My wife and I spoke with the service rep named Marcus that was amazing. He has been doing it for approximately 4 months and went above and beyond to help us. Including learning on the fly about a leasing option called progressive that he has never done. Needless to say, after learning how the program worked we walked out with a brand new mattress because of him.

Shaun's customer service was excellent he helped me what I needed within my budget. We're excited about our delivery from Mattress Firm thanks a bunch.

On January 5 I purchased a mattress and two adjustable bases to be in on Jan 7. Total of $1,900. I received a call from the manager, Kelly White who said the bases are in and the mattress is not. She said I need to make arrangements to pick up the base immediately as they didn't have room to store them until my mattress came in the next week. This would cause me to make two trips based on mattress firms error. The manager would not budge so I was forced to get fully refunded... The Lakeland store was great but the manager was not. She was located in Plant City..

Just wanted to say thank you to Maria at The Plant City store for her help in dealing with a warranty issue. She was very patient and helpful and knowledgeable. Her and Mattress Firm certainly lived up to my expectations. I will be a returning customer for a long time.

I had already chosen the Mattress I wanted to purchase before going in the store . It was a easy sale for the Salesperson, mainly just take my order. Salesperson could learn how to talk a little less mumbled or speak to the customer not the Computer screen other than that is was a good experience.

Mattress did not perform as expected after 60 days, however a replacement was easily and graciously arranged. The salesperson who handled the replacement order on Sept. 7th was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Our experience at Mattress Firm was better than we expected. Tina took the time to ask about our sleep patterns and show us several different mattresses in our price range. Once we selected our mattress and pillows she explained how to care for them and all about the warranty. She explained the financing options and the check out process was very smooth. Additionally, my pillow was not in stock at the store. She said she would check other stores and she actually went and picked up my pillow and called me the next day to come to the local store to pick it up. This was really one of the best customer experiences I have had in a long time.

5 months ago Tina, a super kind & extremely helpful sleep queen, seriously she’s the BEST, helped us select our king mattress, mattress cover, & my pillow and we love our bed!! It’s so comfortable!!! The last king high end mattress we purchased just a few years ago bought elsewhere, sunk with a hill for lack of a better description and we woke up everyday with backaches. Tina dropped her knowledge on us and we totally got why that happened with the old bed. I highly recommend this location of Mattress Firm in Plant City if you’re shopping to purchase a new mattress or sleep accessories!!
