I moved out and was charged over 700.00 for Carpet, they claim to offer free carpet cleaning but I never received any service out of the 2 yrs I lived there and moving out I’m being charged for carpet!! I was charged 50.00 for a cabinet cleaning of which I never used due to the cabinet looking as if it had water damage and bugs coming from the cracks in the walls. Pest control sucks. Kitchen infested with roaches in and out the refrigerator etc. Spiders everywhere inside and outside the apartment, so sad! I also was charged for things that were in the same condition as when I moved in. And now that I’ve moved out no one returns a call to even discuss the charges. But when I lived there I could get a phone call or a text just because the number was dialed accidentally. I wouldn’t recommend rental to anyone, apartments are trashy, infested with roaches, building needs pressure washing and they don’t live up to there services.

Save your money and save yourself headaches. We’ve been dealing with maintenance issues since they’re “low staff”. We waited 3 months for a board under the sink to be fixed. We constantly put in tickets for different work orders around the apartment since they didn’t really fix things 100% before we moved in. On top of that, we’ve been dealing with roaches for quite some months now. Guess there was a tenant under us who was flooded with roaches (confirmed by a worker who is no longer here) and we’ve been getting affected by it. Every Tuesday they’ll send “pest control” who just comes and puts some bait and issues been going on and haven’t been fixed. I even called the corporate office and their response was they’ll send the same pest control guy to inspect the building to get to the bottom of the problem and it’s been nothing different. We’ve had to spend hundreds of dollars buying bait on Amazon, different things from a bug store just because we keep having these issues. We are not dirty people and the issue is not starting in our apartment however we’re the ones getting affected the most. It’s been so bad we’ve only been using 1 bathroom because the other one keeps getting flooded with roaches. Just recently we found a roach in my 3 year old bed. Which she doesn’t even be in her room since, she’s sleeping with us now. It’s out of control and ridiculous that we can’t get this issue fix once and for all.

I’m not going to lie when I live there it was nice and everyone was nice until they went under new management I have never been late on anyone of my payments, my payment always early until I had to move out because the rent for one small bedroom was almost $900 but anyways I moved out they kept my deposit and they charge me extra money that got reported to my credit bureaus that I never knew about and the new staff is rude and unprofessional I would not recommend staying there unless you have money to waste. I turned all my friends and family away from that place I suggest you do the same, it’s not worth it plus when I lived there termite took over the whole apartment I wouldn’t be surprised if pieces of the apartment just start falling out while you’re walking around . Don’t take my word for it see for yourself as soon as you sign the lease you will want to move out. But anyways good luck

STAY AWAY at all costs of this apartment complex. Place is a COMPLETE dump. My girlfriend and I lived here for almost a year and we have tried multiple times to have the pest control (that we paid for as part of our rent) come and fix the cockroach issue this apartment had. Long story short, they did nothing and didn’t care AT ALL. This place was completely infested. We had to wrap all of our food into bags even if they were in the fridge, because the roaches were getting into everything. ALSO we moved out a few weeks ago due to this never being corrected breaking the lease due to not fixing a cockroach infestations , and now they are trying to threaten us with a $3,000 bill for breaking the lease on OUR terms.Like we were supposed to just live with the cockroaches. By the way, they might state they have a pool, but just know they lock it up and close it 90 percent of the time. This entire summer the pool has been closed. And the entire time we lived here, the gym has never been open. ALSO upon moving in, half of the outlets in the apartment didn’t work and the fan and light in the bedroom also did not work. Also told them about that and they chose to never fix it either. Worst mistake we made was living here. LOOK ELSEWHERE

Wish I had seen some of these reviews before I moved in here. Moved in a few months ago and been dealing with non stop bugs and roaches. There is trash everywhere. People at the front office are extremely rude and unhelpful. Basically told "deal with it" when complaining about the bug issue. please avoid this place by all means. This place is terrible.

I have had an awful experience. Once you get that lease signed, forget about ever talking to the office staff again, unless you are handing them rent. They never answer the phone. They are less than pleasant to talk to. there "upgrades" in plumbing were a joke. Yesterday their plumbers came in to my house, threw my furniture around including my belongings in my closet. They got paint on my graduation gown and left my house a mess. Not to mention they used my broom, that is now covered in paint. Therefore they must have gone through my cabinets as well to find the broom . They can put a note on your door saying they will be having them come into your home and that we need to move our washer, yet they cant tell us they will be in our room and in our closet so we may move those belongings. This is just lack of communication with the residents. If i were told they would be in my closet i could have moved my belongings myself and we would have no issues. This is just a lack of respect to my property and belongings and all of this could have been avoided if there was better communication. Just like they can put three letters on my door telling me my lease is running up but, when i call multiple times and leave messages to try to schedule when to resign a lease they cant call back for that either.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I moved into this place without seeing it first cause they said it wasn’t ready for me to see but when I finally moved in and saw the place I then realized why I couldn’t see it first before moving in. They say they painted but that was a lie. The ceilings were black and not painted at all and the walls they say they painted you could see how they painted with the brush marks like a 2 year old, place was never painted and had a smell to it. They are now trying to fix stuff up by adding a backsplash with big nails holding it up from the bottom that are obviously seen, very ghetto looking not too professionally done. I have recently moved into a new place with all new renovations done and everything painted including the ceilings and I’m paying the same amount I was paying them, avoid this place at all costs, this place is a dump.There are also roaches everywhere and they sprayed and still bugs, not sure what they use but it never worked and not to mention the cracks in the front and back door where the seal is not good around the doors. Please avoid this place at all costs……. The cabinets are from the 1980’s and the countertops are painted and also from the 80’s, this place needs to be torn down and rebuilt all over again, I believe code enforcements needs to be called out to this apartment complex….And another thing their pictures they advertise on how the place looks is absolutely nothing what they look like, false advertising

The office staff is amazing, Cacie especially. She has been very sweet, informative, and helpful. Maintenance also does a great job and they respond in timely manner. The apartments are nice and conveniently located near Publix, Walmart, resturaunts, and more. We see hawks, ducks, squirrels, raccoons, and many other bird species from our 3rd floor balcony. And our neighbors are great, its always peaceful around here. I highly recommend these apartments and they are affordable for the area.

Cacie Padilla did a great job helping me find my apartment. Move in was very easy and stress free. Thank you for all your hard work and helping me get situated. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a place in plant city. Shopping is around the corner along with interstate access. Great location..

Absolute worst apartment I have ever lived in. A/C issues every other week with no response from maintenance. Roaches all over the place no matter how clean you try to keep it. Multiple issues with Cacie Padilla. She was rude and unhelpful 90% of the time we lived there. Don’t ever live here!!!

Been here 3 years and have to say things have gotten better over time. Office staff is great and helpful, they answer the phones which is an improvement from a couple years ago. We haven't had any issues with our apartment except one time and maintanence came out right away. We are happy here and plan on staying until we can save for a house. You can hear your neighbor some times but that is the same in the last two apartments we lived in which is one reason we are saving for a house plus we want a yard for our dog.

My experience with Walden was a pleasant one, I have lived there for 2 years and have enjoyed it so far. My apartment is small but since it's just me I don's need much space. when I renewed my lease they actually upgraded my flooring and my counters. The grounds are clean but I do wish that people would pick up after their dogs, makes no sense that they don't, the property has the dog stations with the bags. Besides that I'm good here, everyone that works there is polite and respectful, they always say hello and they try to do what they can with what they have. I do recommend this place.

My husband and I loved living here. We always had a pleasant experience with the office staff and maintenance crew. The only reason we left was due to needing to be closer to aging family members, if we ever had to move back into an apartment we would come back in a heartbeat.
