Omar was very professional, courteous and informative. I called mid-day and he was able to squeeze me into his schedule that very same afternoon for a diagnostic on my oven. He explained very clearly what my oven's issues were and laid out my options with very reasonable pricing. He was able to have the parts my oven needed ordered and repaired my oven the very next day. My old oven now works like new! Will definitely turn to again if I ever need any appliance repairs.

I’m not a big review person, but when you find a diamond in the rough, you need to let others know about it. Omar was prompt, priced fairly, and resolved the issue our refrigerator was having same day. Saved me $2k as I was ready to just go buy another fridge. You really couldn’t ask for any better. Today, my garbage disposal broke so I reached out. He gave me suggestions to try and fix it on my own which I really appreciate because you can tell that he actually wants to help solve your problem and not take advantage. He now has a forever customer because I am Queen of take it apart but can’t put it back together. Lol

Came out same day while I was working from home. Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly with my dryer. Also showed me how to do two other things around my house while he was there and did not charge me extra for it. Cleaned up afterwards. Was very informative and professional.

Mr. Guerra was prompt and honest. I thought something was wrong with my upright freezer. Mr. Guerra came and checked it out and assured me that it was running perfectly. I really appreciated his honesty. He will be my appliance man from now on!

I would give the a -10 if I could. Called on a Friday in the morning to see if they could come look at my dryer. It was not heating. Omar stated that he would be able to come at 6pm. Didn't show up until 7pm. Was there for 1/2 hour and replaced 2 small parts and charged me $248 and sent me a text that said "3 month warranty for parts and labor. Thank you and have a blessed day". The dryer worked for part of a load and then stopped heating. Contacted Omar several times and he did not show up. Requested a written copy of the receipt for the repair and he will not provide one. Reported him to the BBB.
