I’ve had this necklace for 20 years and was gifted my charm when my oldest child was born 14 years ago. It’s worth is priceless! It fell out of a bag into the bottom of my purse where a big vape battery was and unnoticed by me it started a small fire. My necklace was burned up and I was super heartbroken. The lovely staff of Spath brought it back to life with minimal loss of links. It looks brand new the cost of the repair was affordable and the service was superb. This is my new family jewelry place!

I had a wedding band enhancer made custom for my engagement ring somewhere else and it did not fit properly for my finger or the engagement ring. I was super frustrated, but I took it to Spath jewelers to see if they could fix it and it fits perfectly. It now fits exactly how it should have the first time. It was also super affordable to fix the ring, I’m very satisfied with my service at Spath Jewelers and would recommend it for ring repairs!

Abby at Spath Jewelers is an angel. She helped me find the perfect keepsake piece to honor my son. A beautiful urn necklace engraved in my son’s handwriting. His signature, first name, on one side and “I love you Mom” on the other. I gave Abby a photo from a card my son had given me and she had it reproduced in the engraving. I can’t tell you how much this necklace means to me. I will never buy another piece of jewelry from anyone or anywhere except Abby at Spath Jewelers. Buy local, people! I had a terrible experience with an Etsy jeweler in Turkey that almost made me quit wanting a keepsake piece. Abby was a joy to work with. (If you’re reading this Abby, I would like you to show me some opal earrings…I will be calling tomorrow!) Edit: I forgot to mention, Abby customized the chain so I can wear it at 18”, 20”, and 22”

My wife and never consider any other place! I just stopped in today because I broke the clasp on a necklace she purchased from them. I walked in and the young lady asked how she could Help me and in one look noticed the Clasp was not broken it had only been bent. She fixed and within a minute and sent me away happy. Love local business that prides its self in long term customer care!

Amazing customer service! The people here are incredibly nice and honest. We had a ring in for a minor repair and they took care of it on the spot and it looks perfect again. We will definitely return to their store for our jewelry and jewelry repairs.

I had Spath fix a bent prong on my wedding ring and they did a terrible job. When I went to pick it up, it was bent too far the other way. I can’t believe a jeweler would send it out like that. They worked on it again and it is still not straight. They also caused a lot of scratches on the prong that I can feel when I rub my finger on it. I had my husband pick the ring up because I knew I would not let them touch my ring again. Now I have to find another jeweler who can fix their mistakes. In addition to the very poor job the jeweler did, the manager seems to only care about charging money for extras. Before they even attempted to fix it a second time, he told me I might want to just have a new head put on my ring. What?!? He was also trying to get me to buy insurance and let him appraise my ring. It definitely turned me off. The other workers were very nice and helpful but unfortunately, it doesn’t raise my rating.

Tricia and Amy were wonderful in helping me with assessing the pieces I brought in. Tricia also sized a ring for me that was too loose. Tricia quoted me a price base on the gold pieces' value and told me about available options if I were interested in selling. They were both very personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. Definitely a 5-star experience.

The staff is accommodating and not pushy or aggressive. I found the ring I was looking for and a matching necklace with ease. Trish was my saleswoman and she covered all of my indecisive details. They offered to expedite any shipping if what I was looking for wasn't in stock.

I recently noticed an issue with my wedding/engagement ring. I took it to Spath for repairs because I wanted to take it where the jeweler was on site to do the repair. They said it would be 1 1/2 weeks for the repair so I left it. Much to my surprise I received a text the very next day that it was ready. I highly recommend them for a quality and quick repair. Noticed some beautiful jewelry while I was in there too.

I have to take the time and give an honest review of Spath Jewlers, particularly Brian Spath. This is a place that treats every customer like a VIP. I had a bracelet that I was selling and needed an honest opinion of stone quality and price, Brian did this for me, as well as cleaning the piece for FREE. I also had a Rolex Certi dial that I sold and wanted to have a lite polish prior to ship. Brian again did this for me at no charge. Brian Spath is an excellent owner, and all around nice guy. The prices on their jewlery is more than competitive, but the quality of service is second to none! Cheers to Brian and his staff for being beyond excellent.

I love everything about Spath Jewelers!! They are the only jeweler I use and that will never change!! They always treat me like family and work hard to ensure I am completely satisfied every time I'm in the store. Sometimes I just go in to add things to my wishlist (which I love being able to have one) but I am still treated the same. Their work is amazing! They have made some custom pieces for me and they came out perfectly. Their prices are always on point as well. I never feel like I'm being overcharged for anything.
