My carryout was sitting on a shelf when I arrived. AC blowing on it. Carrots, celery and ranch are missing. 20 piece boneless contains about 45 pieces, which are so tiny they look like cereal. Chicken meat has a greenish hue. The spices are done right and the kitchen staff tried their best with the bottom of the bag chicken. But I won’t eat this. Go somewhere else.

I’m highly disappointed. My family and I order here pretty often. It’s one of our guilty pleasures. Consistency is not key here however. Sometimes they’ll get it just right or mediocre enough for you to not complain but this time has made me think I should stop ordering from here. 1. Our supposed to be sauced mild wings had no sauce. They were dry, cold and not fresh tasting. 2. The beer cheese that comes with the everything pretzels did not have a lid so it got all over the pretzels. They were actually way more sauced than the wings. I wouldn’t have minded waiting longer if it meant things were done right. I also work in the service field so I understand speed is a thing but quality goes further.

I can’t be too upset that they were out of traditional wings, since covid started, all businesses are suffering major supply shortages. My server did not introduce themselves or even greet us. They just came up and asked what we wanted to drink. Food was good

Server and hostess very quiet and hard to understand. Ordered our drinks and food at the same time. Drinks took 30 minutes to come out, and we got the wrong food about 20 minutes after that. We sent it back and got our correct order 20 minutes later, but no silverware. Wings not dressed very well. This chain used to be very good, haven't been here in about a month before tonight and will probably not be back for awhile, not sure why the sudden downhill turn.

My husband and I are usually huge fans of Buffalo Wild Wings . However on this last trip my husbands wings were either Fried to the point of burnt and crunchy or no meat on the wings at all . We attempted to contact the Lakeland location and was put on hold for over 23 minutes.. I tried calling separately, but was promptly cut off and hung up on. Not only valentine’s, but a pregnant customer who had to deal with this. I would have been fine with either the wings being remade or at least a refund, but that’s a little hard when no one answers the phone.

I ordered the buffalo Mac and cheese..its supposed to come with boneless wings..it came with one chicken tender cut up on it as you can see in the picture. This is definitely not worth the $14.00. You can tell in the picture there is hardly any in the bowl. We won't be back. UPDATE: The manager discounted the bill. She also said the boneless wings was was what was on it. That they were cut up.

It was a good time spending time with my son. He had never been to Buffalo Wild wings before. The only thing was his expensive it was. For 2 hamburgers & fries + 1 appetizer it was over $55. I was pretty surprised about that. The food tasted good. The Buffalo Chicken tater tots were really good.

First time at this location. Service food and atmosphere were wonderful! Prices are definitely inflated, it's time to bring them back down so families can afford to eat out more. The dining room would be full again

Me and my coworker got some takeout before our nightshift on the road. On the website, we ordered 30 boneless wings and some onion rings. We got 10 garlic parm wings, 10 caribbean jerk, and 10 thai curry. The garlic parm was normal. But the carribean jerk was definitely off in flavor. It was also sauce'd sorta light. The worst was the thai curry, which wasn't even sauce'd at all honestly. Tasted like regular chicken. I attached a picture. In addition, we only recieved one unit of ranch to share between our 30 wings. The onion rings were also overcooked. Overall not very ideal conditions for leaving a customer satisfied. It's Friday. We worked hard all week, very long shifts. Was just trying to have an easy night.

No sour cream, no pico was specified on the order. I received no ranch for the wings, no utensils-It’s being delivered to a hotel, clearly I don’t have this and requested it in the app. Great job, how are you going to fix this?

Ordered 50 wings for the superbowl tonight, get home and there’s absolutely NO sauce on them! I live 25 mins away. No way I’m going back. Never going here again! Second horrible experience I’ve had here. You would think a restaurant with “wings” in its name would know how to make them properly. $60 down the drain. They taste horrible, very dry!

Food was good. However, the service was horrible. Just before noon. Not agt all crowded. We were sat at a table. There was a couple behind us. A few minutes later a group was seated in front of us. After about 5 minutes the waitress came and took our drink order. We were also ready to order lunch. She abruptly left and did not bother to ask if we were ready to order. She brought our drinks and walked away again. After about 5 minutes she walked past our table, ignored us and took the drink order of the table in front of us. Finally she came to take our order. After about 15 minutes it came short items. We were never given any utensils nor napkins. Finally got her attention and asked for the food that was missed and a fork. She looked at us like we were nuts. Got the food item.. NO FORK. She never once came back to check on us. She did stop at the table behind and in front us us. We had to go to the front to get our check. She was obviously ticked off about it.

We were in area and decided wings sounds good for midday takeout. Normally we love other Buffalo Wild Wings locations. It wasn't a busy time of day but walked in the front door and there were lots of other diners standing around. I am not sure if they were a large party waiting for table or even if they were together. There was no hostess or employees around. So awkwardly stood in group of people while I could see my take order was sitting on rack. When hostess finally came out (after about 10 minutes) Noone moved so I went and told her I was waiting on takeout and my name. She gave me my food without saying a word and I left.. it was a very bizarre experience.. also wasn't a fan of the takeout fee and mandatory tips for the food preparation. I left thinking I can't believe I just left a tip (has to be done in advance) for literally no service. Not even a hello or have a good day.

Terrible take out experience I paid $64 for 50 wings, and an ultimate nacho that had nothing on it. Do not recommend

For the Wednesday night dinner my brother in law was in town and we decided to meet up at the buffalo wild wings. We were greeted by our server with the menus. After browsing through the menus we decided to order boneless chicken wings, large potato fries, traditional chicken wings, traditional chicken sandwich and for drinks we ordered cocktail and beer. First we got our drinks. The cocktail was delicious and we loved our cocktail. Then we started getting our food. The boneless wings, fries and traditional chicken sandwich was delicious and we loved it. The traditional chicken wings were good but were dry. So we ordered our server that it is dry although we told them while ordering the dry rub spices. This was the only issue we had with particular wild wings location. The server bought the sauces and that made the wings better. Loved our dinner.

It's your standard run of the bill B-Dubs. If you've been to one before, you know what to expect - a large selection of mediocre beer options, a full bar, and reliably tasty sauces for the chicken (or "chicken") arrangement of your choice. This particular location has ample parking and a good amount of seating, including a covered outdoor patio (that I'm not sure was actually open when I visited). If you haven't been to one before, go ahead and give it a visit and you'll have reasonable expectations for visiting your next one.

Service was okay, they kept none popular games in the TVs people asking left and right for games, they need to read the audience! The booth we sat on needs a little help the leather is broken! Overall not a terrible experience but not amazing either.

Love BWW but ever since we moved here this one has just been dead! The seating, the lightning, the atmosphere, the TVs, the loud music… it just feels like a dance floor with the lights turned on. We came were there before “renovations” and recently but we just really weren’t getting the BWW experience. The bar has so much potential but they flopped, unused wall space, why do they have 4 small TVs up front nobody can see, but the huge ones behind the bar? It’s just weird, super open, feels empty. Went to Walkons, atmosphere and food there is on point.

Everything was fresh. Everything was delicious. We were seated as soon as we got there. Service was great and super fast. I got boneless parmesan garlic wings which are my favorite and recommended. The beer battered onion rings are amazing. Prices have gone up but that's everywhere, it's worth it. Update: this time I ordered on the app for to go. It was delicious and freshe when I got home. Everything was great!

Ordered 20 wings to be delivered 2 hours later and all i received was a small side item. After calling the store 8+ times i finally connected to an employee who told me they’re out of wings. Transferred me to the manager who was able to refund the subtotal of my order but not the delivery fees, or tips or wasted time. Nobody contacted me to ask if i wanted boneless or any other items. $40 wasted.

The food was good. But when the server asks "would you like blue cheese or ranch" it should be followed by "for $1.50 each cup". So when I answered yes, blue cheese, he added two cups of blue cheese and I paid $3 extra. The same was the case for "do you want chili in your queso?" and tater tots instead of fries. So there was $5.50 of unexpected "extras" on the bill in addition to the $2 of expected extras. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme, but a) what's so hard about being upfront about charges and b) why isn't blue cheese and/or ranch included with wings like it has been since the beginning of time?

I ordered online through Uber eats. It came really quick and the lady who delivered it was very nice. The boneless wings were not very good. The lemon pepper is terrible. I've never tasted anything that gross when it comes to lemon pepper and I love that flavor. The Caribbean jerk was pretty good and spicy. The chicken was cold even though it was delivered quickly. The onion rings were good. And the cheesecake was still frozen so not all that great. This was my first time eating here and I probably won't try it again. It's overpriced for the quality of the chicken.

👍👍 The atmosphere is awesome. High energy and plenty of visual items to take in. What's even better is the food. The "Estate" burger was one of the best burgers I've ever had. My Everything came very fast and hot. Well timed by the team!! My son especially loved the onion rings. Be carefull though,...
