We were driving by and decided to stop at Fazoli. And give them a try. As soon as you walk in that delicious Italian smell dances with you 😍. The food tasted lovely we purchased Philly cheesesteaks ravioli , marinara meat spaghetti and gluten free tortellini and fried mozzarella. The thing that I liked the most was the price very economical . Make sure you give them a try !

We've gone here since the reopening and last time was a much better visit. Today the cashier (Delilah) charged my daughters for their water cups, she said she asked them what size they wanted so since they said small she charged them for a beverage. I asked if she could refund the difference since they are only going to drink water and she said there wasn't any way to refund it. She didn't offer to get a manager or try in any way to make it right. Very poor customer service, disappointed with this location, not what I'm used to with Fazoli's in past visits both prior to the reopening and after. Someone from management needs to contact me so they can understand and better train their cashiers to handle all situations or at least get the manager if they don't know what to do.

Normally try not to rate chain places but this place is great the food was perfect. Staff was wonderful interior was clean and food was prompt. Large portions and tasted amazing. Meals come with bread sticks and a drink. The loaded Alfredo was $8.99 and the Grand plate was $11.99 so happy there is one closer to our house. We both took half of our food home with us. Can't wait to eat here again!

First off, I want to say we love our Plat City Fazoli's and typically eat there once a week Yesterday, while ordering my food, I was talking in circles, and had a few special requests. The lady taking my order was very patient with me and did a great job getting everything correct. When I got to the window to pay, I told her how sorry I was and explained it had been a long week. Myself(26w pregnant) my husband, and our 4 kids had been living in a hotel due to damage we had from a fire at our home, and I told her my brain just wasn't functioning 100%. After talking with her, she told me that she wanted to pay for our dinner. Kaitlyn truly blessed my family and I was able to use the money I would have spent on dinner to get diapers for my two year old and one year old. There needs to be more people like Kaitlyn in this world! The food was absolutely delicious as well!

Delicious! The bread sticks are a reason on by their selves to stop here. Service was fast. Food was fresh and very good. So happy this place opened back up.

The only reason I am giving five stars is because of Lucee. She took our order and many others, ran all the food and worked the kitchen. She was asking for help and didn’t get any, but it did not get her down. She was sweet, positive and helpful. Store 5337. She also had a sense of urgency and work ethic that is rare and unteachable.

This was my first visit to a fazolis in over 13 years, as the locations near me all closed long ago. We took a detour on a trip as I've missed it, having grown up eating here often! Kaitlyn made my first visit back so lovely. She was very kind and patient helping me understand the options. A real gem-I'd hire her myself in an instant! The food came out quickly, piping hot and perfectly cooked pasta. It's all just like I remembered it, including the steaming fluffy breadsticks with crispy buttery bottoms. I even got lemon ice! Thank you for the nostalgia fix and I hope to come again when we travel by.

Not going to lie, went into this place expecting the worst. The food was so good, honestly better than Olive Garden for a fraction of the price. We all enjoyed our meals much more than we expected to. The staff was great! We’ll definitely be back!

So, This has been 1 of my FAVORITE PLACES Since I was in high school! Unfortunately, we no longer have 1 in Lakeland, Fl, but luckily, they recebtly opened this fabulous spot right here in Plant City. I think everything about Fazoli's is excellent. To top it off, they now have The Cheesecake Factory cheesecake... The Chocolate Drip Cheesecake, SERIOUSLY might be the BEST thing I've ever eaten!! If you're over that way, you really should check them out! I wish I had thought to take a pic of the pie. You'll just have to take my word for it. Seriously though, I feel that the majority of people on here give out 5 stars like it's set to default. I think 5 stars should ONLY be given when the service or product GOES WAY OVER AND BEYOND EXPECTATION! The fact that this is a freakin chain restaurant, wih a drive-thru mind you, yet somehow, the way the staff routinely goes over and beyond what their industry norm is, makes your experience seem as if your in a freaking 5 star restaurant every time I go. So hats off to the Plant City Fazoli's staff. Yall are awesome. I'd give yall 6 Stars if could!! CLASS ACT ALL THE WAY!

I went to Fazoli's this afternoon about 4:50 and just order some breadsticks to go like I always do when I work in Plant City whenever I got home in Lithia when I grab the first one and took it out of the bag it just went sagging over so then when I report another one out of the bag same thing so I called Fazoli's up complained about my breadsticks with nothing but butter soaked bread I've always loved their breadsticks ever since that place opened up when they closed during the pandemic I was upset then I found out they reopen when I just have to go to Plant City I was so excited and going there for the last 3 weeks until today. So I'll call the store and talk to Mrs. Michelle she's an awesome manager she listened to my concerns and my complaints so now I'm going back tomorrow because she's doing the right thing and taking care of me the right way I never thought I would give fazoli a bad review until now. Whoever's Bright Idea decide to serve over drench butter Styx should get the the opinion of your consumers not your Cooks thank you Mrs Michelle and I will see you tomorrow afternoon

We came here for dinner tonight. The service was excellent. The prices are amazing, plus they send out coupons. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The food was great! Good portion sizes. Well run, and under great new ownership.

Went to this Fazoli’s after seeing the Barbie Movie with a group of us. Derika and her team were AMAZING and the food was delicious too! If you’re out in Plant City be sure to stop by and see them!

Fantastic as always. I’ve been a fazoli’s fan for years and I’m always excited to stop in. Staff was fantastic and offered breadsticks regularly.

Disheartened with this evenings visit. I used to love this place. The last several times we dined here, we were greeted by cold personalities engrossed in their own conversations in lieu of customer focus. Waited over 30 minutes for our food only to have half of our order served cold and we had to ask for the famous bread... I'm not sure what changed, but you need to refocus your goal. Perhaps focus on better Guest Relations and customer centric mentality.

The food was fresh and hot. My go to is Spaghetti Marinara and it was great, as always. Plenty of fresh hot bread sticks. My wife had the sampler plate with Fettuccine, Lasagna, and Spaghetti. She added hot sauce to hers, which she said was good but a little too hot for her taste. The service was friendly, attentive and fast.

First time there. Pretty surprised at how flavorful the food was! I would dine here again. The inside was very clean. The man at the register was very kind. You could tell they were understaffed, but he did great staying calm and keeping everyone happy. The young kids in the back need to be taught how to hustle a little more. They were moving pretty slow, even when they were walking there was no hustle in their step.

Large portions, excellent tasting food. We got pizza ziti and chicken parm with bread sticks and mozzarella bites. 10/10 on everything 0 complaints from 2 adults and 4 kids. Yum

Attempted to place an order by phone. Per the person who answer they only accept online orders. Advised I’m trying to make some modifications not available online, still refused insisted on placing an online order. (Which only accept Debit/credit, and I’m sure modifications may have extra charge)…Not impressed by the customer service received, food may be good but customer service is lacking. Anyone can open a restaurant but In order to have a successful restaurant and support from the local community, customer service is very important along with taste and presentation.

My friend and I ate here for dinner. After a brief wait for our food we were treated with some of the best customer service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Shout out to employee Lucee for taking such great care of us. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious.

Cleaned our plates, excellent meat balls! The manager Stacey was so kind and made sure we had an unforgettable experience! Better than Olive Garden 10 fold.

I love Fazoli’s… plain and simple. BUT the order on your own kiosk is a hassle. Came here with my family and half went to the counter and we used the kiosk. The ones who used the counter got their food promptly while it took us 23 minutes. They were done eating before we got our food. Otherwise the food is awesome.

We love this Fazoli's! The food is always delicious and fresh, the workers are nice and super helpful. Michelle was super accommodating and good to us. My husband and I like to come in with our 4 kids and get the family meal deal. It's a great deal for the amount of food you get. I'm happy to recommend this location!

One of the staff named Leslie gave me the best service I’ve had in a restaurant for awhile. She made my family and I feel welcome, giving much personal attention. All the staff was good. The food was excellent and the manager was very friendly. Most restaurants in these times late in the pandemic are short staffed and have terrible service. Fazoli’s is a shining exception to that rule.

First time at Fazolis and had a great experience. Michelle took our order in a timely manner. She was very kind. My boyfriend loved his food. Only giving 4 stars because the broccoli and chicken in my pasta was a little salty, other than that everything was great. Better than Oliver garden to me.

I ordered a baked lasagna which was burnt and hard. I also ordered a kids meal spaghetti it did not come with a drink. I asked the lady she told me a drink doesn't come with the meal I had to pay extra.

There were lots of delicious vegetarian and gluten free options for our family. The gluten free pasta is made from potatoes and rice, which was a great choice for our kid with a severe wheat allergy. We drove here from Brandon and were very pleased with our dining experience. Michelle and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We went here a few weeks ago and our salads weren't with our order when we got home. I called the store and spoke with Michelle and she urged me to come back so she can correct the mistake. Tonight my son and I went in ready to pay for our food but asked for some extra breadsticks of course (as a replacement for the missing salads). When our order was bagged I tried to hand her my card and she told us no. And she was sorry for the mix up.. we will definitely be going back!! Thank you so much Michelle you're amazing!! Amazing customer service!!!
