues and managers and employees are always there to help!

Century Lakehouse is a highly recommended establishment due to the location and proximity to main roads and highways. The complex is clean and the apartments have desirable as well as useable layouts. Everyone on the team, including management and maintenance is absolutely wonderful to communicate with!

We have been servicing the pool at Century Lakehouse since June 2022. The staff and residents have always been very kind and easy to work with. The maintenance staff keeps the place looking great, and the office staff approves quotes quickly to get issues with the pool resolved in a timely manner. They have always been excellent payers, and have never fallen behind on their bills with us. This is one of our favorite accounts and we have enjoyed doing business with them since the beginning.

I've lived hear for 5 years, and 2 different management companies. Very quiet complex, little to no crime. There have been a few small issues over the years but nothing major. The current property manager and company are much better than the previous one.

I have lived at Century Lakehouse apartments for three years, and have enjoyed all of my time there. I like that the complex is gated, and all the tenant's that I have met are very professional. The complex is spacious, and the grounds are well maintained. The pool is very enjoyable on a hot summer day, and you can work out in the gym at any time. Since I am on the older side the big plus for me was how quiet it was at the complex, and I felt very safe through out my stay. I would recommend this apartment complex to families, couples, and business professionals alike.

If I could rate zero stars I would. This building is infested with roaches , mismanaged and high turnover so your concerns never get addressed . Run!

Good location between Tampa and Lakeland Apartment is a good size and property is suitable for what I need. Amy has been really helpful with an issue that came up recently and the maintenance team responded very quickly.

😠 Save your money and save yourself headaches. We’ve been dealing with maintenance issues since they’re “low staff”. We waited 3 months for a board under the sink to be fixed. 🫤 Very expensive to rent here for what it is. Almost $1800 for 2/1 with NO washer and dryer plus other fees on top make it just too much to pay.
