I decided to change my child's daycare to be closer to how. Within 3 months we learned we had definitely exchanged distance for quality of care. All of the sudden, my well mannered advanced in learning child was misbehaving, bratty, and violent. My child had made claims that a teacher hit her while attending this facility and when I brought it to the administrators attention she insisted my child didn't have the full story or was exaggerating so on and so forth. She stated she would speak to the teacher in question and call me back with answers but never returned my calls after that. This facility claims to follow a curriculum but I never saw evidence of such. Each picture posted on the app day in and day out was of students do arts and crafts. Parents were not allowed past the lobby, which is somewhat understandable with COVID-19 in the midst of everything but it still felt as if they were hiding something. My child constantly ask to go back to her old school after a week of getting calls from the school stating either my child was injuring other students or was injured by another student, her father and I placed her back into her old school. Since then we have not received any incidents, she is happy to be back and we had such a warm welcome when we returned. I absolutely would recommend you not enroll your child at this facility. Such a heavy, toxic and harmful environment.

My child has been attending the infant program for over a 1 month now, and I can say that we love it. He is so happy when he arrives and leaves. He's more interactive and is learning so much from the other babies. The teachers have really connected with him on a personal level and take so much interest in the children as they work with them. As I walk in, I see the directors take action into helping the teachers and also playing with the kids. They also familiarize their selves with the parents and are very friendly. They are very on top of it. If you're undecided whether or not you want to choose this facility they definitely answer all your questions! While you're child is there you can call as many times as you want to check your children. I love the app as well! It puts me at so much ease to know exactly what's going on. I very highly recommend Walden Lake Kindercare!

This KinderCare is absolutely amazing! My child goes part time as part of their VPK program, and has learned so much already. My child’s two teachers are super knowledgeable and caring. My child is already reading not just tons of words, but even sentences thanks in part to the incredible education received at this KinderCare! Great educational lessons ranging from expected preschool lessons(letters, numbers, shapes,etc) to unexpected lessons (the names of all 50 states, simple math, responsibility). Social skills, good hygiene, respect, and equality are taught as well. This location is just the best!! The director and assistant directors are both professional and very caring of all children that attend the center. I highly recommend this KinderCare!!

The director is very unprofessional and she has no ideas The ins and outs of day to day task. I went for a walk through she was the did not greet or reply back when I entered. When I advise my child would not attend I inquired on a refund of my registration fee and she immediately told me it couldn’t be refunded when I had an email that said it could. Over it was a very horrible experience dealing with the director over the phone and in person

Both of my daughters go here and they love it. All of the teachers are wonderful and caring. The assistant director Leslie goes above and beyond making sure that it is a safe and fun educational environment for my kids. Her communication skills are greatly appreciated keeping us updated with what is going on at the center and with our kids.

Our son has loved his time at KinderCare and the teachers are all amazing. It took no time at all before we could drop him off without a tear and he eventually got to the point where he wanted to stay when we came to pick him up! 😂 My boy is only two but there is still a daily schedule of learning activities at that age and a great routine. There are always great activities going on and our son looks forward to going each day. Miss Shannon the director is amazing and really took the time to make us feel comfortable when we first joined. I highly recommend Walden Lake KinderCare.

KinderCare was my number one choice while searching for preschools in the area for my daughter. She is now 5 , and has been at KinderCare since she was a little over a year old. I feel safe leaving her in the care of all the KinderCare staff. Mrs. Leslie, the assistant director, really cares about the children and creates a warm, friendly environment so that students and families feel welcome! It will be difficult parting ways when she begins kindergarten, but I am forever thankful for the wonderful teachers and staff, who have prepared her and given her a strong foundation in education.

With this whole pandemic they have kept in contact with us about all the changes they are making to ensure our kids are safe. They are very thorough when they clean and I feel safe dropping my kids off. I also love the app that keeps me updated on how my babies are doing and I feel like that are always learning something new while also having fun. And the meals are very good and healthy makes my little one want to sit at the dinner table. I’m so happy I switched them over!!

Both my Children have been attending Kindercare for 2 years. This place is absolutely amazing. The staff love and care for your kids like their own. The facility is well kept and always clean. I cannot say enough good things about the place. I would recommend it in a heartbeat.

This center is beyond amazing!! The staff and directors are the absolute best. They have went above and beyond to make sure everything is clean and that parents are informed of what changes have and/or will be made. My son loves going to school every morning and always tells me About how he had such a good day.

My daughters most FAVORITE school! She’s only in pre-school and thanks to Kindercare she already LOVES getting up in the morning to see her teachers (friends too of course) and learn! I couldn’t have been any luckier to find such an amazing place with such incredible teachers! I know because of them my daughter is on the right path in her education journey. Covid-19 has impacted the entire globe, however, when I drop my daughter off to the crew at KinderCare I feel confident that she is protected to the best of their abilities and she shows no signs of worry or fear with the changes that have been implemented. These teachers are working SO SO hard and it shows in the smile I get to see everyday when I arrive for pick-up. If you’re looking for a great daycare and there’s a spot here for your kid- look no further. I promise they won’t let you down!!

I loved it when my son went there for VPK and as an after schooler, he loves it as well. I also work there and I will work at Kindercare for the rest of my life, I love it so much, it's like a second home to me. I love working with children and I love working with a big group of women that lift and build each other up and are like one big family. We are a learning center for a reason. I love to teach children.
