Spoke with the owner. He gave us some history of the establishment, a tour and tee shirts. Liked the Crown Royal chair! Will be back when in the area.

The daughter and I caught a quick bite before my runs. The patio had a light crowd but the bar was chill. Our order was out fairly quickly even with the restaurant being short staff. The Ybor Cuban was meaty and hot with a slight buttery glaze. My daughter ❤ her chicken tenders seeing other places deep fry too long. This is a cute place to watch sports, shoot pool, catch a quick bite, and get a nice diversified shot of Whiskey. Kudos to the Bartenders who were hostess, server and barmaid all in one setting 💪🏾I SALUTE You ladies 🙌🏽💚

Cute little pirate bar with plenty of outdoor seating. There's even a full bar outside. Service was awesome! Food was delicious. Menu was perfect size, not too many options but enough to find what you are craving. VERY dog friendly! Almost everyone seated outside had their fur baby with them! Definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

Jamie at @gasparspatio made me 1 of the BEST bloody mary’s everrr! I will definitely be back to see her! I don’t like the jumbo wings here but the drinks are always good. A lot of locals & regulars come here. They usually have live music most nights & I think karaoke on weekends. They stay open late nights & lots of parking. I like the patio area. They also have pool tables.

First time here and I understand why I always hear about it all the way in Orlando! A bar and grill and a liquor store all in one.

Loved the place, the decor, the ambiance. The salad my wife and I had was excellent. My party of 16 was seated quickly, but it took over an hour to get the food. Drinks were somewhat faster, though.

This place is awesome! I don’t live in the hillsborough area and found this place while trying to find a place I could eat and drink with my dog after hiking. He was greeted with a bowl of water, the service was quick and everyone was so nice! They layout is pretty cool too. Will definitely be back.

My husband and I shared the Nachos. They were ok. Cheese wasn't melted much and flavors we just ok. Didn't care for chili they put on top. My husband had the fish and tots and they were ok as well but you only get a few small chunks. I think that was overpriced. We enjoyed the idea of restaurant, and several bars in one location. Also great liquor store attached. I can't say I would come here for the food again though.

This was a cool find. The outdoor bar was hot and smokey so I was very happy to learn about the indoor bar. They had several pool tables and it was a really chill vibe. I will definitely be back!

This place is like no other in the Tampa Bay area! The grille is pretty great food, like legitimately a restaurant not just bar food. Then the bar is a pure gem with some REALLY GOOD pours and some not so common bottles. The liquor store has some bottles that I have not seen anywhere else and they are always at better prices than competitors!

Not sure where to start with this review. I met a friend and his wife here. The prices were expensive and not one thing about this experience was good. My friend asks the waitress if the oysters were fresh. She advised that they are. Not only were they not fresh but tasted like they were frozen and then thawed and refrozen. His wife asks for her chicken wings crispy twice they took her plate back wings didn't end up crispy. I had a Po Boy shrimp sandwich and fries. The fries were good but the Shrimp was small and tasted bad like they were old. The service was horrible the poor waitresses get overworked. There were two waitresses to an entire outdoor patio. Our original waitress became busy so they then sent us another my friend orders another drink and this new waitress places about a half of a drink down in front of him. When he says something about it she gets very rude with him and says I am going to go get a Manager. The Manager comes over but really didn't do anything but basically defend the waitress. Long story short SAVE TIME AND MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! This Owner writes a comment that we didn't complain about the food we did multiple times also we weren't looking for anything for free but this does go to show why the staff here acts the way they do! Like I said before I would avoid this place!

You probably already know this… but a very respectable whiskey/bourbon collection. Great, great vibe. Nice crowd. Great smoked Old Fashioned with Double Oaked Woodsford. While most places are dead, this place is Rockin. Worth a visit. You’ll be back.

I loved this place!! The Flatbread is DELICIOUS. I love the atmosphere, there was live music! Went on a Saturday evening for dinner. Around 7 and the service was pretty good! Great prices! Overall super pleased.

Food was horrible chicken wings had absolutely no flavor and cuban was just ham. Manager credited our bill and was understanding. Now the good our bartender (blu) was awesome very professional yet socially down to earth. We went on a empty night and the vibe was chill.

I've been going here for about 3 years now. I have seen a straight decline in food quality, drinks and overall atmosphere of them even wanting you to be there. I used to love to come here. The employees morale has gotten bad. The manager is nickel and diming food and drinks. It may seem like your profits get better in the short term when you do this but in the long term you destroy your business wake up! We notice! Ownership should pay closer attention to whats happening here unless you're just done with this place and don't care anymore. FYI you're not just losing me this conversation has been going around!

We go there for New York Jets football!! Tampa Bay New York Jets fans club meet there for every game. Good food and decent prices!! Staff very friendly and cool.Liquor store literally next door in case you need to take something with you on your way home.

Drinks were flowing and the music was playing. A friendly staff was serving drinks and fishing out bits of conversation and I appreciate that. Nice to get to know who works there. Ordered some wings and they were great, would definitely order them again. Great prices on beer and a good variety of beer on tap. I will be back!

I always have a good time when I visit this place! They have a little bit for everyone. If you like listening to live music, they have it. If you enjoy singing, well you should definitely go during karaoke night. If you like playing pool, they have that as well. And if you feel like just buying some of your favorite liquor or just staying home, then guess what, they also have a liquor store with plenty of options for your to choose from.

This was our first time visiting. We came for Saturday football and had an amazing experience. The service was impeccable, food was amazing and the other patrons were kind. Valentina and Trisha were our bartenders and made us feel like family from the minute we walked in the door. I requested a game on TV and it was on instantaneously alongside volume. We ordered some food and drinks and Valentina took a few minutes to get to know us and really changed our experience from just being a seat to a person. We honestly came for the noon game and ended up cashing out and deciding to stay for the 3:30 games because we struggled to think of a bar that we would be treated this well. Will definitely be back and looking forward to it!!!

Just a laid-back, easygoing, anyone can come atmosphere. They had a great band this Friday evening. And karaoke was on fire.

So this was my first visit to gaspar's. Pretty neat little place. It was a little rainy when I went so I wasn't able to make full use of the patio but the patio bar was undercover. It was also chilly but they had heaters. The bourbon bar part of the complex was pretty cool... Couple pool tables and dart boards to add a little bit of fun to the place. This kind of has a dive bar atmosphere but in Temple Terrace. I would recommend visiting this place.

Went yesterday with a group of friends and immediately it was a bad, I was dressed in jeans tank top and my cowboy boots and I was told that I had to wear a different shirt that tank tops were not allowed but yet at a table directly in front of me were 2 women wearing tank tops, needless to say it turned into a little bit of a fiasco and we all left. Forget this place it's overpriced and the food is not good.

Day trip to Tampa, and towards the evening hunger struck. We had our dog with us, limiting options. Walked into the patio bar and inquired if pet friendly, and told it was. Within a minute of sitting down, a large bowl of ice water was brought to the table. We ordered food and asked for a small bit of pork for our dog, which was brought out quickly. After a quick taste to see how spicy, I realized I should have ordered the pulled pork. I ordered a rare hamburger, which in most places, means well done. It was cooked perfectly. Crispy wings were CRISPY. Excellent food aside, we as first time visitors, were treated as if we were weekly regulars. Highly recommend Gaspar's! Give this place a try. We were glad we did

Definitely a gem in Temple Terrace. Lovely patio, amazing service, & clean establishment. Check out the liquor store! I found so many great deals! I really enjoyed my food as well. Very filling and delicious.

I loved the atmosphere. The live music, which was amazing, the customer service, and the atmosphere were all great. I wish I lived here just to have this as my regular spot. I will definitely be back before I go back to my home state.

First time I visited. Love it! Rachel is great and very friendly. I am actually very impressed. I went alone on a Saturday and sat at the outside bar. I was very impressed with the place. Great atmosphere! Very clean. Rachel was nice and took the time to give me an entire tour of the place. Beautiful bars and nice sitting areas outside. An absolutely beautiful liquor store with a real deal beer cave. I mean what else could you ask for. Good food,good music,super clean,good parking and plenty of games and entertainment. I will be back with the boys!

Great selection of spirits, helpful & informative staff. Their store picks are always slam dunks. We will be going back regularly. It is definitely worth the trip. As far as food goes their nachos are must have & the smoked old fashions.

The restaurant side is a cozy spot to play billiards or darts. The neighborhood crowd is friendly and the staff work very hard. The owner was very helpful when I went into the liquor store side to buy a gift for a friend. I have never been to a fancier liquor store so I advise popping in even if you don't have to buy anything just to see the jewel that is Gaspar's. The food is alright but the atmosphere is very welcoming and invites you to stay a while.

Great place to hang out. Just wished our server Lisa didn’t take what felt like an hour to come check on us. We were thinking of ordering a couple to go orders for our kids. They love wings and the wings here are absolutely the best. Maybe next time we can bring them & request a different server.

Attended a Scotch tasting 9/21/22 that included dinner, $40/ticket- very reasonable. My party of two went to get food & returned to find we'd been moved. Tyler moved us from a table to the bar & gave no reason. Seated at bar & our chairs were bumped all night from patrons trying to squeeze through- not fun. A table of four young men were also moved with no reason given. Tyler moved us & did apologize, but the fun of sitting with others to hear their tasting thoughts was ruined. Will not return for other events as not worth the lack of hospitality coupled with 40 minute drive. The liquor store staff were all very friendly both before the event and after. Lovely store with a wonderful selection of liquor & wine. Met a wonderful couple after the tasting who suggested we give another event a try, but experience left a bad taste.

Stopped in after visiting the liquor store next door to load up on some excellent bourbon store picks (Jimmy gets it right!). Had a few beers and the blackened chicken sandwich. Chicken was juicy and the fries were very good. The bartender was a pleasure to talk to.
