Amazing customer service! They went above and beyond!! Fixed the band to a very special ring of mine that had broken and surprised me by replacing the diamonds on it as well that had been lost. Their prices are very reasonable! I have a Wittnauer watch that is over 35 years old. I took it to Zales & they wanted to charge me $650 to repair it. I then came to Max Jewelers & they charged me $125....what a huge difference. Since then, I've been using them for some jewelry repairs & they are always pleasant & the prices are good. They have a new & happy customer. I highly recommend.
