    This has to be the worst post office I have ever dealt with.Keeping packages in the back..not putting into my POBOX until I investigate. Return packages even tho addressed correctly..just a MESS and packages opened,and the employee then leaves the opened, empty package in my box. So someone has sticky fingers...have also had many packages emailed to me that they are..delivered..and never found in my box or in the back. Come on!!! Do something to improve this place

    - I've had a signature required package placed in my mailbox with someone else's initials (mailman?) instead of being delivered to my door. - I've had packages and important mail put in other people's mailboxes and our neighbors hand delivers them to our address hours or days later. -I've hand delivered many mail pieces to other homes. - And now we have certified mail that was needed immediately and a notice left in mailbox that "No authorized recipient available" yet no one came to my doorstep. We now have to go to the post office THE NEXT DAY to pick up this important, time sensitive mail.

    I do not understand how almost EVERY package I get through USPS gets delivered to the wrong house. I live in a normal neighborhood where all the houses are clearly marked yet every time I see "Delivered at or around mailbox" I just know it won't be there. I wish I could get paid to be that bad at my job.

    My 1st time here. Had read other reviews that were negative. Completely false ! Everyone was kind, helpful & considerate. My person Donna was very helpful, as was the supervisor in the black sweater. Thank you for making it a great experience & keep up the good work !

    Wanted to simply get a PO box. I had read the reviews and was prepared for if I got Patsy, but thought my experience would be different. Just my luck I did, and it wasn't. Turned into Patsy insinuating I was lying about the home address that was on my ID. Mid transaction she told me I was unable to fill out a change of address form and have my mail forwarded, even if I purchased a PO box, because if I really lived at the address I provided I could get my mail there. She cancelled the transaction when I tried to ask questions, and told me to go to a post office closer to my home address, even though I wanted this location. Closed minded people don't think outside their box. What if I want a PO box for security or privacy reasons, not that she asked or I owe any explanation. Why judge and automatically assume I'm lying? I tried to call and complain about my experience, but the phone kept ringing no answer or voicemail...they must already know. Worked out because Valrico location was way friendlier and cheaper.

    The worst postal carriers I have ever experienced in my life. So many of my packages have never made it to my home, even when the tracking # indicates they arrived in Plant City. I suggest they address they lack of integrity it appears that there’s a THEIF PROBLEM with this Post Office.

    Went to the passport office here the Male working on April 24th was SO UNHELPFUL. Was overinflating the wait times beyond what the current processing time is. Unhelpful about getting the money order from them and paying the acceptance fees and the money order there with card, which I have done plenty of times before.

    I have been trying to call this location for days now because I have a package that was marked as delivered but was not in my mailbox. I’ve called dozens of times over the past 3 days and every single time it rings until there’s a busy tone. I’m out of town and can’t show up in person. The website also keeps saying there’s been an error and to try again later every time I try to file a report. It’s impossible to get any assistance on this and I’m so frustrated.

    Began forwarding my packages days early, while I was still in town and able to receive them. Was told “oops”, basically, when I complained. Then, somehow, 9 of my packages were returned to sender instead of being forwarded. They were the correct type to be forwarded. Makes no sense. & I can’t even call them, the phone just rings for hours on end. Really disappointing. I needed these for work.

    I run a business and unfortunately have to deal with this place every day to ship my customers’ orders. Staff told me if I made my drop off before 5pm it was guaranteed to be scanned and received. This is never the case as my customers sometimes wait days before getting a tracking update. They often lose my outgoing mail, and when there is an issue that requires me to speak to the staff there, they are almost always incredibly rude, lazy, and so clearly eager to get rid of you. One star because customer service has always been terrible for me here, and now I have to eat the cost of lost merchandise because everyone here just washes their hands of any responsibility.

    I've had so many misdelivered mail items, either addressed to other folks in my mailbox, or my mail has not made it to my mailbox. They've "completed" package pickups without picking anything up, and now they've picked up a package, and lost it before it left the mail carriers truck. Opening investigations, complaints, etc goes nowhere. This is quite possibly the worst USPS location I've ever had to deal with period. Save yourself the headache and just use UPS or FedEx for anything you need to make it to or from you.

    Nabors getting my mail, we're Getting our nabors mail. This is so wrong and needs looked in to someone does not care about being responsible for personal information...I will start waiting by my mail box every day if I have to , to get the Correct mail for my address..,.

    Our company moved to a new building 3 months ago. We've been in business here for over 25 years and never had a problem with the mail service until moving to this location. I've made a few complaints and this carrier came into our office and told us point blank that complaining doesn't accomplish anything, that we are wasting our time. She flat out said that she is not going to come to our office UNLESS she has mail to BRING us, which isn't true, we usually have to track that down at a neighboring business. I've had outgoing mail sitting in the mailbox for 3 days now. She shows up maybe once or twice a week if we're lucky. She is useless, lazy and arrogant.

    This post office never delivers letters and packages to our community. It asks us to go to the post office to pick up. Are our postage cheaper than others? The ups was delivered in the morning, and the FedEx was also delivered. Only this post office said that it could not be delivered to our community, but I clearly saw the USPS car driving past in our society.

    This is seriously the worse post office I ever used. They keep losing my mail to go out or simply ignore sending it. They do not care about their responsibility on sending my mail out. I end up paying late fees on my bills.

    Awful customer service by a postal worker at the customer service counter. Her name is Patsy. She is rude, defiant, and should truly retire. She doesn’t like customers who speak Spanish. Get with the program Patsy… in Europe children are taught 3-4 languages in their schools since their elementary years. We live in America where we now have a multitude of languages spoken by many. No room for rudeness when you work a service desk. She talks back to the customers showing no respect for them. I will report her to the DC office if I continue to visit the post office and she continues to badger me or other customers.

    Tried to ship out a package with the label on it already. They made me go to the self kiosk and then stand back in line. She could have scanned them and then just took them. So unprofessional. The Spanish lady said they don’t print you recipes at the counter on holidays anymore. Had to get in line again and their line was huge. So dumb

    I give them one star only because zero is not an option. I had a package that was delivering through surepost that was supposed to arrive between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. At approximately 1:30 p.m. my wife went to the mailbox and found a slip in the mailbox that said " sorry we missed you" stuck to a piece of junk mail. In the time it took for them to fill out that form, they could have driven down my driveway and delivered my package. By reading the review directly before mine I can see that I am not the only one they have done this to. When I called the 800 number on the card of course they gave me the runaround and couldn't track the number on the card. This is not the first time they have done this. I am constantly getting other people's mail and it makes me wonder how often other people get my mail. This is just another example of how government botches everything they touch. The only way to fix the post office is to privatize it and start holding their employees accountable for their actions or lack thereof. They seem to forget that they work for us, not the other way around. For the compensation that they receive, you would assume that they could recruit quality candidates.

    Tamaria attended to me and she was warm, friendly, expedient, knowledgeable and even put me at ease during our 2 minute exchange. Give her a raise!!!! I observed the same attitude from the other worker who was on shift. Highly recommend!!!

    The local USPS teams are garbage, never deliver your mail/packages when it says, and come up with any reason to be “unable to complete delivery”. USPS is unbelievably lazy.

    PLANT CITY POST OFFICE SHOULD BE UNDER INVESTIGATON I AM RECIEVING MY MAIL PERIODICALLY WITH LOTS MISSING LIKE SOME 3RD WORLD COUNTRY! i HAVE BEEN TO THE POST OFFICE 3 TIMES STOOD IN LINE TO BE SENT TO THE SIDE DOOR WAITED 35 MINUTES FOR THEM TO ANSWER IT AS 2 OTHER PEOPLE AND I WERE WAITING HE ANSWERED THEN WENT IN THE BACK FOR 20 MORE MINUTES "DOING WHAT?" THEN IT WAS MY TURN HE SAID i WILL CALL YOUR DELIEVRY PERSON i WAITED ANOTHER 15 MINUTES HE SAID SHE IS ON HER WAY TO YOUR HOUSE WITH MAIL ! LIKE I SHOULD BE THANKFUL! I HADENT RECIEVED MAIL IN WEEKS i AM NOT EXAGERATING ABOUT THE TIMES OR ANYTHING WHAT AM I GOING TO DO ? i NEED MY MAIL ?

    Delivery attempted, no access to delivery location. What is wrong with you people? This has happened so many times. The last two was dropped at the wrong address. I need my dogs medication before he runs out. Hire some people that can do the job. Plant City is the worst. Maybe a new manager may help, but I doubt it. So sad

    How do you send me a photo of my mail - yet it never shows up? Waited weeks and never received the mail that was in USPS possession. Opened complaints and investigations and of course got nowhere. SINCERELY considering getting police involved since this has happened twice only with sensitive mail. We got our ads and coupons though. Evidently I’m not the only one with this problem. Maybe USPS will work with law enforcement.

    Today was my first great experience at the plant city post office! Giovanni and the supervisor were so helpful and with great attitudes! Thank you for your professionalism and presentable attitude. I grew up in plant city and always dreaded coming to this location. Keep up the positivity!

    Horrendous service. If you’re a business owner do not’ use this facility to ship out your packages. They lost over 20 packages costing me a little bit over $2000. While I was there waiting to speak to someone literally every other person was inquiring about lost packages that were not tracking. The postmaster and the employees could care less. I will be calling the business line for assistance. Run don’t walk away!!

    We just moved to the area and we cannot get mail yet at our new construction due to some disagreements but ordered 3 packages and tracking showed “can’t access to deliver”. Went to the post office on a Saturday waited 5–10 minutes was then pushed to side door for our hold mail and thankfully they had all our packages and mail as well. Explained the situation to us about how long till we will get mail to our mailbox and we’re very nice and helpful. This our first introduction to this post office and it definitely went better than most of these reviews but obviously not sure what people others have dealt with, we definitely went thinking the worst and it was much better. Lastly the post office even followed up with a phone call later to make sure we were taken care of from the request we had put in the night before about our packages. Hopefully it goes this well moving forward.
